Opened my account on Saturday morning. Deposited £10, placed my first bet. 30 minutes later I had an email to say my account has been closed due section 17,i emailed back very confused to then received a response to advise this was a system error and an automated email sent. My account was now back open and FULLY verified. Fair enough… Later on that day I still had not received my sign up free bets most likely due to the accounts being mistakenly closed sat on chat waiting for a response for an hour finally got hold of someone to be advised they can see i qualify and will credit these now. Great all sorted…. Going forward into the day I won my bets and placed a withdrawal, checked my account was verified so no issues checked with chat all good advised it would take upto 24 hours to come out of pending. Woke up this morning to an email to say my money has bounced back to my account and I need to provide 4 documents to verify. Very very frustrating as I checked all this yesterday and was told was fine. Nevertheless I proceeded and submitted all 4 documents. 3 have been accepted and 1 sat in pending still. Now being told by chat that it can take a few days to verify despite terms saying upto 24 hours. To say I will be closing my account down once this has sorted and withdrawn my funds. Would not recommend this site at all customer service Is poor and the messaging service they offer is pointless as you can’t speak to departments just advised you will be contacted via email which is also impossible to get a reponse from along with no contact number. Poor site would not recommend at all

They start off giving good bonuses cash drops, lots of free spins. Once they have your custom it all stops they take your money and every “promotion” is one free spin nothing! Literally the last 6 months the “bonuses”are all nothing. They do payout quickly and have good choice of games but the promotions and staff attitudes are appalling. They always respond to these reviews saying contact to discuss but they don’t want to discuss anything they just dismiss you and say they have no control over bonuses. I would find a site that rewards regular custom rather than “we have you now so we will give you absolutely nothing and make out we have done you a favour!” It really let’s the site down!

Not the best app, also the welcome offer for horses includes two lucky dips, which are going to pick horses at random and most of them will lose. Also had to use support for bugs and bonuses not being awarded or being available on bet slips, and one positive is the support were always great at helping me. Gemma is the latest one to help she did a great job!I have also won 2/3 free bets but lost the two lucky dips (shocker!). So there’s that at least

I had fraudulent activity on my bank card . The thieves used talkSPORT bet as it isn’t 3d secure website .. apparently the vendor /company can choose not to implement this safeguard against fraudulent transactions . Which speaks volumes about their attitude to commerce . Still waiting to have my money returned.

Scam company do not use. I signed up today due to their special offer they had on the site. I followed the instructions and deposited and placed a bet and my special offer wasn’t given. When I enquired about this I was told I wasn’t getting the offer – and I wasn’t getting any offers from them ever it was a business decision they had made. This is just a scam to get you to bet with them. I will be reporting them to IBAS

Shambles ! Signed up couple weeks ago have deposited numerous times no issue , go to withdraw £30 after I had deposited over £40 that day but due to games not really paying I accepted the loss and decided to just take £30 , they reversed my withdrawal and said I need to verify already going against the commission rules , now it says my account closed when trying to log in no email or anything contact live chat told they don’t know anything and I need to email 5 days later heard nothing and not received my money this is literally theft , I sent in all verification the day they asked , if this gets sorted today I’ll change my review but never had this happen feels so corrupt

Talksportbet is one of the better casinos I have played with so far, decent selection of games and instant withdrawals.I only play slots when using the site but have not once received any sort of bonus or promotion which seems unusual for online casinos.The only promotions that are ever available are for horse racing or sports which I have zero interest in to be honest. I emailed support and was told that I need to opt in to promotions that are normally sent through email or account inbox, but I have never once received any offers either through email or inbox message. Would definitely be playing more if there were offers available like what other casinos offer.Aside from that though, a very decent casino and would easily recommend it.

I thought I would give another online casino a go …. If I could give talksport 0 stars I would . . I play with the knowledge “House edge” and have played slots enough to know that this site is utter bs. Every single slot played the same … if I did hit feature ? £1.47! Hit feature second time quickly £0.47 from 15 spins . This pattern continued with every new game I played . The only positive is that Talksport did this from the get go they didn’t let me win a little to reel me in (pun intended ) Casinos could make money by being honest .Of course their reply will be how they are regulated … but guess who pays the regulators . Deleted . Il stick with my regular.

Would not recommend. I tried to use my free bets after my deposit and could not use them. Contacted the team and they said all selections have to be greater than 2.00 even the TsCs stated accumulated selection must be over 2.00. So I did what they said and still could not use my bonuses, they then advised me the app was having issues and to try browser, still could not use my bonuses and then told me to clear my cookies or log out. Overall poor service do not honour free bets as advertised.

Very very disappointed in this site after 3 days and hundreds and hundreds of spins very very poor return and this was on a numerous amount of games. I have played the same games on other sites and had far better return. Please do not waste your time creating an account with them as if you are fortunate enough to win any money it’ll take months to just have a chance to withdraw your winnings. The worst customer service I have experienced in the betting industry. Also, be aware that if you get restricted on betvictor you will also get restricted with them, and vice versa.
