These guys won’t last long and get shut down soon. ‘Deposited’ £50 and clearly says 1-2 minutes, half and hour passes and my deposit isn’t being shown. I contact support, they tell me it takes up to 48 hours to verify. What a disgrace. I can only imagine it’s run by a moron and a group of kids because the things they seem to make up on the spot is complete lies. I’ve never ever in my 30 years of gambling, come across a joke of a company as bad as this. Stay clear people please.

now, before you even think about using this site, be aware that in a day and age where everything is automatic and instant, this lot still have manual intervention in place for well.... everything. My account has been fully verified since day 1, i requested a withdrawl and was prompted for further proof, i thought ok, do you know what, i'll entertain it and can only assume that it will speed the process up. 4 or 5 days after having provided the additional info (card details, statement etc) i am then asked again for the same info. Unfortunately their incompetence and inaction is proving to inconvenience me, and as such i urge you all to do the same. Raise a complaint with a 3rd company Bookie resolution service like IBAS, raise a formal complaint with Gambling Commission and create so much admin for them that it costs them more to resolve the situation than it does to issue the requested withdrawl. Hopefully, one of 2 things will happen, a refund is issued, or the more desirable option, a refund is issued and the company is fined to such an extent that they are forced to close down. And before a reply such as "Electronic verification checks on the Player’s identity are carried out upon the registration and afterwards.Verification is an ongoing process, such checks are performed to ensure the safest possible gaming experience." is issued, please note that i have provided all information and should i provide any more you may aswel come and provide a rectal examination thats how deep into my personal data you have gotten. I registered with STSBET, and took advantage of the bet £10 receive 3 £10 free bet offer. My first bet lost, but I did receive the 3 free bet offer. First 2 free bets also lost, but 3rd free bet was a winner ( claymore) at Royal Ascot. I then wagered a couple of bets on Inspiral (Royal Ascot) and won a total of £150, which I decided to test STS withdrawal procedures. Must admit after receiving email regarding account verification before payout, and then reading all of the negative requires on here I wondered if I would receive my winnings. However I did supply them with the requested documents this morning,( uploaded to their website) and my winnings were paid into my bank this afternoon?. I was polite in my communications with their email enquiries, and perhaps that’s the way forward, rather than getting involved in a spiteful name calling battle.

After being fully verified and placing a winning bet then trying to withdraw then guess what? The same Id that was already verified was needed again! Then the deposit method I used to deposit cannot be used to withdraw. Need to deposit again and add new payment method. 3 times the same Id is needed after being fully verified. They'll just run you around in circles and you need to wait 48-72 hours for a reply. As for live chat, well they are useless too. I'm waiting to be verified again.

Very poor website. Horse racing is quite basic and missing things like the French Derby. Prices the night before were always SP. No app and feels very basic. They require far to much personal data to payout on your winners and are happy to take your deposits with no security data at all. They even ask for copy of PayPal URL’s to verify your address. This seems suspicious and unnecessary. I tried live chat and gave up as the header said 4 min wait but after 17 mins it still said 4 mins. I emailed in to Customer care and after about 3 days got a reply. So nearly a week after requesting a withdrawal I still do not have my money. All in all quite poor and there are many bookmakers out there that are miles better than these guys. My advice is don’t bother with them.

Logged in and deposited, attempted to place a bet, bet slips states must log in to place a bet, press log in, nothing happens. Close bet slip, log out, log in again, try to place bet, same thing. I can see my balance on the same screen where the bet slip is telling me I need to log in to place a bet, attempt to contact live chat, button doesn't work. Log in on different device, same outcome, this time I can use live chat, advisor is useless, asks me if he would like to help me close my account as I'm having problems with them. I would honestly urge everyone to avoid STS bet, simply the worst bookmaker in a sea of plenty, no reason to use STS again.

Unfortunately I have to echo other reviews that STSBET is simply a front for what are essentially scammers. I registered and deposited £10 to take advantage of their £30 freebet promotion. Well, I wish I hadn't. My initial bet and one of my freebets came in, and I tried to withdraw my meagre winnings of £54.40. Later that. Ight I receive an email citing that "they have received an error from my bank" when trying to process the withdrawal to the same card I deposited with (the same card no other bookmaker has had an issue with crediting with funds up to this point) and that to resolve the issue, I need to register another payment method (depositing ANOTHER £10 to do so), essentially holding my funds to ransom. There was no way I was going to willingly give these crooks any more of my funds, so I got in touch with them via their online chat portal, and was put through to "Marcin". After some unnecessary, inane questions, I was told I would have to upload my bank statement corresponding to the card/account that was used to deposit, so they could do a manual bank transfer. I have since spoken to my bank and they have confirmed that no funds have attempted to be credited to my card, and if this was the case. They would never block funds from entering My account, conforming STS are indeed just blatant liars. I'm awaiting their verification process, and not holding my breath on ever receiving my rightfully won winnings, no matter how many hoops they ask me to jump through. Bettors beware, there are many other sites out there, avoid this one.Update: So, it's been just over a week since I wrote my review and guess what? You guessed right, I still have not received my funds. They have asked me to provide every possible peice of documentation they can think of and now I have, rhere seems to be no one around to verify that documentation. Betway is pretty great. I have been a Betway user for quite some time and for the most part I’ve had good experiences and actually enjoy using this sportsbook. Unfortunately, I tried to withdraw $5800 last Wednesday. Betway confirmed my withdrawal and settled it as paid on Friday. I did not receive my funds while also being told to contact Gigadat to inquire. Gigadat bounced me back to Betway, stating that no withdrawal got pushed to their system, but Betway says it’s paid. This is a serious concern as no funds have been released to myself and it’s been over a week. I really do like utilizing this app, but no customer should have to chase their withdrawals, especially when our deposits always work… I have obtained my bank statement for this period to aid in this process but still have not heard from Betway. Imagine not getting the money that you earned. Not right

