That is for eg is you have deposited 5000 you can not withdraw 6000 because the alog is made such that you can only win less and lose more. There is nothing you can do about it.The worst game is dice. KINDLY ADVISE DON’T PLAY IT!!YOU WILL LOOSE MUCH MORE THAN YOU GAIN!!speaking from experience . Literally the worst casino experience i have ever had. In my 25 years of being someone whom has visited MANY online and brick and mortar casinos, this is in my book is top 3 worst. I made deposit on 14th and I didn’t receive the payment in stake account.and i contacted live support they said wait 7 business days it will auto refund in your account than after 7 days I contacted again and they said 7 working days is still not over and as per stake 7 business days ended on 25th March and I contacted live support today morning and they said mail the bank statement and payment screenshot they replied. We will forwarded this to over incharge. You need to do something about your Stake.uk division. Customer service ignore your emails and I have been waiting on my withdrawal for nearly two weeks, any follow up emails I send are ignored. I’m not sure if the US site is better, but for the UK site stay away for your own good. There is noPossible way to get in contact with stake UK so I guess they can just withhold money.
