Last week I lost more than 8 thousand dollars and they just give weekly cash back 88 dollars. And today while I was playing limbo game my bets was 1 dolar at the begining and I choose my multiplier x50 I won twice I want to change my multiplier x270 but I changed my bet 270 dollars and there is not have any warning about that between 10 seconds I lost 540 dollars and my balance is drained. I text to live support for get a refund that’s two bet. But they are said sorry you make this bets by mistake and there is no problem in the game so we can’t refund your loss. There must be someway to get refund for this stupidity. Who place bet 270 dollars while he have 640 dollars in the balance

I love Stake, except for their blackjack originals. It’s a low-hate relationship, they have a probability fair to verify, so nothing else can be said/done to improve my experience.During the weekly streams, I hope Steve and Mikey treat their customers like Eddie, I can’t stand Mikey and hence I stopped watching the streams. They should probably learn from Eddie to host a good stream and treat the customers as they should be treated. Worst customer support and kyc verification team. Did not even get to bet. Told them do kyc first. My country not restricted, only 1 province. Support said he can’t do anything.Kyc team said u live in this province, but my ID clearly shows different province and address. Complete clowns. Don’t really care. I have deposited multiple days in a row and haven’t won a thing, the best that spins could do with give me half my bet back. I like stake for some reasons, but I will focus on what I don’t like; 1. After booking some selection, if I refresh the page, all selections on my bet slip will be gone, I will have to start from the beginning again, which can be very annoying.
