My husband has been trying to withdrawal his money since October 2020, when he received an email saying UK sites were no longer going to be able to bet with them. His account was verified but he was asked to send a picture of himself with his passport. This he done but told not clear, he has spoken to 9 people on chat, one person 3 times, they say his picture isn’t clear and they cant read his passport. Well he and I can read it on my phone! He has emailed them to complain in December …no reply he has a nice sum of money in there, he is not getting nowhere. Avoid at all costs!

Recently opened an account with Tote and was very lucky and had a good win. I was worried to get excited in fear it would not be an easy process to withdraw with being so new to the site.. but after quick email correspondence regards ID documents required to withdraw the money was in my account days later.All people I dealt with on the site were very friendly and quick to respond to me. Closed my account, didn’t notify me and didn’t return my stakes. I hadn’t done anything untowards, my account was verified. When questioned they said it was within their terms to be able to terminate my account. Transparency is key, no reason and no notification. They would have kept my money but I’m currently pursuing them and will be reaching out to the gambling commission. Avoid these and bet with more reputable bookmakers.

You can’t take a price so you only get what the horse returns no best price guarantee which gives this bookmaker a huge advantage. I started with £20 today and also deposited £20 on another bookmaker and placed the same bets on both sites just to work out if there was a difference on the other site I was able to take a early price on five selections I backed the same five horses on the tote site I got very lucky and got three winners. Joined Redbet on Friday night and played for a few hours .Cashed out for a couple of hundred in profit around 4 o’clock on Saturday morning and went to sleep .When I woke up I checked my bank account to see how much money was left in it and was hugely surprised to find out that the withdrawn funds from Redbet casino have been already credited.I have played on many of the biggest online casino sites but have never experienced as fast funds withdrawal as this ,especially on the weekend. Ok,i thought all was.fine,received a rude email saying i had to reply with 24hrs,i replied within 10 minutes,went to log in,they closed my account ??‍♂️. Its a complete joke of a bookie. Your first deposited money will be put together with your welcome bonus balance and if you do not manage to wager (deposit money+bonus money) to around £500 you will never see your deposited money again. To make this worse it will then eating up any other money you will have in the sports section if you casino balance reaches balance 0.

Been using Redzone for over a year and they are possibly one of the least competent firms available. Customer service via live chat is totally useless and unable to help if you have anything beyond the most basic issues. Taken over 48 hours to get a bet correctly paid out when they settled a winner as a loser, no idea why the bet was settled as a loser in first place and even less idea why it takes so long to resolve such a basic issue – customer service said that this issue will take “at least a day” to fix. There’s loads of more reputable betting firms available (most of whom take customer service seriously) so don’t waste your time with this lot.

Bad bonus now and way too big wagering. 100 euros deposit you have to wager 1600 euros :Dd And now you have to have 2 bets on one slip, thats very hard to get right. This casinos supervisors are poor and they are just stealing your money. There are so many casinos that don’t have wagering at all or its max 600 euros. Had an account with Racebets for maybe a year and only made a few deposits and bets of a couple of £ now and then on horses. i was possibly a few £ up overall and made one small withdrawal in a year.Minimum deposit seems to have went up to £20 using PayPal, not sure if it’s the same for all now or just me,anyway betting through the link from racing post I seemed to find always an error coming up when trying to place a bet but went through on second attempt. On checking balance I saw bet had went through twice so contacted their customer help and was very kindly refunded the duplicate bet,so all was fine.Next time placing a bet same error comes up so I goes and checks balance and previous transactions only to find a few duplicate bets in the past which went unnoticed by me ,stupid you may think but link from racing post to Racebets does not show balance when placing a bet so can easily be done,all part of the obscure Racebets experience. Anyway goes back to customer help regards the duplicate bets and this time get reply that my account has been restricted and no best odds guaranteed for me in future? I like tote for couple reasons. Single bet markets only. Tote place pot. Old school betting one thing I don’t like is you can’t take SP. That’s a big no no when comes to online betting. Many horses drift in the bookies favours especially favs at the start.

This company is registered and operated from Malta so beware of submitting personal data as they may not have the same data protection standards as UK. Submitted my UK driving licence (valid with the DVLA) when asked by RaceBets for verification. A few minutes later received a message saying they could not accept my licence as it was out-of-date. (verified by DVLA that it was in-date and currently valid) Then was asked to submit alternative verification such as a utility bill which I did! Again, I received a message from RaceBets that they could not accept this but did not give a reason. Up to that point I had spent a lot of time during the verification process and simply gave up in disgust. Personally I believe their verification process is a scam to entice people to give as much data as possible then probably promulgate it on to a Third Party so BEWARE.

I at first really enjoyed playing slots on the website. When it came time to providing my proof of identification and payment for making my deposits to the website and retrieving my winnings is where I came into many round and round jump through hoops over and over again with still zero results and still no results till this day. I provided approved identification repeatedly and also provided documentation in regards to the pre paid credit card that I made my deposits with. Also gave documentation in regards to my personal bank account that I never made any deposits to the website as per required by the website even though I never made any deposits from my personal account but asked that my withdrawel be made to my checking account from the website. I recently sent my identification documentation yet again to the website only to get an email back informing me that management has made the decision to close my account indefinitely and was advised that if I opened up yet another account that they would again imediately canceled my account and seize my funds and or any winnings I may have.