This site is a Scam and also it made me realise I am dumb to spend my hard earned cash on a website that just scams you. I was playing roulette and my number came through and I would have won £3500 but instead a message comes bet rejected after saying bet accepted . So I need to stop gambling full stop . I might as well give my hard earned cash to a random guy on a street. That’s what we are doing when gambling on these stupid sites. Just the thrill of chasing money.

Play like they are totally rigged seen some crazy number sequences like a number you haven't got coming out on the roulette 6 out of 7 spins they just laugh when you complain saying its bad luck. If it was the other way round they would void the game and say malfunction. Make your own mind and use your common sense leave their games well alone

I only gave this company one star because honestly I couldn't give zero. The online casino is a joke and if you just want to waste your time spending money with no returns play on this casino. They consistently play you by making you wait for any bonus's for at least half your waged money then give you bonus's for next to nothing an example of this is.... Start £100 you start playing and might get a £4 to £5 win (play with £1 a spin) you get a lot of little 6p or 20p or 50p wins which are all losses but it feeds you the fact they are wins (they go towards your win count) and when you get down to nearly 33% of your balance they give you a bonus and it pays you say between £1 and £35 most times on the very rare occasion it might pay you £60 I am basing this on multiple games like book of dead , legacy of dead, king kong cash etc the popular games. then it just dead spins out time after time this happened in the 2 months I investigated this site. I been a customer with paddy power more than 2 years and I need to say is not a very good experience being their customer, I noticed more I’m loyal and more they treat me badly, I play lots of their promotions more than 200 hundreds along I been with them and most of them I don’t win anything, they’re saying I didn’t win this time but the one I win I always get the last price, I asked them many times how this promotions draw works but they can never tell me how or who Decide who gets the first price or last or nothing. I thought very highly of them in the beginning but now is just a big disappointment. I used get a bonus every Wednesday now is been more than 3 months I don’t and every time I contact them they’re saying try next week. I been so loyal to paddy power but I feel they’re taking the P..s especially when I’m a VIP customer but they don’t treat me like one far from that. I told them if I go to a casino and I’m VIP I get free meals or tickets for a show or a night in the hotel . If I was an online Casino owner and my customers are VIP I treat them like one and make sure they’re happy!!

This company closed my account because I was not meeting 'responsible gaming requirements' they claim they use to prevent 'problem gambling'.Sure, I've stepped up my gambling this week, but that was due to the darts tournament.I'm not exactly loaded, but I do have an household income of well over £67k a year, so I don't think betting £90 is the end of the word, nor implies I have a gambling problem.It appears this site upsets quite many people in one way or another. I tried to contact them but they no longer respond to emails and you have to use a FAQ section which is useless.As a note, the odds on darts were great which is why I used the site. I suppose I'll use another company. One that actually has an email or chat function.[Edit] Oh wow, after reading recent reviews (which are almost all 1 star) seems I dodged a bullet with this company

All ID given to them as they requested, account verified yet 3 weeks later my account is still suspended with no communication what so ever. Customer service is a load of rubbish and they can’t even help. Would avoid paddy power at all costs as they will just take your money and suspend your account.

I never leave reviews usually but Im so frustrated with the company. I placed a bet and received 2 free bets which all went smoothly. When placing the 2 free bets I found a team I fancied to win and as it was a good price I put both free bets on this team, which won. I was contacted a short time later saying that I had breached the terms and conditions by placing both bets on the same result. As this was against terms and conditions the bet and winnings were voided, which is understandable but was a totally honest mistake. I contacted the company to explain and accepted that as I breached the terms and conditions then the bet should be voided. As this was a genuine mistake however I asked if the free bets could be reinstated but they informed me this would not be done and am now banned from receiving any further bonuses or promotions. As I said previously this really was a genuine mistake and if I had bet on 2 opposite outcomes so that one of the bets would win then I would understand being banned from receiving further bonuses.As much as this is frustrating for me I suppose I am also writing the review so that people are aware and take note of the terms and conditions within these bonuses.

So firstly i have a disability,i suffer from severe anxiety/trauma aswell as adhd,bipolar disorder and asthma. I've never worked for a more racist company where white people get more advantage over ethnic minorities I can truly confirm that the shop in ossett west Yorkshire is totally racist there is a female manager along with other csm's that are racist.suspended for no apparent reason other than lending some money to a mate and I was accused of soliciting to 3rd party betting,bs!interviewed in such a bad manner by that racist manager that i ended up on long term sick leave.a lot of my customers have now left coral and prefer to go into BetFred and William hill which is on the high street where I used to work at coral,a total joke and heartache,occupational health team were very helpful whilst I was sick but i ended up resigning as they wanted me to attend the same meeting and I couldnt bear going through that again due to my illnessapart from that I can't say anything good about the company only one thing my manager in the batley is ACE,she is the best manager in the world apart from her everyone else can go stick it where the sun doesnt shine
