Anyone fighting to get money back stay strong! I Got mine back. The gambling comission removed their licence in the UK. I wrote to the gambling comission who have not yet replied. Because under the UK licence conditions (when sts bet had a UK licence) part of the licence conditions are that players funds should be held in a separate account. I’ve asked the gambling comission as to why so many people are fighting for winnings and money owed and why, when the gambling commission revoked their licence was the monies not returned to players Here is the sts customer service email address for Poland If needed Where they are based. They do respond, but you may need to send across a bank statement etc. Here is the gambling comissions email address If needed If you have been affected by winnings etc not being returned, drop a note to the gambling commission and in it stateYou revoked sts bets UK licence as part of their UK licence conditions, why were winnings not held in player protected accounts? In line with UK licence conditions?Please advise I firmly believe that enough of us raise this issue our voices will be heard. Not enough is done to safeguard players. The best advice I can give as someone who gambled for years online is don’t do it! There is no regulator in the UK with the players best interests at heart.I’ll help anyone to get their money back if needed but if successful I’d ask that 10 percent is given to a gambling harm charity. Absolute clowns. None stop pop ups during play asking me if I’m OK. They then send emails asking if you’re comfortable with you’re spending level I only deposited £40 ? I then told them they are annoying and 10 mins later a email demanding over the top verification docs, I thought they would only need passport and card but they demanded bank statements phone bills galore! Which I have not bothered sending because I don’t even have a withdrawal pending, then 5 mins later ANOTHER email, this time stating they are closing there uk operations meaning they are closing down for uk customers. This begs the question why are they then seeking so much confidential documents?? Is if ID fraud to sell details on? As they are leaving uk market. Stay away so shady.

Same old betting sites. Takes the money in a second but then you can’t get out unless you stick with it. Took 6 hours back and forth to sort out. Website crashed so many times. How do these shoddy sites get away with it?

I opened an account and placed a few sports bets. Won some money nothing major but after requesting to withdrawal it was rejected due to needing to provide verification. All I needed was driving licence/proof of address/and photo of bank card with certain numbers blanked out and it was sorted. I again asked to withdrawal and received my money with 24 hours. I got emails at every step telling me what proof of ID was needed and like I said I received the money quicker than some major bookies. Can’t speak up about other peoples experiences, but I’m genuine and I’ve had no issue at all….would use again. Thanks STS!

Joke of a company. Opened account, had email telling me I’d passed verification checks, and then tried to deposit £50. The payment shows as pending on my online banking so no problem there, but the funds never appeared in my STS account. Contacted customer service (via email as nobody was manning the livechat) who told me the deposit had to be checked by the relevant department. All very vague, and with no explanation as to why they can’t process debit card payments instantly like every other company in the world. Half an hour later I recieve another email telling me the account has been closed, again with no explanation as to why this is the case. I have no idea how this company got licensed as they clearly can’t provide the service advertised. My deposit should be added back to my bank account from my pending payments after 7 days so no harm done financially, just a waste of my time. I like to try different betting sites as some tend to have better prices on certain markets, or offer free bets, price boosts etc. In future I will stick with my tried, trusted, and reputable William Hill account. Avoid STS like the plague!

Vile, no good, scam of a company. You can deposit in seconds but withdrawals are ongoing 15+ days later. Asked for an absolutely absurd amount of verification to which once adhered to, there’s miraculously an issue with every way of withdrawing. I will not stop going at them and spreading how much of a sham they really are. They won’t win this one. Absolute scum.

Signed up and starting playing was all perfectly fine. I lost a little bit of money and it stopped me from playing and just said monthly loss limit reached, this wasn’t mentioned before I deposited. I then withdrew the remaining balance, they accepted my ID straight away and processed my withdrawal, then it was declined as apparently my bet rejected it. I got back in touch and they stated I need to send in a bank statement to prove my bank details although they already had them, they needed a transaction on the statement to prove I used that account. I chase every day for a week and finally got my money back, well so I thought anyway. When the money came into my account it was less that it was meant to be and there trying to claim it’s my banks fault and not there’s, really not true as my bank have shown the transaction that came in. I have bet on many sites and this is by far the worst, can I have my money back yet?

