Having read the reviews, I feared the worst regarding receipt of my withdrawal. I agree that the website is not as easy as some to navigate. I had tried to make a withdrawal and read that it can take up to 72 hours. After not receiving my money, I went back to the website and although it’s not spelt out to you, you need to upload images of photo I/D, a utility bill for proof of address and an image from your PayPal account showing your email address. I ended up using the online messaging system to enquire about the status of my withdrawal and was advised that the image from my PayPal account did not show my email address. The lady was very helpul and even sent me an image of how to get the required info. Once I had done this, she immediately confirmed that they had everything they needed for verification. The withdrawal money was then transferred to my PayPal account the same day. As I said, not the easiest online gambling experience, but in my opinion, nowhere near as bad as being made out by some!

Avoid this site. I joined a few days ago and deposited £20 to bet on football…no problem. I managed to win and when I tried to withdraw my winnings they gave it the old "we need this document…that document blahh blahh blahh". No problem taking my money though.I had an online chat with a rude,obnoxious guy called Joseph and when I told him I would be taking this further he kicked me off the chat and disabled my account.I hate scamming scumbags like this shower of s***e. Maybe i am from the lucky ones but only good things i have to say for tonybet!
After my account was verified after 2 days of signing up , i manged to withdraw very quickly 500£ winnings !
My initial 50£ turned into 500£ and money was in my bank account after 2 days..
I have to say thanks for the good service !

My deposit ended up missing and I got no response from their support team and that was very unfair.
Then, I did some research and I found out they actually did other people dirty not just me.
I went further and discovered that they are on FCA's list of unregulated firms.
The fact Is, You are on your own. The authorities won’t take any case involving platforms like Dk Tonybet. If you can build a strong case like me and involve c̲o̲e̲n̲p̲r̲o̲t̲e̲c̲h̲@̲t̲u̲t̲a̲.̲i̲o̲

My experience is as follows…

Made a deposit yesterday. Started playing and won a few quid. I left it in there to play later and came across some reviews of this casino on trust pilot. I came across a sea of bad reviews and wasn't hopeful on receiving my money back let alone any winnings.

I won a bit more and decided to withdraw.

I with drew £250 and got an email almost straight away asking for documents. Im fine with that as it is a requirement by the ukgc. I sent them in an email and they were recieved and approved within 2 hours!!. Woke up this morning and the money is in my bank.

All I can say is that I have played at many online casinos in the past and tonybet is right up there with the best of them. Super fast withdrawals and brilliant casino.

Another con job, they let you deposit without any issues but I dare you to try to take it out. I uploaded my address and proof of ID which was accepted after four tries but then you have to have proof of deposit, this entails a screenshot of your paypal receipt of deposit BUT the page must have your name clearly stated with your email address in the shot too. It is impossible to get all three requirements in one screenshot and therefore impossible to complete verification. I still had £10 in my account which I have lost. These people are nothing more than thieves. Once more, it is very difficult to pass their verification if not impossible. these people rely on us giving up and they win this time because even though I can prove I paid in via PayPal they will not accept it all all. If I am going to be mugged call me old fashioned but please do it in an alleyway with a weapon because at least you will be honestly stealing from me. Your slick deviant way is probably fetching in millions for you.

Worst bookmaker I've experienced. They allow you to deposit on opening account then require you to send multiple documents to enable you to withdraw any winnings .When you send them the documents they state they are not up to standard and therefore cannot verify your account and allow you to withdraw any money.They then hold on to your money for 30 days as they have closed your account and charge you for releasing your funds.Total bunch of thieves don't know how they get away with this do not go near this bunch of crooks

Worst bookies I have used… the website is actually quicker and better than some of the others but that’s the only positive. Win a few bets and they will put a stake limit exceeded across anything you try and bet on. Take ages to process withdrawals and documents. I won’t be using them ever again. I’ve actually never come across a bookie who is this bad before.

Absolutely terrible experience. Promotions are misleading. Told me I had to wager my own money before I could have the promotion. They stuck the bonus on sports betting which I don't play. They promote free spins. You cant have these because they are not a casino game. Funny, they are in Vegas the home of slot machines. Make up rules as they go along. Thank goodness I only deposited 20.00. Their games appear to be fixed as the rngs that are supposed to offer fair play dont comrbinto play. Nothing other than rogues and com artists. As my opening horse bet lost they sent me an email for me to claim my £30 free bet saying it would be on my betslip but having selected a football match to bet on there was no sign of my free bet. It wasn't and couldn't find any reference to it on the website so I contacted customer services online who claimed they couldn't understand the question so could I describe their website to them then send them screenshots of their own website. They then said the free bet couldn't be used on horses and had to be at odds of least 1.62. I asked what that is in fractions and again they didn't understand the question. They then triend to claim that odds of 11/10 on my selected football match are longer than 10/1which is plain nonsense. Over one hour later they suggested I use Firefox which I pointed out I was already using. Then they suggested I use Chrome and when I did I couldn't log on as they had disabled my account. By this time the football match I was going to use my free bet on had finished. What an omnishambles!

