You need to do something about your Stake.uk division. Customer service does not reply to emails, and I have been waiting on my withdrawal for over 2 weeks, and emailed customer service. They give a cut and paste response, and any follow up emails I send are ignored. I’m not sure if the US site is better, but for the UK site stay away for your own good. Literally any other casino/bookmaker is better than stake.uk

Awful customer service. I don’t have the energy to tell the full story but basically they scammed all 7 people at a live blackjack table out of an easy win. The scanner showed 4,8,8 but it was 4,8,Q on the table. Then they just canceled the round and no one won, the worst thing was I had a BJ so I would have beat the 20 or the bust, but support just said that the rules of a canceled game. seems convenient since all seven of us would have won off her bust.
