This is a scam casino trust me i am gambling on this site more than 2 years Of course it gives withdraw and everything good bonuses But when it comes to gamble on stake original everything is fc scam Its been 5 months now i trying to play on plinko lost more than 50k always playing on 10 dollar bet and everytime you hit the button to drop a ball it will always goes 0.2 no matter how many balls you drop 1by 1 spaming the hit button doesnt matter i am complaining about my situation and everyone is saying its matter of luck . I would definitely Crown Stake as Best Bonuses, rake back and overall freebies etc. Incredibly generous but I do think you have to hit a certain tier to fully enjoy the perks. No win or losses biases here, but other sites don’t come close and I have play on all the big sites with unfortunately middle to high tier accounts to compare. Deposit and withdrawals are instant. Could support more coins and tokens but still great with the selection available. Was never able to try withdrawaling fiat yet even after over 20 deposits but from what I’ve read it takes a few days. There is one thing I would love to see and that is live casino promos and bonuses etc…

I have been a loyal customer of Stake since past 5 years. I am Platinum 2 rank. The website works great until you get your INR deposit failed. Then they never refund or deposit it. This is how they treat a Platinum VIP, imagine how much worse their customer support is to other lower ranked players. There are much better alternatives to Stake now with far superior support. I made an INR deposit of 5000 on 10th September that got failed. Since then I have been waiting for either the deposit or refund to my bank account, and they have processed neither. Email support is useless, and live support keeps telling me to wait. How is 10 days not enough? it should never take this long for any refund. The money was deducted to their 3rd party payment processor. All they have to do is tell the payment processor to refund the amount based on the transaction proof I’ve submitted. Yet Stake support can’t do such a simple task. It is really important that i receive this money soon, I’m tired of waiting. And tired of Stake’s lacklustre customer support. Stake marketing team or whoever in charge of replying on Stake’s Trustpilot did not even contact me whatsoever while pretending publicly to say they will contact me. Let me tell you whoever future or current customers that Stake will definitely leave you hanging dry at Diamond level. Stake’s Marketing Team so focused on trying to farm regionals (e.g. Japan, India to name a few) that they sidelined supposedly exclusive rank customers with ZERO email bonuses which all lower ranks constantly get.
