So it's been 4 weeks i still have no winnings, sent in everything i possibly can! Nothing more i can send in but they still won't process my withdrawal, i have contacted the gambling commission and also trading standards! Disgusting from Tony bet.

Avoid!!! disabled my account after i tried to withdraw £1000 asked me to fill out a politically exposed person (PEP) I have no idea why they need so many documents after I already gave them every possible detail you could think of it’s like there trying to steal my identity it’s been a week now and they have stopped replying to me

Don't trust this site,very very very poor service,they will accept as much as deposit and when you win n time for them to pay out your account will be disabled and even though this people disable your account for no reason and ask for a different different documents for you to send...👎👎👎👎better do not open account on this tonybet

Disappointed. Had a good experience for 2-3 months then issues started. Been using paysafecard to deposit and withdrawal successfully since opening account. They won’t let me withdrawal money out my account to paysafe but did still accept my deposit without issue couple times after. I’ve been told they have a issue with paysafe but that was over a month ago now with zero contact from support team. They have offered bank transfer instead but I can’t do that. So they haven’t really help and I need to complain and take things further. The withdrawal isn’t a massive amount of money but the point is they don’t want to give me it to the place I deposited it from.

Well well well, my last review was speaking highly of th Tonybet as you can see only last week. Now they have out of no were, asked me to send them my income details, statements invoices etc. Soon as they said this I said bye, shut my account. This is just pathetic, they just dont like winners. And people who withdraw alot. I've been a customer for 2 month or so and this has just been brought up! I went to deposit and didnt have the option no more, then live chat told me to download the KYC document stating a load of sh it. Tonybet, this just pushes people away, we cant be bothered. Goodbye.

Unfortunately it’s exactly the same problem for me with my account mattlennon9. I deposited £500 on the 22nd June and withdrew £735 following a successful sports bet. My account was disabled and I was asked to provide all bank statements, ID, payslips, proof of inheritance, copy of the front/back of my debit card, written proof of closure of my old bank accounts, statements showing payments to and from Tonybet. All have been provided. Livechat repeat the same lie over and over with the same copy/copy message “please note the security team is currently experiencing unusually high volumes due to new restrictions from UKGC which causes delays with case investigation”. All legitimate documents were provided. Every 5 days or so after replying with what they’ve asked for, they reply asking for something else, and then you need to wait 5-7days for a reply where they will ask for something else from you. I have voiced my concerns on Livechat that I believe I have been defrauded/robbed and mentioned this Trustpilot page, and the reply was “is there anything else I can help you with?”. I have now reported this to the Police, Gambling Commission and IBAS. This company is based in Lithuania - which says it all. The U.K. Gambling Commission licence number for this company is 039126-R-319399-009. Unfortunately we have all been defrauded by Tonybet, I suspect the company is either going under or is about to lose it’s licence and are therefore purposely preventing all outgoing payments in the hope that we all give up. The Livechat claims they are working 24/7 to resolve the problems, but clearly again another lie. I have issued a complaint via their official complaints procedure, and of course there was no reply. As you can see from their replies on Trustpilot, they copy/paste the same apology and assure us by using their livechat. Livechat will just issued the same copy/paste message as mentioned above.

I made 3 withdrawals. (the 1st of which was as far back as June 14th) I do not know why I am surprised that none of these withdrawals have been processed yet. I have literally sent them everything they could possibly ask for and I still haven't received any of my withdrawals. I even gave them my life story of why I use Neteller to gamble. I have been betting for 15 years and have never experienced anything 1% as bad as this firm. They practically want to know about every transaction you make from your bank account even why you sent your mate £50. My deposits into Tonybet are probably 2% of what I have in my savings, which they could clearly see on the many statements I have sent them. I was also asked to send my payslips twice, yes TWICE. The same payslips I sent previously a few days before, this is how "professional" they are. I work for a betting company myself and know what they are doing is ridiculous and deliberately using delay tactics to get customers to just give up. There is no way on earth I am going to give up on getting my money. I have opened a case with resolver and if my pending withdrawals do not reach my bank account in the next few days I will be opening a case with IBAS. I am more than happy to go to court over this and sue them for time wasting as well. As they have no right to hold your money once you have sent everything they have asked for and explained everything in detail. Do NOT even think about opening an account with these lot until they get their act together and you see a significant improvement in their reviews. I sent my final set of documents this morning so in 72 hours I will know whether they have started to get their act together or if they have completely lost the plot.

Update. Recieved contact after 2 weeks. I have already supplied payslips, bank statements and much more. Surprise surprise they have come back asking for a load more info. After 2 weeks in limbo! Also asked how I can afford to deposit more than my salary. Well as a gambling site they are well aware people withdraw their winnings and redeposit it. It's not new money!!!!!! This is the worst betting site in the world. The is a ploy to keep your winnings and earn interest on it on their account. I hate giving them my documents but what choice do I have. They have you by the balls!

I can only speak for myself, and for me my genuine thoughts on tonybet are really good. I did have to go through the process people are mentioning but mine was sorted within 24 hours. I sent documents of everything they needed and was verified without hassle, I also reccomend using PayPal as a source of depositing. My withdrawals are always processed within 24 hours, or even within 4 to 8 hours sometimes, and with paypal being the source, its sent immediately. And I can then instantly withdraw from PayPal into my bank so i have monies very quickly. Acejacko31, cheers tonybet :)

Can everyone please call the Gambling Commission on 0121 230 6666 to make a complaint about Tonybet. They will only take action if you all call them. You can also email Oliver Dowden the Minister responsible for the Gambling Commission.

