Stay away scam betting site , So I have been leaving reviews on here about talksport bet , They have had £180 of my money for nearly 2 years . They put a block on my account because I won 1 bet . I have been fighting them for nearly 2 years just to give me my funds , £180 is still showing available balance on the account . They have asked for id and because I don’t have a passport or a driving license they will not let me have my funds . I have gave them all the rest of the id requested and they have refused that , please please stay away from this betting site as they will block your account if you win . I don’t care about the betting account I just want my funds ! You accepted the bet so pay the bet out . It’s embarrassing that they can’t release £186 , stick with bet365 and William Hill and stay away from this scam site. I have took it further and now have my lawyers involved . I get legal aid so that is a plus . Do the right thing and give me my funds . The reply is always the same come on to livechat or email us just to be told the same we can’t give you your funds . After a few winnings bets, my account got suspended and I was requested to send copies of my bank statements, to prove my income and if I could afford my current level of betting.I sent these, but I am waiting over 6 weeks (!) and still I am being told the documents are ‘being reviewed’.Meanwhile my balance of €14500 is stuck in Talksportbet and I can’t make any withdrawals.I have no problem with a proof of funds check to see if an individual can afford a certain level of gambling, and perhaps even some deposit limits can be introduced based on these figures.However, this should only affect deposits, why do withdrawals need to be blocked?And why does checking 2 bank statements have to take 6 weeks and counting? Talksportbet is abusing this ‘affordability check’ to stop me from withdrawing my balance and get a nice bit of interest on my funds.When I finally had enough and filed an official complaint with them last week, I was simply told that by signing up, I agreed that ‘verification checks could be carried out on an ongoing basis’. In other words, they can do whatever they like, and take as long as they want..What a nightmare. Wish I never deposited here.

I see talksport bet are replying to my reviews on here , saying to send them a email to resolve the issue? Yous do not respond to my emails and when yous do the odd time yous say my ID is not good enough? My online banking with proof of deposit also a letter from Scottish legal aid with my home address on it still not good enough, yous have £186 in my betting account and will not let me access it . Please be advised that I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by your site. After submitting my passport and bank statements as proof of salary, along with my first deposit, it took over 3 days for my account to be checked, only for it to be subsequently closed. I have already filed a complaint, and I expect a response within 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in legal action, and I will make sure that both IBAS and the UK Gambling Commission are informed. I will also be seeking legal counsel in this matter.

I wrote a review a while back about talkSPORT BET closing my account, the first time I tried to withdraw any funds. After winning a bet of 1053 which showed successfully to withdrawing, I looked a few hours later to a message saying my account was closed. There was no reason for this closure. I went on live chat and they wouldnt help at all and said I needed to contact support via email. I have now been back and fourth with support to provide docs. I have provided everything they have requested, from my ID, to proving my address, deposits, and bank statements. BUT now, all they are doing is sending the same copy and pasted message asking for the docs which I have sent many times now. DONT use this site, they will let you deposit but when withdrawing, they will simply close your account. I am in communication with IBAS on next steps for getting my funds back but will be a long procedure. I will continue to leave reviews EVERYWHERE of this experience to try and help genuine gamblers like myself avoid this stressful and unfair situation. Also, be ready to see a response from the team that looks like this ‘We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with our service. Could you please contact us via email and we will be happy to look into this further for you. Please email support@talksportbet’. This is the same email that is doing nothing to resolve this case and sending the same copy pasted message.

Horrific experience, won a bet and tried to withdraw 1053 GBP. Checked the next day and they closed my account. I also had open bets. I went on live chat and they would’nt help me or give a reason for closure (I have all screenshots of everything if anyone wants to see). DO NOT USE THIS SCAM SITE as they will not payout when you actually win a bet and steal your money. I will be taking this further through review sites and legal, starting with IBAS. Also, they will respond to this saying to send an email to support but its an inactive email and no one responds.

They advertised a welcome offer if I placed a ten pound bet first. After placing the bet I had an email telling me I no longer qualified for an offers. To me this is false advertising and fraudulent behaviour. Too many tinpot online bookmakers are popping up and cannot be trusted. Avoid these at all costs.
