Stake used to be a good place. Still has the toxic/great community. Still has all the games and a great progression system that others have mimicked. But under the guise of “fighting bots” They implemented a horrible automated process which involves banning you from getting any bonus drops for a week. Eddie, maybe you are content with the extra funding you get to move around by limiting these drops but you are actually making us not want to play here. What is the point of wagering if you will get code banned again. Especially during the holiday season? It is really forcing some of us to go elsewhere. That sentiment will grow if you don’t figure out another system or modify this automated crap.

I was banned a few weeks ago with absolutely no reason at all given. I contacted support 3 times since, and each time, they admit that they too have any clue why I got banned. My last trustpilot review, I once more got contacted by a support agent via trustpilot, that had absolutely no idea why I got banned.The reason I got banned was almost certainly that I was close to reaching platinum, so by banning me they don’t have to pay out the VIP bonus. So I’d rate Stake 2/5. If you’re looking for a casino with all the standard games and quick withdraws, Stake is good. But if you’re interested in bonuses etc, then literally any other casino is better than Stake, as they wont hesitate to ban you to avoid having to pay you a bonus you’ve worked towards. If you’ve worked towards a new tier of VIP, DO NOT play on Stake just to finish it, as they’ll gladly ban you at 99% progress to avoid having to pay it.

Excuse my foul mouth, but holy shit. I try to submit documents for verification and they just deny everything and ask for documents I can’t produce. The only reason my account was flagged was because my passport was issued in Rome, by the f**king Canadian embassy. They think a Canadian passport means I live in f**king Italy. So I go through to try and get verified with the numerous other options for documents, none of them are accepted. I get on live support and they tell me in this specific case they need a document which I physically cannot provide. None of the people I know who use stake have needed more than their drivers license and basic info to use the site. I probably spent a day trying to resolve this to no end. Didn’t even get to play on the site and I have already had a terrible experience. Completely f**king ridiculous.

Not enough free spins and majority of the time I can’t even win my bet back. Took away games that I loved playing. Like Spinomenal and play and go.
