Devastated new customer, NO OFFER GIVEN:- after 2 long live chats (after a bot questionnaire) i was told i never joined through an offer 😳. I had already put on my first £10 bet ready to receive x 3 £10 bets. Then they showed me all offers but mine was not there.So i had to go lose the conversation again and find the offer myself etc…….. Be Aware !After numerous months of hassle free betting suddenly my withdrawal did not go back to my bank card linked to my account (even though its worked from day 1)Another online company paid my same account without any problems. Then Customer Services wanted me to divulge all my banking details to get MY money back otherwise they’ll keep it.Something your told never to do but they hold your money ransom until they get it.Who works there that might sell it on ?

i signed up and placed a 10 pound bet as part of the bet 10 get 20 offer. AFTER depositing and placing my bet, talk sport bet informed me that i had been removed from the promotional offer. I joined this company on the first day of Cheltenham with the promise of £20 in free bets if you staked £10 and on settlement of the bet. The free bets were to be used at Cheltenham. My first £10 lost and no sign of the free bets. I have emailed twice and have had no reply. What i suggest is for people to stick to the well known stalwarts of betting such as, Bet365, William Hill, Fred Done, Corals etc and you won’t go wrong.

What a scam site this is. Joined today. £800 deposited within 2 hours (yes I have a problem) with no financial checks made by TalkSport. All £800 swallowed with only 4 feature awards £16, £53, £2 and £30 awarded. Complete scam. Avoid at all costs. I used a welcome offer and if you have other affiliated accounts with other bookmakers (Bet Victor and Parimatch) then you can’t review the offer. This clause is not stated in talk sport bet terms but was told my customer service that this doesn’t matter as they can give and take offers as they please.

Tried to open an account (I’ve never had one with them!!) – Closed it automatically saying I had an account but had excluded myself! – But then couldn’t check with my details (Because I’ve never had an account!!) – Said if I got the police to contact them they could look into it! – Absolutely ridiculous!Update: standard rubbish reply, copy and pasted…no I won’t, will not be wasting any more of my time.

Why You put restriction on my account , so I can not withdraw my money? You need to understand that money in there are mine , not yours. You are not good at all. People must avoid you at any cost. Was playing some roulette and lost £400 at 5am, not a big amount compared to how much money I’ve won from them (with my methods), and that’s when they decided to jumped in and restricted my accounts, after a long night of work I was too tired to speak to anyone but I did it anyway just to get my accounts back, but the agent on the phone was super rude, mocking me for “losing my money back” and tries tricking me into saying “I spent all my salary on betting every month” she knew I don’t but she’s evil and enjoys bugging customers, at the end she asked me to give her an amount of how much loss limit she should place on my accounts, I told her an amount of my max monthly disposable amount and she was being a bastad about it, and then she hang up on me and next day I got an email saying THEY EXCLUDED MY ACCOUNT FOR 50 years

They have a variety of casino games including many of my favourites, which is great. But since opening my account I have not received much returns and honestly speaking it feels like nothing at all. Like many have reviewed before me it doesn’t matter which game I’m on I never get more than my stake amount. Never seen anything like this. Opened account this morning, deposited £100, went to place a bet and hit with an ‘account restricted’ message! I had literally just opened the account.Went on to live chat with very little expectation of a resolution, and was told this was a traders decision and wouldn’t be reserved- they could provide no other information. I tried to simply place a bet of a nominal amount on the outcome of a horse race at Southwell this afternoon. Unfortunately, due to an “unknown error”, I was instructed to retry to place the bet. However, when attempting to place the bet for a second time, I received the same message.I proceeded to visit their live chat facility yo ask what was going on and I was told to retry to place the bet but by this time the face had finished, although I had already stated this to their agent. I then asked, as I was getting nowhere with said agent, to be transferred to a manager, of which I duly was.Initially, the manager said it was a “business reason” for not accepting my bet, then contradicted himself by saying it was a “technical issue” at my end.Mmm, I had no problem depositing money prior to attempting to place the bet, so that negates the technical issue at my end.Incidently, I won £500 (profit) last night with the firm and never experienced any difficulties then, so all of a sudden I’m banned from betting (hence the “business reason” provided as a reason for non-acceptance of my bet today).DON’T BET WITH THESE ROGUES! Absolutely impossible to place a bet on in-live event(basketball or handball). every time something happens- odds change or line change. Rubbish app as well, as when odds or line changes they keep the old ones, and when you start to place bet then error occure, have not seen such a rubich app. make the phone battery to go down for 30 minutes. Also keeps track on my location and staff without asking permition.
