Please click on my profile and read my first review on Stake.Ignore the 3.9 star rating, they post 5 star reviews on new accounts every day themselves. It’s obvious as they all write in the same way and highlight one specific feature from Stake.If you post a negative review they instantly flag it and if u don’t give sensitive information, Trustpilot removes it.Their real rating would be about 2 stars if only the real reviews were counted. Pretty dangerous that Trustpilot doesn’t take any action. Trustpilot isn’t trustworthy anyway as it’s way to easy to get 1 star reviews removed.Don’t play here. They have the lowest RTP of all casinos and are not transparant about this. I spin with only 30-70 cents per spin and on a nearly 200k wager they took 18k from me. All of my friends that play or have played on Stake have an average RTP of 90%.On over 5 million spins combined the best win of one of us was a base hit on the dog mansion with a 2200X multi. Well, i am writing this is stake for the issue u i have faced. i used to do gambling on stake more than a year before but never fell into a situation like this. Verification cancellation and impossibility to withdrawal cash.After replenishment of money and some won bets stake blocked my account and asked for the verification. First two steps are easily done (ID verification). Next two steps are impossible to verify. Consultants have sent me a list of proves I can introduce to finish the verification, but I can not complete it for 3 months. Everytime I submit verified documents such as (payments from THREE different banks for 6/12 months, university’s certificate, document from the job and other proves about money income) they decline my submitions. I do not know what to do in this situation. Probably workers of the stake deliberately do not want to give back good amount of money. They just do not want to go on compromise. Dear administration, contact me so I can provide all needed requirements. After successful ID verification is it that hard to accept my further official documents?

İ lost in 30 days around 16.000 dolars. My monthly bonus has been 150 dolar. First of all when İ calculate on the site what is not guaranteed for weekly bonus İ should get around 350 dolar and that was true. When my deposit amounts was lower then that week but İ deposited around 12k in a week and other 3 weeks around 4k. İ should get around 1500 dolar monthly bonus but what İ got is 150 Dolar like a joke that is 1% from what İ lost in that month.

I for one am shocked this pathetic site has this high of a rating. They are forthcoming about the stats of your wins and losses almost to twist the knife cause it blatantly shows you how badly you’re being drained. Mine are cringe worthy to say the least. Stake has blocked me from playing poker because my playstyle doesn’t suit them. I played super aggressive. I don’t know that there are any poker platforms that interfere with the style of playing poker. I have been with stake for a year or so, i never have to worry about getting scammed on bets or not paid out. I do wish at times the support could help you more when you make a bet in error. They wont even help over a 1$ bet(even if the event has not started yet). The VIP program is great and you do not see this on other sites. Although they state they are not responsible for the 3rd party stats(which you would never know unless you fall victim), they should not be allowing companies to continuedly put up false information time and time again. I also wish they had random prizes for smaller bettors, most drops, bonuses etc you have to gamble 10k + a week. Other then the reasons stated this is the best gambling site i have come across.-Shebot

I never knew anything about having duplicate accounts. I couldn’t remember the login info for my original account so I had created a new one not knowing this rule. I had a very negative experience with Milos. His approach to customer interactions is anything but professional. He is rude, insults customers, and threatens to close accounts if you raise valid questions or concerns. When he runs out of answers or arguments, he simply ends the chat or even threatens to revoke access to the chat function entirely. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially in a role where customer service and respect should be the top priorities. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service.

I became a member of stake.com with the nickname merdoc using the rosh code. They uploaded my ID saying they would give me a 200% bonus. stake is giving me mental touchers and harassing me , as they suddenly suspended my account with $340 in funds and blocked my withdrawals.
