I have made a new account on Stake.com and entered a valid code to avail a 200% Welcome Bonus.I’ve not received the bonus and on contacting the support team, I was told that their marketing team has made a ‘unilateral decision’ to not allow me the bonus while providing absolutely no justification.The support rep is also of no help as they have no inputs in the decision making process. I’d like to withdraw my funds but the stake team won’t allow me to withdraw unless I wager 100% of my available account balance first. This is false advertising and has been a very disappointing first experience with stake.

This casino is a shame.First of all original games are rigged, keno never hits, impossible to break even on your depo, probably they would copy paste the bullshit answer they always do, but its so obvious.They are deceiving players with the promo emails, I got a promo saying I need to wager 45$ on esports to get a 15$ bonus, I completed then only got 10$, I asked the support about it and they said “they sent me a wrong email template” and cant do nothing about it. I know it’s just 5$, but it’s not about the money, it’s about how they can do everything to deceive the players and can easily get away with it. I wrote a review back in 2024, which I stated that Stake has great bonuses and promotions. The site had a 60% RTP, but since the New Year the sites RTP is 10% and that’s on a good day. Not sure what happened Stake but there are better sites with a half decent RTP.

This site is absolutely garbage. Recently, they were investigated and forced to implement Level 2 KYC. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried (and thankfully failed) to drag other casinos into the same mess.Stake is hands-down one of the worst platforms in the industry. Their use of provably-fair.me raises even more red flags—it has no credibility, no third-party audits, and zero transparency regarding how calculations or seeds are created.To top it off, their responses to negative reviews are just as bad. From what I’ve seen, their staff member who replies to complaints is a complete clown, likely incentivizing positive reviews instead of addressing genuine concerns.Bottom line: Stake is garbage. Great selections of casino games like slots and live casino games. Sports betting interface needs some improvement. Most notably, when live betting a point spread in a parlay, and the line moves, stake needs to update the line accordingly in your bet slip, otherwise you have to navigate back to the game and make a new selection, makes it nearly impossible with larger parlays on live games. Also, I have found that most of the live games I want to bet on have “maximum exceeded”, so it makes other sports betting sites much more appealing to a sports bettor.Other than that, the little bonuses are nice, but personally I’ve made a huge effort towards a climbing the vip ladder bonus, haven’t received anything, and when you use the site everyday making deposits, it is disheartening to not receive the same loyalty from the company you are supporting.

Absolutely appalled by this company’s service.I started betting with this company a month ago and had £20 in my account when I decided to withdraw it.I requested the withdrawal a week ago, but I still haven’t received any money in my bank account.I contacted customer service and TGP, and both of them informed me that my account hasn’t been verified.
