I’ll go with a contrarian viewpoint and give 4 stars. First off I’ve never had any bets canceled or my account randomly frozen. I will say that my limits were lowered once I hit a bunch of winners from a decently high number to $75 USD, which is annoying. Their app is decent, their site is a bit clunky but their odds are decent and move pretty slowly. Most importantly is withdrawl… I’ve been only paid out via international transfer and they were EXTREMELY picky with my banking information / documentation. I had to go back a few times to get it to their specifications. But once that was done, they paid out twice and I’m currently awaiting my 3rd payout. So, I don’t think they’re a scambook like 1Xbet and I’ve personally not had any real issues so I’d cautiously recommend but only if. A) You’re ok with being limited if you win B) You’re not placing massive bets C) Can put up with a mediocre site D) When you do cash out, are willing to go through a painful process.

Did write a simple review 6 days ago (se below) regarding a withdrawal I have not received. I did win NOK1500 and made a withdrawal 29th of September. I have still not received any funds, despite providing my bank statement several times. Customer service chat is just rubbish and gives me the same answer every time “we are still looking into it”. Never using Mobilebet again.

Thankfully, they are out of the UK now.Dreadful customer service, and they are liars!!! Complete and utter liars. The beauty of this is that in my case, they were tripping over their own lies in e-mails they sent to IBAS.In a nutshell, they upped sticks closed my account and were hoping I would disappear and they could have my £££. Not so. I pursued them directly (lies and lies followed). They claimed not to have received e-mails on one hand yet acknowledged receipt in others.If they have withheld your £££……. be persistent, contact IBAS (betting complaints commission) and eventually you will be rewarded.My advise – for those who have accounts … close them and take your money out. There are huge numbers of complaints regarding Winner and withholding funds.Update to this – 4th November. All cash in my account. Okay site, okay software. Sometimes the table has already started but mine is still loading. Lose 1 1.5 BB before getting seated and loaded in.Withdrawals compared to other sites take too long imo (already verified) to a ewallet(much better?).To be verified it mmmmalso took them some time (1weekish).This site needs to step up to the industry standard in regards to a few things but 3 stars for the action available. First they insist that all deposits are wagered so if you deposit £20 but only use £10; tough! They charge to withdraw your own cash. 50% of the online help agents haven’t a clue about their t&cs and you get a different ruling each time! Avoid, avoid, avoid! Always had positive experiences with Jetbull, looks like morons who can’t control their gambling have killed a decent website here for those of us with some basic self control. Deposits were ‘not great’ but solely because they almost always had a default of trying to get you to deposit into a casino bonus that you had to make sure not to select (might have been a decent bonus for all I know, I only wanted to bet on sports and didn’t want this dodgy bonus!) their sports betting odds were pretty good, deposits aside from the issue mentioned were simple and fast, withdrawals were also fast and I don’t remember ever having any issues with them trying to con me out of winnings when I did win. I want to share my horrible experience with this company. Not only their customer support is the worst I ever had a chance to deal with, but the head of the customer service and senior members of customer support are horrible human beings too. As a problematic gambler, but the adult person i have to take responsibility for my actions and it was naive to think they would ever refund some of these impulsive bets i places. Although after playing for £20 a bet i went to placing all my savings of £500 pounds a bet and lost £2500 in an evening. That, of course, did not raise any questions from their side, because I was losing my money. They did not require any identity confirmation or documents for me to lose thousands of pounds, but when I realised I lost all money for rent and food, I contacted them. What they did in reply is for you to judge.They closed my account and froze all the balance that i had there. £400 pounds that would’ve at least gave me a chance to survive till a next payday. They did not reply for two weeks at first, then told my complaint about asking to refund at least some of those out of pattern impulsive bets was not valid. The head of the customer service told my balance was already sent and will be with me soon. Then out of nowhere one week after they start sending me emails asking to verify my identity. Bank statements, proofs of address, pictures of my bank cards and so on. Every day a new email with new requirements. And that’s after two people from their head office already confirming the money is on the way. Does not matter that i already complained to them it’s my; last money to survive and I’m feeling suicidal. They only care about profit and don’t think their customer’s wellbeing or even life matters.

Absolute scam.I opened an account and within 60 seconds they terminated it.Basically taking all of my personal information then denying my access to the account. I never even got to log in after registering let alone place a bet. There was no reason whatsoever to end the account.I raised the issue on their chat and when i began to air my concern about their falsely obtaining my personal information with clearly no interest in providing the service they were advertising the live chat person blocked all my future messages.Do not give these people any information or bank details

After a few months of not using vernons, I received an email titled “about your vernons account”. I thought perhaps maybe I had some money left in there or they were going to entice me back to play again but no….. it said after a review of your account you will be unable to ever use vernons again. I have bad experience with mobile bet!!!So, I won and now I want to withdraw my money. The problem is that in the withdraw menu there is only one option: via credit card!!! I wrote them more than 10 mails for the past 2 weeks to add also skill and bank transfer via Trustly(as is shown to their site) but mobile bet did not do it and even did not answer to any of the mails I sent them!!!Now I have contacted gambling commission and IBAS on the matter!

BetClic is the worst bookie I have ever encountered. My account was limited to less than 5 euro every 24 hours for no apparent reason. I was literally baffled as to why they restricted my account, because I won just a few small bets after the first week or two of opening my account – it’s not like I was some pro gambler raking in thousands, or playing unfairly. I don’t think I even made a profit to be honest. When I asked why it was limited they told me it was under their discretion and refused to look into it. My honest review from my experience is that I recommend you to sign up elsewhere. You can sign up fine but when you want to withdraw they only accept certain statements from certain banks. I use Barclays and they wouldn’t accept it. Had to fight over a week with them just to withdraw £5000 and get my account passed security..The customer service live chat is terrible as they didn’t help me once. They will harass you with KYC and try to not only interrupt your playing but also withdrawing if you win. Please read the other reviews before you use these. Absolutely disgusting! After depositing £1000 and not having much luck, closed my account and short time after decided I'd give the site another go which I did and won £2,700ish. I played all day placing various bets on slots/live gaming etc etc…However, On the last game played my WHOLE balance was bet on the live Blackjack (The screen froze and I kept clicking as it wasn't placing chips down) When the screen returned my whole balance was sitting as a placed bet! Understandably someone could make this up, but I'd been playing the whole day I mean 18 hours straight and not placed a bet for anything like the £870 bet placed. I contacted customer support who were helpful at first but after 'reviewing' decided that I had intended to place the bet (Virtually called me a liar) and said this was their final decision. I tried to reason with them to no avail and after trying to talk with someone on live help they have now blocked my I.P address to the website meaning I can't access anything – Which is highly suspicious! I opened an account and deposited £20 I had a small win of £60 I tried to place a bet of £5 each way on two horses at first being told that I was restricted to A nil bet placement which subsequently changed to a maximum of £1.84 which personally I find pathetic then in the very next race they allow me to place a bet at £40 then going back to restricting the bets too small amounts in short you do not know where you stand and the format is not very good either I would stay away from this site there are I have found much better out there in fact incredibly better
