This is the worst online betting company I've ever used. Require ridiculous amounts of info if you ever want to withdrawal your money including pictures of your bank card front and back from every angle in the world. Disgusting customer service. Hoods. The reasons to avoid is endless. Can’t help but feel they have a mafia influence as that’s how they behave. Firstly, they require your id image then a pic front and back of your bank card. Customer service is so poor, arguments about everything and a bully attitude.

My situation is similar to Kieran's below.

I deposited £2,000 and won £1,700. They emailed me requesting pictures of my debit card, my bank statement and ID, all of which I sent them within a few hours. They also blocked my account.

They said that my account would be verified within 72 hours. However, over 4 days later, my account is still blocked and I cannot access my money.

I emailed yesterday and they didn't reply.

Kieran, do you, or any others want to get involved in taking legal action? I'm also thinking of contacting the Gambling Commission as well as a Member of Parliament as this company seems very dodgy.

Apparently TonyBet are owned by Betsson, so perhaps we should contact them or include them in legal action?

So its now been 9 days since my deposits and still my account is blocked sent all info needed and all i get on email (if they reply) or chat is im sorry im sorry , they really is useless scammers
Am now going through paypal to try help literally the worst site i have ever used in 10+ years!

I did leave good feedback to begin with however 3 days on after sending in my verification identification they requested I still have no access to my account and that means I’m still unable to withdraw my £1200 winnings.

I am a legit player and have sent it all my documents so not sure why My account has been disabled. Staff have not really helped. I do not know what to do about this and think I’ll be seeking legal advice next.

Asking for documents to be provided in order to process your withdrawals. Then moving the goal posts. The only person on live chat that was any help was Sven, the rest are like chocolate fire guards especially Nigel who is so rude. 1.4K withdrawal pending and no further forward. Do not use this platform to bet! I’m making a complaint and approaching the gambling commission if this isn’t resolved in a few days

told me they would keep the cash.
i asked why they sent previous winnings and got a b/s answer.
the day before i asked if they offered bonuses , girl said shed put one on , didnt and said they dont do it !!

So I’ve had my account for a while now, quite frankly I forgot I signed up but I love the layout of the site!
I deposited around £200 yesterday and made a nice little win and took it out for withdrawal. The live chat are very fast and polite 🙂
I then remembered I needed to verify my account so I did everything and send in pictures of my card used, my linked PayPal ect…
waiting to be verified and will update my review once I’ve been paid out, I’m sure the negative reviews are people who have lost money or are hiding something!
I look forward to playing using tonybet in the future if they are legit!

I have literally provided all my details and somehow they have kicked me out and told me “Thanks for waiting, I have checked the information about your case. Please be informed that your account was closed by the Security department decision for investigation. We will contact you with updates”

Avoid at all costs, unless you are happy to keep depositing and never request a withdrawal.
I have waited over a week for a withdrawal of £7.5K. Various live chats saying they were busy processing lots of payments, resulted in me contacting them again, threatening contact with The gambling commission. Got £2.5k after 6 days, balance of £5K still outstanding. They have had all my ID and proof of address earlier in the process.
At 11pm they send me an email requesting my wage slip and bank statements. (They never do this when you are depositing, only when you are taking money back out).
Still not resolved. I’ve contacted IBAS and my solicitor is now on the case.
The gaming experience is faultless, but the service is shocking…
P.S. Tonybet, don’t reply apologising for the experience, just pay out the money you owe as quick as you take it.

Never ever use this company!!! I had never heard of them till they appeared on my bank statement ten times on the 2nd June, Contacted them repeatedly and you get the same generic computer generated response time and time which isn’t even answering the questions you asked! Literally lost ten years of my life in stress dealing with them.
P.s I am 33 years of age and this is the first negative review I have ever posted in my life, I’m normally the guy who if he gets terrible food in a restaurant instead of complaining puts it in a tissue for the dog and says it’s lovely 😂 This company has taken £1380 out of my bank account yet I have never had an account with them and if anyone wants to read section 2.3.5 of there terms and conditions you will see why I feel this way. Have taken legal advice and have contacted every single regulator to see what I can do now no way will I let this drop but please anyone be careful with these not worth it.

I cannot believe I signed up to this betting site and agree with all previous reviews. An absolute disgrace and in my opinion a scam. I uploaded driving licence, utility bill snd 2 sides of debit card but they keep asking for PayPal info as well. My account does not allow for a further upload so I emailed but they keep saying they haven’t received. I don’t like giving negative e reviews and know tony bet will reply with the same nonsense of evidence validation but they are clearly trying to fool people. I don’t think I will get my money but clearly this betting site needs closed down. My advice is stay clear at all costs. Update as per just now / withdrawal received so I’m very much relieved. Will still close account though, too stressful

Their con is to refuse to pay you any withdrawal payments and pretend its because you need to send additional details that they never asked for in the firstly place to make it as hard as possible to get your money back.

