Stake has the worst client service of all. The app crashed twice while having a blackjack bet in play, wasn’t even able to see my card and as soon as I reloaded the page, bets were gone and I had no clue what the outcome was. Tried to explain in to customer service and they told me it was my fault. As if having an issue with accessibility toward a device is a device issue. Do you tel a disabled person it’s their fault if his wheeling chair can’t climb stairs. Such bs

Great customer service. Near instant deposits / withdrawals. No hassle verification. Fair bonuses with no bs. Fair play and always a chance to win. I’m a little upset with stake.us right now because they instead of crediting my account with my welcome bonus they sent a link to my email that went unnoticed top claim the bonus. That link expired after 7 days and they refuse to give me my bonus. I will be contacting the referrer and letting them know what stake did and how they treated me. Site has good games and is fun to play but not happy with how they ripped away my bonus like that.

Good site with good bonuses.However, they take awfully long to release said bonuses. Namely the Monthly bonus! And they insist on making jokes of the customers asking for the monthly.In addition, I think that this is the only casino in the world without a proper welcome bonus. They’re also unable to accomodate players that bet on E-sports, something that they should look into.Imo, over the years, the bonuses have become shittier- but they’re still good. My account banned for no reason while i was gambling and support told me it its out of their jurisdiction and told me to mail reso*****@stake.com. So it’s been 17 days since i mailed and asked why am i banned and i still don’t have any reply back. So think like this. You are gambling on a site with a money you deposited, while playing slots suddenly bet stops and you see a notification says contact with support. So you ask to support what happened he says mail this address to solve it. You mail and wait for 17 days and you get no answer back. Do you really consider playing on this site? This is pure theft. They don’t even say “you did this to deserve a ban and we condemn your money” they just don’t answer and you can do nothing about it. Even after answering my last review i didn’t get any mails or anything.