Tonybet will not pay out more than £2.5k a day and max £40k a month so if you have a big win you’ll be waiting forever for your money.

I have had +£800 taken from my account leaving me with nothing. Stolen everything.
Cancel your accounts and do not ever use.

I came across this bookie last week as they had slightly better odds than competitors so placed my bets with tonybet… what an error that was.
£3k winnings removed from my account almost a week later

I have been gambling as a hobby for a long time and this is worst experience I have had with a bookmaker ever. One thing about tonybet that I like, is they always give slightly better odds than competitors for foreign horse racing. In the last few weeks I had been on a longer than usual losing streak on these races but last weekend I had a big winner!! Little did I know that tonybet would refuse to pay out due to a supposed system failure. This is a dangerous precedent to allow bookmakers to decide whenever they lose on a market that they won't pay out. I can assure you I will be taking this to the highest authority seeing as they now owe me £3k in winnings but have kept all my losing bets. DO NOT USE

Thieves simple as that! After winning some bets they claim a system error, funny how they have only stated an error on the bets I won and not on any losing bets in between, my balance went from £500 to zero and a withdrawal of £2100 cancelled, not only this but because of their mistake my account has been closed and no explanation as to what I have done wrong! Oh that's because all I did was bet on horses that won and they dont like that.

Not a safe company to bet with. Like many others on here, Tonybet randomly "voided" a few of my horse racing bets which were settled days earlier, without a legitimate reason to do so, and stole my winnings from my account. This incident is being escalated, but I strongly urge everyone to avoid Tonybet. Do not sign up with them. Do not bet with them. Withdraw all your funds and please go to a reputable bookmaker.

Bordering on criminal!

I have been an account holder with Tonybet for around 3yrs. I have used them sporadically during that time. On Saturday 5th December I placed a series of bets on 6 different horse races.
Tonybet have now told me all losing bets have lost and all winning bets have been cancelled due to a technical error. They have returned some of the stakes of the winning bets. This, 2 and a it weeks before Christmas, has left me a considerable 4 figure sum out of pocket. In their wooly correspondence they have cited a term about live betting…despite all my bets being placed in excess of 15 minutes before each race.
Unless you are prepared to lose your money and risk Tonybet cancelling your winning bets on a whim I would avoid with the proverbial barge pole. My mate Pin lost a load too.

Criminal! I placed 27 bets on horse racing over the weekend. All winning bets have been cancelled citing 'technical issues' while all losing bets remain losing bets. This is not gambling this is robbery. PLEASE DO NOT GO NEAR THIS WEBSITE. It needs to be shut down by the UKGC asap.

I like many others seem to have been a victim of what I can only describe as the theft of my winnings some 4 days after a bet was settled. Also like many others the explanation from them is a technical glich on their part.
It's funny how that technical glich only seems to have affected my winning bets and not any of my losing ones.

Using T&C's that were obviously written on the back of a Cigarette Packet to suit this situation. Like many who have posted, just today I have had my winnings from Saturday confiscated / voided – a loss of £1,263. I do not intend to let this drop so maybe there is some way we can get together to fight them. The last post mentioned IBAS so I will look into that. Any other suggestions welcome. My point is that if they inadvertently offered wrong odds (and they were very generous I have to admit) then they should settle at S/P as a compromise. If their terms and conditions do not oblige them to do this then their unfair terms need to be challenged in court. Anyone who hedged the bets partially or fully will be suffering a large net loss !

I placed bets of 300 pounds on one bet and won a total of £1,125 profit. They asked for documentation to verify myself and I obliged. Then they've halted all money and refused to pay me out saying it was an error on their part. Would they have refunded me if I lost, would they hell. Amazing company, on Saturday i bet on a horse race and won £1,320…

After that it went down hill they asked for 3 forms of ID which is fine, and after that was approved 4 days later they said my bet was void and they are not paying out due to technical issue's but they have kept all the money for the losing horses on the races i did while confiscating any winning horses.
