Customer service don’t reply, u literally are on your own with them, so if u wanna bet, don’t bet here, is the worst site I witnessed in 6 years I gamble/bet by far out of tens or hundreds I played on.Basically, they will try to scam you, especially if u win a lot.

Was playing some roulette and lost £400 at 5am, not a big amount compared to how much money I’ve won from them (with my methods), and that’s when they decided to jumped in and restricted my accounts, after a long night of work I was too tired to speak to anyone but I did it anyway just to get my accounts back, but the agent on the phone was super rude, mocking me for “losing my money back” and tries tricking me into saying “I spent all my salary on betting every month” she knew I don’t but she’s evil and enjoys bugging customers, at the end she asked me to give her an amount of how much loss limit she should place on my accounts, I told her an amount of my max monthly disposable amount and she was being a bastad about it, and then she hang up on me and next day I got an email saying THEY EXCLUDED MY ACCOUNT FOR 50 years

avoid at any cost. They put me waiting timer for my bet on handball. it waits 30 seconds. the max allowed is reduced only on that sport. even the account in total is in minus. This is absolutely rubbish sportbook. I would put 0 star if there was an option. The customer service is not aware of anything.

They have a variety of casino games including many of my favourites, which is great. But since opening my account I have not received much returns and honestly speaking it feels like nothing at all. Like many have reviewed before me it doesn’t matter which game I’m on I never get more than my stake amount. I’ve deposited more than a few time and never been able to make a withdrawal have not even won half of what I put in on a day. So sadly I will not be recommend this company, stick to the regular long standing casinos and leave this in the dumps.

Never seen anything like this. Opened account this morning, deposited £100, went to place a bet and hit with an ‘account restricted’ message! I had literally just opened the account.Went on to live chat with very little expectation of a resolution, and was told this was a traders decision and wouldn’t be reserved- they could provide no other information. I hadn’t even placed one bet!!Don’t waste your time with these lot.

I tried to simply place a bet of a nominal amount on the outcome of a horse race at Southwell this afternoon. Unfortunately, due to an “unknown error”, I was instructed to retry to place the bet. However, when attempting to place the bet for a second time, I received the same message.I proceeded to visit their live chat facility yo ask what was going on and I was told to retry to place the bet but by this time the face had finished, although I had already stated this to their agent. I then asked, as I was getting nowhere with said agent, to be transferred to a manager, of which I duly was.Initially, the manager said it was a “business reason” for not accepting my bet, then contradicted himself by saying it was a “technical issue” at my end.Mmm, I had no problem depositing money prior to attempting to place the bet, so that negates the technical issue at my end.Incidently, I won £500 (profit) last night with the firm and never experienced any difficulties then, so all of a sudden I’m banned from betting (hence the “business reason” provided as a reason for non-acceptance of my bet today).DON’T BET WITH THESE ROGUES! THEY CAN DO NO WRONG.

Absolutely impossible to place a bet on in-live event(basketball or handball). every time something happens- odds change or line change. Rubbish app as well, as when odds or line changes they keep the old ones, and when you start to place bet then error occure, have not seen such a rubich app. make the phone battery to go down for 30 minutes. Also keeps track on my location and staff without asking permition.

STAY WELL CLEAR OF THESE.My partner made an account and deposited with my card which was accepted at the time. She then won £476.32 which she tried to withdraw. After 24hours of waiting for the withdrawal they hit her with the usual IDENTIFCATION REQUIRED. even though they automatically verified her and let the card be used for deposit. They have refused to pay her winnings out even after numerous emails and an email from myself verifying that we share this card and that I was happy for her to use it on the site having never been registered to it before. As myself I have never had an issue with using other cards on a lot bigger bookmarking companies such as skybet William hill and bet365 all I have done this. They refuse to understand that no laws or anything have been broken and refuse to pay out her winnings. Shambles of a site would highly recommend avoiding such sites as there happy to accept deposits and can assure you if there was no bets won they would have no problem continuing to take withdrawals without needing identification.

Be very careful. opened an account which was verified, allowed to deposit and placed a couple of bets. Then got a message that the account was closed, no explanation, and even worse, they will keep the money placed on the bets. Out and out theft.

The deposits are extremely unlike to happen, 1 of 5-6 times success. The website itself is very slow and game lines are so frustrating – over / under are in different positions in different sports. No live stream at all. No cards of football in live you can bet separately without combining with goals, ect. I noticed that i bet on builder on Roma- Monza game, over 5.5 corners+4.5 cards Monza but it is settled as loss. I do not understand because Monza has 6 cards on the game. Actually the bookie has different terms and conditions for bet builders, and count cards as they want. This is the only place 6 is under 4. I have been used a lot, but this sportbook I would put on the bottom. Finally I can not deposit because I exceed certain amount nevertheless I sent 30Pages of documents. Kind regards

Had a bet on a tennis set and won, but no payout even after refreshing the screen many times! In the end i had to use the cash out option to try and get at least some of my money back, and losing nearly £200 in the process!
