It is about a month now since my first win with Royal Panda. Since that win, I had a few more. After many, many excuses and lies from the casino (and I contacted the licencing authorities as well), I have still not received a single cent of any of my winnings. I completed all the verification and all was approved. I have the emails about this. I also have the emails which say that my winnings were approved. Shocking!!!! They are supposed to be licenced etc – the licencing authorities also don’t seem to care. So everyone, please do not even trust the licenced casinos – you have no protection really. Be very cautious about ever putting in too much, or ever think you will receive any large winnings. Royal Panda does not even pay out small winnings!!! They deserve to be blacklisted and removed for cheating, lying and stealing (if they still don’t pay me out) player’s winnings.

As with others had my account flagged after my use of the site flagged my account for affordablity assessment, twice. I didn’t see the first email so did not contact them with the requested information. The email said my account would be blocked from depositing until information was provided.Given that i hadnt used the site for a long time and it was on my first deposit in a long time i cant see how it could be flagged under affordability.A couple months later i deposited again, still unaware of the previous email. No issue depositing thought! Next day im flagged again, which i did see. Long story short i am locked out of my account with active bets open that are eligible for cashout. They get 2 stars for letting me back in to monitor my bet but really the whole thing stinks. I would advise anyone not to send the documents they ask for and just close the account, they want everything up to your inside leg measurment to prove you can afford it. But if you dont provide it apparently “a relivant department” will deicde they no longer need the documents and allow another deposit, then begin the cycle again.

Update update update, found my passport still waiting on my account to be unlocked!!!!!! Opened my account verified using a. Crystal clear photo of my passport,I have lost my passport so I only have a photo in my phone, I have used this on many sites as photo id, all going well deposit small amounts, won 2 amount of couple of hundred euro, until Friday I signed up for 150 spins for 10 euro won a nice bit from that got to about 4 thousand still hadn’t completed the wagering requirements, long story short I ended up with 2000 euro real with drawable money, tried to withdraw this is when the problem starts, I was asked too verify sent bank statement and passport photo, no this isn’t good enough now they want a photo of me holding the Id which is impossible as I have lost it, asked for deadlock letter still waiting M, I wouldn’t waste your money on these scam artists, as soon as you win big its any excuses not to pay out

Changing review from 1 start to 2. After initially being a nightmare verifying my account with seriously crappy customer service, I’ve not had any issues for a while. Sports odds are half decent, deposits and withdrawals have gone through quickly and easily. Was tempted to give them 3 but the lack of promotions it’s just kind of hard to be too positive

Absolutely useless customer service. I cannot access my account despite still having funds in there. No response from the support email all day. Have been unbelievable to connect to a chat operator for the last 10 hours but apparently they are operating 24/7?! Complete and utter joke.

Don’t bother – if you have a profitable account they will simply stop you winning more than £0.01 on any bet.You are guaranteed to lose on this site.Use Betfair Exchange instead – if you win they’re more than happy to let you carry on betting.Same goes for sister site Sportnation.

I made only one bet and because I won they closed me my account with no further explanation or way to appeal. I've been harassing them for over a month with emails that take days to be answered, asking for my money and every time they delay it more. Very poor assistance and I think that I may have lost my money. Stay away from this page!

they won't pay you even if you win!
So I won something a small amount, everything sucks about them, the software is crap and not fair. I knew because I was getting better services at site like bitstarz and once I put in withdrawal hassles begin, they want gov id, when you send it they need id with photo, when you send it, they are taking too much time.

All the while they keep it in pending withdrawals so you could play it and maybe lose it, but I was smarter I never used it, and finally came the message that we have closed your account for blah blah reason when they could not find a suitable reason to delay more that is a delay of over 2 months in paying out. Seems they are cuckoo in having the debts that they cannot pay already and now are cuckooing their customers.

I have pending withdrawal request on €500.00, but I receive an email from Titanbet team that they cant successfully determine my age with the information I have supplied and ask to send Valid photo identification and Bank statement displaying the registered address used for my gaming account.

Also they inform me that my account has been closed as per management's decision without the option of reopening.

I send the necessary documentation but after more than 72 hours no one answer on my email. I make a phone call to the support team and they told me that on of the documents photo is not taken properly and I need to send again.

I send again clear jpg photo, but Im still waiting for their response 🙁

What to do?

Great website and betting interface, the in-play and live betting interface is not so bad either. Support on this bookmaker is awesome, I once had an issue with withdrawals but after contacting customer service, it was resolved. They also have pretty good odds offers although it is not in every sport.

Titanbet is a very good bookmaker as it offers pretty great odds on all kinds of sports. They have a sign up offer where you are asked to bet £25 to get £25. However, I believe they can improve their website a little by creating an easy way to access the sportsbook because it’s not easy to find.

only giving one star because I can't give 0. lodged 20 euro they gave a 20 euro bonus. I won 30 on roulette after a few bets. wanted to withdraw some money as cant on sports in my country (which your not told before you join). apparently I can't withdraw anything until I have bet 30 times my original deposit and bonus (€40 x 30) which is 1200 euro. absolute scammers , avoid at all costs

Only used TitanBet for a short period of time as I put a time out on my regular site after a string of bad losses.