This is definitely the worst site you can expect…
They ask for so much personal details that you wouldn't want to disclose with an online company.
Ie wages inheritance outgoings and lots of other bank details.
Please trust me and avoid at all costs.

Awful betting site, couldn't get my winnings out, spoke to customer service and it was like I was chatting to a droid.
Made excuses about the size of my documents being too big (over 5mb) when I'd already submitted a file bigger than 5mb they still wouldn't except another file.
Wouldn't accept my drivers license as an official document.
Deposited over 450 pounds and they didn't check who I was and did no checks to clarify who I was.
When trying to withdraw winnings then they asked for every document going and made it difficult to withdraw my 600 pounds winnings.
Still haven't received anything because they are trying to prolong document verification for a month so you lose your winnings.
Can't believe this site is allowed to be in business because they are scamming all new customers in their own way so you will not get your money out and they know every loop hole in the book.
Do not sign up to these crooked people and the Directors and the management are teaching their staff to deal with the public like dirt.
Disgusting attitude and you will not be able to engage in a normal conversation because they just keep sending their term's and conditions Pre written paragraphs and don't engage in a normal conversation and show zero empathy.
Something needs to be done about this site.
Let's start a petition to stop them continuing to treat the public in this manner.

Website and app are totally useless, very difficult to use. I deposited 100 gbp and tried to make several bets which did not work. I went to my account and withdrew the money however i recieved an email requiring lots of personal info before they will refund which included a picture front and back of the visa card i used to deposit. Do not use this site it is a tital f..k up and rip off.

Never ever had a problem with Tony bet. My username is ads12312 and honestly they’re customer service is excellent. Always reply swiftly and quite frankly it is obvious they have to do checks on people if things come up. They always pay in the time they say they do. Highly recommend this site.

An absolute sham of a company, deposited £500 and they still have not put it on my account . They admit to having my money but want verification documents, I sent them a picture of my passport and they said it didn’t have the corners on it so I sent it immediately again. Guess what still not credited to my account, I have asked them to refund it, I have never even managed to place a bet with them. Still no refund and the communication is shocking, avoid at all costs.

I was very worried when I read the reviews 8 won a very nice amount after just £10 deposit I walked away with £1.400 soon as I won I uploaded all my documents as asked for witch all sites now do this that i have played on so i didn't hasseate to do so and within the 48 hours stated the money was in my account most the reviews that are bad are ones who don't want to upload there ids so its there fault if you follow all the terms and conditions there is not an issue thank you for a lovly win xx

I Deposited total £425 pounds managed to get the money upto £1000 I sent in all documents required said it would take up to 48hours to receive money back it’s been over that time now I’ve been on live chat and got know where with them just excuses it works on a list of payments after 48hours surely they could escalate it or my be a top priority but no. Scummy behaviour. Registered and deposited through trustly, as tonybet stated that no documents would require to be sent over internet as it comes directly from your bank account and you have to log in to your online bank to even place a deposit this way.

They accepted over £500 in deposits from me. I played MY £500 in sports bets (badly, admittedly) and was left with £60 by the end of the weekend. When I tried to withdraw that £60 to THE SAME card and THE SAME bank account, they demanded I send sensitive documents over the internet. When I refused, some customer services goon called Patrick sent me a terms and conditions small print clause stating they would confiscate my winnings if I didn't send them documents over the internet.
They took £500, already had £440 of my money, then CONFISCATED MY WINNINGS too. Clearly weren't happy at just having £440 of my money, wanted the lot.

The goon patrick also closed my account at the same time when I refused to send sensitive documents, so I can no longer log in to try and get MY £60 back.

You've been warned.

Please note, they found some excuse to get out of the bonuses they said I would receive for opening the account in the first place too. CHECK OUT THE OTHER REVIEWS, THEY RENEGED ON OPENING BONUSES FOR OTHER USERS TOO.
They also didn't repay the 5% losses they claim to put back into your account (SEE OTHER REVIEWS, I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE)

Additionally, their site is disgraceful. Doesn't seem to update in real time. You place a bet on an outsider in a football match after looking at THEIR statistics, then you find that the opposition has scored or a player has been sent off, yet THEIR statistics of the match haven't updated so you're basically betting on a bent system.
They also maxed out a bet with combined odds of just 50/1 and would only let me put £1 on it (that happened in several matches).

Casinomega, a bet site using Tonybet sports infrastructure, keeps me waiting for about 60k TL (approximately 5k Pounds) for more than 2 months. Tonybet allows any fraude web site to use their infrastructure, risking their name to get bad. I and other players are also getting sick of other bet sites using Tonybet infrastructure in Turkey and we think that these people do not pay you what you have earned. There are a lot of complaints about these bet sites using Tonybet sports infrastructure in Turkey as well.