As many of you guys I'm very dissapointed customer. It's hard to described what actually happened. Maybe I was bit naive because I deposited much more but also won very good amount of money and I feel like I was a happy winner by one day literally. My account has been also disabled with no reasons and it seems that there is no views to get my money back.I don't know what happened there but it have to be something really serious because I used this side before and did not noticed any issues and I withdrawn my money succesfully for the very first time. The fact that gambling commision still let this site live is the biggest question ever. Hopefully we can solve all concerns if we will start to cooperate together.

Everyone here needs to contact Ugnius Šimelionis the CEO of Tony bet. They are absolute gangsters. I can't describe how incompetent they are. There is no customer service, no service standards. They need to be closed immediately. How is it legal for them to not give any sort of time frame to reactive disabled accounts. The 72 hours is simply a lie!!!!!!!

In my opinion, they make it difficult for people to get their money back so they can keep it. They keep claiming in their replies that they are regulated by the UK Gambling Commission - this does not mean a lot as they keep misleading people and do not keep to their word. Can everyone affected by this please file a complaint with the Serious Fraud Office, Action Fraud, The UK Gambling Commission, IBAS and Trading Standards. It will take you an hour. For Action Fraud it's easier if you call them on 0300 123 2040. Mention that you've been a victim and tell them about all the other victims on Trustpilot. Please do not let them get away with it.

I wouldn’t normally complain about a site tbh this casino seemed great I had some wins withdrawal was quick, provided all documents requested, however now they want another bank statement which was fine sent it off received an email saying thank you you should hear from us within 72 hours, it’s now been a week and am extremely frustrated it’s not like I’ve spent a lot on the casino about 2k. But they have now closed my account won’t give me an update after 3 emails and a live chat, other then it’s being looked at, if your struggling with your workload then you should at least update your customers, a simple hi we haven’t forgotten you but nothing terrible customer service

I never like writing bad reviews but unfortunately I am experiencing exactly the same problems as the rest of you. Have been using the site with no issues whatsoever until now. Tried to withdraw £5000 from my winnings and told the account needed to be verified. Sent all relevant documentation and was asked to allow up to 72 hours....that was over a week ago, no money, account suspended and no one will respond to a single email. The live chat facility is the only point of contact and all you get from that is the same generic response! Not helpful at all

Absolutely disgusted in tony bet, i won £1620 over a week ago now and on the day of my withdrawal to then be asked to fill out a questionnaire and prove my income! Baring in mind when you open an account you have to provide i d proof of address and also income, this has all been done! Then again to be asked about my income again, all wage slips sent prove of bank and apparently they have a huge back log! but looking at these reviews the last couple of days looks like something is not right, i am now going to take this to all social media's to the papers & also getting in contact with the gambling commission! AVOID THIS COMPANY SAVE YOUR MONEY THEY WON'T PAY OUT YOUR WINNINGS. So I've had a few betting accounts in my time and let me start by saying I have no problem with providing security and documents.What concerns me is I believe there is something far more sinister going on at Tony bet other than just a "back log" or "huge demand" on document verification.i mean seriously is there just one person sat in security verification knee deep in paper work because Dave's off sick hhhmmmm. After been told in some "rare" cases it can take longer than 72 hours but looking at other reviews over the past few weeks it seems that this isnt "rare" at all! And many people have been waiting days just like myself.72 hours has now turned in to 6 days. I always get a reply and they are very apologetic but it's always the same give us more time or we will email you as soon as we know the status of your account.im not waiting on a fortune but I do have a process pending and I do have funds in the account. It just all seems very delayed on purpose which is a shame as I liked the sight.

I don't have anything less than 1 in this to give. Same problem which most of the customers faced. They suspended my account after few winning without any notification. I have shared the documents which they asked but my account is still disabled. I did a withdraw before they disable my account that is also not processed for weeks now. Never trust this betting site. They says 72 hrs for reviewing documents but they never do that. I will definitely take required legal actions but posting this review for new customers. They suspended my account after I won a bet. They will not reply to my emails or send me my money. This has happened to a lot of people. Just look at their reviews. If everyone takes an hour to complain to: Trading Standards, BBC Watchdog, IBAS, The Gambling Commission, Martin Lewis and Moneysavingexpert, we can stop these people in Estonia and Lithuania from doing this to other people. They should not be allowed to operate in the UK.

This is a shocking company, as I have read in other reviews they were happy to take my money after I supplied them with additional information and documents and now I have requested withdrawal of my winnings they have requested additional documents which I have supplied and they response was this could take up to 72 hours! It’s well over that now and I have heard nothing and received none of my money! They have disabled my account and not replying to my emails! An absolute disgrace

If you're searching for Tonybet reviews then its already too late, they've got you by the balls. I won't £300 or more cant remember as its been that long, and my account got disabled and their asking for documents, fair enough, sent them everything, 13 days later and my account is still disabled, I contacted them through email and all I get is it can take upto 72 hours, its been 13 days now and all they say is sorry. I would love to contact the Gamble commission but I don't know if this is a viable reason for me to contact them.

I will agree with most negative reviews. First - they asking to many documents, no any other betting company asking this amount of information, even if I have same account since 2013, ( only in 2021 already three times account suspended for verification). Second - if you loosing they aloud you to put high stakes like ( £1000 up to £5000 ), but if you start winning they put limits, and aloud you play only with £10 or £50, or just suspending your account, and start asking for all types of paper work, I would say is psychologic games they playing with customers, definitely many more better betting sites around, luckily is not main betting site I using, but still sometimes getting sick of them, I would recommend to avoid Tonybet and find different company.
