They are the biggest scammers ever, they let me deposit over £3500 without asking a question over 2 days. I then won £4000 and I withdrew it slowly as I won and I then suddenly got call from SAFER GAMBLING! They didnt think to call when I deposit only when I withdrew. They then went on to block my account for verified ID, I provided a bank statement, passport even took a live selfie all approved. They still 8 days later haven’t verified my card or address and it clearly shows my bank statement with the transaction to them and they refuse to reply to emails other than we have received your email. I’ve been to resolver and even same reply to them. I have now called the gambling commsion to present my case. Apparently the law has changed and they should have verified me from start and not stop my withdrawal! If this is not sorted in next 48 hours and they don’t call me I will be going on all socials and looking for other people this has happened to and starting a petition to have them held accountable that they can take your money but withhold giving it back. They should be forced to give the withdrawal if they haven’t done there checks before the deposit. Then if they wish to hold or block there account they can take there time doing what they want to do the checks for 8-10 days like they doing and still no reply. Terrified that imagine someone who actually needs that money is left in such situation with no phone number and no one held accountable. DONT EVER USE THERE SITE. 1 OF THE WORST SITES EVER!

Hope and pray you have no issues. The customer service is worse than appalling. I’m currently on day 5 of attempting to sort out an issue surrounding free bets after having had a nightmare with the chat centre (no reply for 9 hours and then the chat being ended due to me being asleep), the text service (no reply for several hours and then punted to email) and the email service (no reply for hours and still nothing now 27 hours after my last correspondence) where the issue was denied ever even happening even with screenshots to show that, well, it happened.

Cannot give 0 so had to give one. Not been able to do anything on my account since Friday afternoon. Says it needs verification. Keep getting told on the chat someone will be in. Nothing. Tried emailing. Nothing just Fin!

The customer service was wonderful and helpful in every way they can they talked me through everything and took their time even though it took me time to understand the advice they were giving me they even do a call back service so for me it has to be a ten out of ten 😀

I spoke with a customer advisor on live chat – Mackie. The query was in relation to a bet placed on football, Mackie dealt with my query very quickly & they were understanding in their responses. My issue was rectified to an extremely satisfactory level. Overall a great experience!

Do not use this company. Opened an account and deposited. Within an hour closed down my account and withheld my winnings. Constant contact to customer services who won’t do anything apart from send me email for security. Iv have contacted security 3 times now over the 3 past 3 days. With absolutely no reply!!! Don’t waste your time and money on this company

Signed up to talk sport bet on Saturday morning 14/09/24 & deposited £20Bet 1 = £10 Man utd winBet 2= £5 Man utd -1 goal Bet 3= 2.50 Burnley & Oxford All 3 of my bets won giving me a total return of approx £70When i tried to log in to my account & withdraw some of my winnings i received a message saying that talk sport had reviewed & closed my account 10mins before the full time whistle in my 3 games :-(I have tried to contact talk sport about the theft of my money but surprise surprise the live chat cannot help me with this query.Absolutely shocking treatment from a so called reputable company.

My brother signed up all was well too start won £900 withdrew money went in no problems I placed a £80 bet logged in too cancel the bet as I placed on wrong team as I tried too log in was met with account closed please contact customer service I tried for 8 hours straight finally heard back magically after the bet lost saying account was closed by mistake. 2 days later I had 3 correct scores on the free game so should of had a £20 free bet logged in too use it was met with account closed again I’ve now been trying too contact for a week with no replies went on chat was told too email accountsecurity@talksportbet done that 3/4 days gone past and shock horror no replies again avoid this site everyone massive theives will be taking this too ibas aswel He’s asked me to post this too warn others

I’m a small better, been with these about a year and am quite happy to date.Most other books start to limit you, or exclude you from promotions etc, once they realise you’re not a total mug. Not experienced that here so far.They give small bonuses, and little offers, which as a small better l appreciate. No regrets as yet!

I’ve joined Talksport Bet several months back and been a very loyal customer. Althought I was very pleased with the site functionalilty and the in-play sports options but they are horrible when it comes to giving anything back in the way of free bets. Then when I spoke to them on Live chat and explained how BET365 regularly gave me 20, 50 somethimes up to 100 euro in free sports bets they said they were going to give me a bonus and never did. I followed this up with them and another colleague / employee of theirs then said no we can’t help you. EXTREMELY disappointing when they tell you one thing and do another, especially knowing how good of a custumer I had been. Clearly not appreciated.BET365 are great for rewarding good customers.

I played live dealer blackjack and 2 dealers one after the other pulled 3 cards instead of 1 the first time we had a 10 and they cancelled the game and then dealer got 3 blackjack one after the other the next dealer straight after done the exact same thing this time we had a 7 and they didn’t cancel the game. I complained about this and was told someone would get back to me in a few hours but upto 72 hours. 72 hours pass and nothing so now there’s 2 problems. I got a nasty supervisor called Liam who was patronising, cocky and unhelpful. I’m still awaiting a response. They do not compensate you for poor service or losses due to unprofessional dealers at all. If I was a customer looking for a gambling site I would choose one that recognises wrong doing and assist rather than stating “I’m sorry you feel this way” it appears to me they are very confused around feelings and facts. AVOID
