I placed a bet on Stake’s SA20 Paarl Royals Early Six Promotion at 8:45 PM, while the match was showing as “Starting in 15 minutes” on Stake’s platform. Their promotion rules clearly state that pre-match bets qualify, while live bets do not.However, when Paarl Royals hit a six in the first over, I never received the payout link. After waiting till the next morning, I contacted support. Luka from Stake falsely claimed that my bet was placed live because it was after the toss. This is completely misleading because: 1. Stake’s UI showed “Match starting in 15 minutes” at the time of my bet, with no warning that the match was considered live. How is a user supposed to know the toss has happened if Stake doesn’t indicate it? They should notify users: “Toss has happened, your bet will be live.” 2. During IPL promotions, I placed bets after the toss multiple times and always received the payout. Why did Stake suddenly change the rule without informing users? 3. My friend placed an identical bet at 8:50 PM and received the payout, while I did not. The only difference? His account was new (1-2 weeks old), while mine is a Silver Rank account.Despite providing proof of my bet, my friend’s payout, screenshots, and emails, Stake’s support ignored the evidence and kept repeating “You are not eligible.” When I escalated the issue and mentioned filing a complaint with Curacao eGaming, Stake retaliated by restricting my account from all future promotions—just for questioning their unfair treatment!This is completely unethical and inconsistent behavior. Worst gambling site ever! Played on a lot of sites, and this one by far has been the worst. Gets more and more rigged everyday. They claim to be regulated but I don’t believe it for one second. the withdrawal process is hell .. i have tried withdrawing since on Sunday but to no avail, i see no rational reason why i can deposit easily but it’s frustrating when it’s time to withdraw… when i tried with my first bank account details, it would just say transaction initiating but after a while the money goes back to my stake wallet, then i tried my second bank account details, it says transaction initiated successfully but for over 24hrs the money hasn’t reflected into my bank account… this is so annoying

Hi, My account was locked today “disabled”First i tried to withdraw and they asked me to complete KYC locking account. Second after submitting KYC level 2 verification, They rejected for not apparent reason they said my face coudn’t be seen clearly. Sent a second photo as they asked (selfie with date and account username). Then they disabled account saying i submitted to many times my documents and it got rejected to many times lmao.