Having the same problem with a deposit back in August and bare in mind I've had withdrawals from Tony bet for over 1600 since this deposit was made sent hem picture of card but as I dojt use the account no more I don't have access to online banking to get the tony bet transaction that they want to see from August 2020 but decide to ask.me in May 2021 too verify this card and won't refund my winnings back to the card and my card is in my name too because I have too middle names the bank used the second instead of the first and tony bet think its ok to keep winnings no wonder on this everyone hates use

I opened a account and used paysafe after I deposited I was told I wasn't entitled to the opening bonus offer as I used paysafe and then last weekend gambled over£500 and lost didn't receive the 5% cashback when I quired this and waited a day for the reply I was give £3.70 instead of over £30 when I asked questions about this I was told the cashback was right and then they blocked my account

Well guys, after reading your reviews, will admit I felt very nervous.
But after one blip over document, which I corrected, my withdrawal was paid out with no problems, and my second has in just 24 hrs.
Very wide variety of slots with betting as low as 20p.
(just a suggestion.. if your are in doubt, send your docs in first, and get approved)
All sites ask for them.

I joined April 10th.tried to withdraw deposit via paypal after reading reviews.unsuccessful at that.i don't have the passport & driving licence.i wouldn't give that to them if I did , as don't trust them.so they have my £50.i emailed them on May 9th to ask if they d pay me back after some time had passed .got no reply.i m actually more disgusted at PayPal than Tony bet as I trusted PayPal to an extent.

Take your deposits quicker than you can say boo and then as soon as you win they demand all kinds of ID and then refuse the ID due to it being ‘blurred’ when it’s as clear as day.

I deposited a £1000. Attempted to withdraw that £1000 pounds without making a single bet. 2 weeks later and I am still trying to get my money back having provided all necessary documentation and spent hours on live chat with customer service. I was told they had everytihng needed and then requested a photo of the back of my card. This includes my security code and will not be provided.

Thought I'd give this site a go, What a big mistake that was, Never thought you had to go through such a process to withdraw!! No other site make you do this as they use credit references etc. I deposited £100 and I won £101…So a whole £1 win, Tried to withdraw, Wasn't told anything until I went to the online chat to ask, That's when I was told about id etc….Now I don't have a passport or driving license, So my account is now disabled and it's been passed onto some security team……Who are supposed to be emailing me within 72hrs.
Customer support did tell me I'd get my deposits back, But not my winnings lol….Ok Tonybet you can keep the £1.
I've obviously contacted resolver about this company. And will make sure other people know how awful this site is. Use skybet or paddypower

Tonybet now failing once again to reply to power of attorney of brain injured, sectioned consumer.
More health Documents have been provided, Neurologist and psyciatrist input with find details detailing how ill consumer is and was.

I very rarely review companies or betting companies because sometimes people will just review out of anger over losses.

However this is genuinely an absolute tragedy what has happened. Noone should be robbed of their future and investments because of a disability.

Hopefully they will reach out with Understanding.

I was asked for literally nothing when making deposits but for a withdrawal; I have so far relayed 8 e-mails, 12 sets of documentation and a 'gambling awareness' questionnaire which I was forced to reply to with a paragraph for each section since they don't accept Yes or No answers. If you do not follow up, they will not follow up on their 'investigation', thus withholding your money for good. The 'contact us' section on their website also gives you a 404 error message which is comical. They have no telephone number.

Above all, they have arbitrarily disabled my account and I still have not received my winnings.

Avoid Tonybet at all costs.

Tonybet? What an absolute joke. Got a website together and trying to make a fortune on poor people. Couldn't place a £5 double on football because the stake exceeded maximum limit. What an absolute shambles of a form of I could give a zero rating I would.Joined this firm several months ago and had no trouble depositing ,it yesterday unwanted to withdraw a small win ,and then all of a sudden they need proof of identity etc, the main problem was I had two cards register ed to my account because the first one had to be cancelled because of a scam unfortunately I never deleted it from my account but destroyed it when the new card arrived ,now they want proof that it was destroyed.Having spoken to several people on their llive chat have got nowhere I have sent several email s to their payment dept and still got nowhere,((the person in the payment dept doesn't even sign the e-mails)so that tells you a lot about this firm.I told the person on the love chat(Keenan)that it was ridiculous and to close my account to which he said it would be forwarded to security and promptly sent me a paragraph from their rules that basically said they could withhold the balance or charge me a percentage of it.I Annie awaiting a response from my last email,but don't hold out any hope of a quick or favourable out come.I will post again if any thing happens
