I placed a bet using “Indian Premier League – Early six, you win!”. It states that if we place a bet on a team and the selection loses the match but if they hit a six within 4 overs then it is a confirmed payout. I should receive a bonus redeem code after the match has ended but I didn’t receive it even after 14 hours of completion of match. I mailed to support team regarding the issue but no response till now.

the customer support is just horrible. my stake account got excluded from the ipl promotion without any prior knowledge and i didnt get back my promotion amount. upon reaching out to support team i got to know that they don’t know the reason behind the exclusion of my account. I have deposited 500 rupees in my account on 23 April 2024 3.46 Pm , It has been 2 days but the amount is not credited in my account.