They do everything they can to avoid paying out. ID checks are pedantic and way beyond what any other gambling firm requires or indeed is required by law. Avoid like the plague!

Tried alternative bookmaker. Bit concerned they wanted ID etc so quickly once they took my deposit. But it was only passport and proof of address, which was verified within 10 mins. I had a decent win and withdrew it to source – was on my card within 60mins. So nothing to complain about. Solid alternative option.

If I could rate these cowboys less than 1 star, I would! The site isn’t that great with poor odds, but the most disappointing thing about this Polish outfit is their KYC process. Having to jump through numerous hoops to place a few bets. Poor communication, or indeed no communication on occasion. I would avoid them if you can.

I joined today. Deposited £10 and wagered. Ever since they have been asking for an ID photo. I must have sent them over 10 and still they are not happy. I have cashed out and now asked for my account to be closed. An absolutely terrible site ??

the KYC verification process is completely over the top and they keep asking for the same documentation over and over again. they are essentially annoying customers by blocking withdrawals and access to bet on the site due to a management team who don’t understand the requirement from the gambling commission to carry out further checks. they clearly use this as a tool to delay payments. they have asked me for pension and payroll documents even though i’ve already provided about 10 pieces of documentation. i generally feel like my identity will be stolen and i will be on the receiving end of fraud soon. i will be looking to seek more professional advice and reporting to commission and other gambling authorities.

AVOID this site. Nothing but problems. Quick to take your money but a nightmare trying to get it back. Some of the documents they ask for are completely absurd as well. I would also advise everyone who’s had an issue to submit a complaint to their ADR service which is eCOGRA.

I played there for a week, made a profit of 250£ they started crying and didn’t pay up. I told them to keep the money as they’re peasants and sore losers! Was a very fun experience outplaying them ??. Keep away from STS, they’ll never pay up. Try ( Livescore bet) they’re fast withdrawal and zero crying when they lose 🙂 Also STS is linked with Polish. There is nothing good to say about your STS Bet and I don’t even understand the existence of the casino. I was lucky and successfully wagering the welcome bonus. However, they informed me that I have broken the rules, which is absolutely not true. They only paid me back my deposit and withheld my winnings (almost 2000 euros). I think the purpose of casinos is to provide entertainment and possibly quick wins if you’re lucky. I don’t understand what the purpose of your casino is. It seems that casino is only stealing people’s money, which I think is really wrong… Do not under any circumstances play that casino if you want to get your winnings!

So, I’ve been going through my casino accounts (seeing which ones were still accessible…UK-based), and got to STS bet.Everything seemed fine, got a nice bit of profit, then the issues started.It turns out, where every other casino site I play on accepts a bank statement proving the card I deposited with is mine…STS Bet want to see the actual transaction with their site on it.My problem: if you deposit on their site, you won’t be able to withdraw anything until you can provide a statement showing that transaction. My statements are routinely issued once a month by my bank. In my case I was a day into the most recent statement period, meaning I’d have to wait almost a month to provide a statement showing my STS transaction, and withdraw my money.So, right now I’m pestering my bank to issue a non-routine statement to give to STS Bet.

They’ve got a £200 loss limit on there system which is nothing per month. I contacted live chat over 10 times to get this removed. They asked for 2 months of bank statements and 3 months of payslips. I provided it to them, then they asked for a further 3 months of bank statements. I want to make a bet not apply for a mortgage

I’ve played on STSbet for a few weeks, deposited £30 and was playing Madame destiny megaways on £2 stake, at £26 a win appeared on screen (quite a large win) but it wasn’t credited and then it popped up saying my accounts been blocked! The absolute worst bookie ever. I was verified and the moment I started getting a few wins (3 to be precise), the merry go round of verification began. Well over a week in being asked to send bank statements (yes, more than one from two banks), pictures, my inside leg and all other manner of verification. Once they had all that my account was closed. Site seems like an absolute scam.