Turned out I won quick big on TitanBet and withdrew in excess of 3500 profit, upon reading reviews was very nervous they were dodgy.

As everyone stated they asked for verification docs, I provided immediately and the account was approved same day, withdrawal again processed same day.

Funds were in my account within 72 hours of requesting withdrawal – I might just be a lucky one.

Their customer service was also pretty helpful when I called – live chat a bit hit and miss

'Please sir – try not to put more than £2.00 on per bet on an event. If you do, we will have to limit you'. This is what they did. Could barely put a pound on.

Told them to change their name to Cowardly Bet and use the phrase – no winning bets taken here. Told them to close my account (which they did_. To their credit, before they closed my account, they still wanted my business, but only in the casino. Advised them, that I wanted to win money not chase dreams.

Does anybody know why titanbet.co.uk and titanbet.com are apparently run on two different licences with the gambling commission yet the branding is exactly the same and both sites are hosted on the same IP address on the same web server?

DISGUSTING. I had a run of winning accumulator bets so they cancelled my account without letting me know.

I only found out when I tried to login and place a new bet. The Chat did not work so I had to call. I was told that they have indeed closed my acc but could not tell me why. I also had to chase email communication about all this. In order to retrieve my money, I must send them some documents. Funny that they did not ask about any of this when I was placing deposits, or losing bets.

They never had a competitive price on events I was backing, but ongoing refund offers made it worth a risk. I reckon that this is why they shut me down.

Be aware of this. They put up interesting offers to attract punters, but if punters take them and happen to win… well they are always other bookies out there and tons of free websites where you can compare and shop around. Titanbet will probably be out of the business eventually. In this competitive business environment, there can not be any tolerance for dirty tricks.

It is a shame and I have no other choice but to file a complaint with IBAS.

Live Chat is never answered (tried for two weeks), and it takes at-least three days to get a response from email.

They've had the same rubbish Welcome Promotion for years, and their promotions in general are some of the most boring I have ever seen,

For some reason when I joined it wouldn't let me deposit by card, so had to use PayPal. None of the Support team would say why I couldn't use card, just 'try something else'.

I've had an account with these for years and thought I'd resume betting again. As I've moved, I thought I'd attempt to update my address. Simple request, no? Well, apparently not.

– Cannot change details once logged in, so live chat says to send proof of new address.

– Send council tax bill.

– Reply to say it doesn't match the address on the account (well, no it wouldn't, would it).

– Resend.

– Reply that it is more than three months out of date and they won't accept e-statements (which everything else is).

– Attempted to update my e-mail.

– Reply to say my e-mail is from an address they don't have on file (again, it wouldn't be).

– Demand I phone despite explaining I can't due to being deaf.

It should not be this difficult to do a simple thing. I appear to be communicating with inept droids incapable of deviating from a script. If it's this difficult trying to do a simple thing, then I dread to think what might happen if I start betting and request a withdrawal …. oh wait, I can see judging from the other reviews here!

In short, avoid – plenty of other outfits to choose from.

Just got booted out the door by these guys as I tend to win more than I lose so thats not a problem as they have a business to run and no bookie will tolerate a winner. Had problems getting my account verified as their email server was rejecting attachments but in fairness to the guys on the phone ( Thomas ) they had it sorted in no time and monies transferred out. Would reccomend as they do have good prices

Avoid at all costs, this site are cheats. One of their slot games (arctic adventure crashes everytime on a big win) it says connection lost when wifi strength is perfect then when it reloads the is no win! Happend ro me several times and cant get through to anyone on customer service, i have screenshotted this happening and am currently going through the ADR and if needs be i will take it to the gaming commission……im only talking £20 – £50 but if this is a regular thing then its scandalous

Very bad site for gambling.
Number 1 I would advise verifying your account before betting and getting confirmation of this. The withdrawals take 5-7 working days I've found at least which is awful. I've heard promotions are on the risky side as well.
I have had bets on their site and after one of the games being suspended during betting it loses the whole bet so you have to reclick on all the ones you want AGAIN. Very annoying, wouldn't recommend but have used it and managed to get money back.. many have not been so lucky and have had funds not given and accounts locked.

BE WARNED THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO NOT PAY OUT.

Placed 2 bets of 100€, lost one won the other, overall did not even make a profit. The third bet I want to place, I am limited to 0.87€.
So I request a withdrawl. They cancel the withdrawl (already shady move) and request ID + Proof of Address, which is not unheard of, but what comes next is unacceptable.

I reply with the requested documents and they don't even answer if they got them for days. I contact the live chat, the only answer here is "not my department, I don't know how long this will take or if your documents were received".

This clearly is not a serious bookmaker, but rather a criminal organization.
