Withdrawn money £1250 To my Paypal account ( meant to be processed within 48hours) this was on the 10/9/2020 . I speak to them online chat get the same messages saying “should be confirmed soon “ or “ due to high number of withdrawals could be longer “ or “if I ain’t happy email there payment team “

It is now the 16/09/2020 and still getting the same messages off them when you talk to them online chat.

Also they have to manually process withdrawals . (WTH)

40£ disappeared from my account. Nearly 5days no-one can give me explanation. Only what I got is: we passed this to relevant department. Please stay away, as costumer service is very bad, and I should read some rewievs before.
I started with them because they have good sports odds, they come from my brother country and was happy that they started business in UK.
Just wandering is #gammblingcomission is looking into complains and why not taking their license away to operate in the UK.

Please learn from my mistakes this TonyBet is the most misleading and dodgy betting firm out there I deposited nearly 4000 pounds and wanted to withdraw only my deposited money and suddenly they asked me for ID etc but whenever I send it they rejected it with pathetic excuses always putting in roadblocks so you don't withdraw the cash please avoid far superior sites exist offering much better services.

They suspended my account with small deposit without any explanation. Now they are asking for kyq verification, sent them different documents several times but they never accepted them. No any bonuses claimed or bets made, the account was just blocked. So for me it is obviously a scam betting site.

Do not go near them. I have been waiting a week for a £25 withdrawal. I have sent them numerous forms of I d. They even asked for a selfie holding my driving licence. They said they could not read them. My brother is in the police and I sent the same documents to him and he read them no problem. I also have got the gambling commission involved. My advice is stay well clear. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

this company is a sham, it took me forever to get my money back, they tried every trick in the book not to give me the money back. i sent them about 25 emails with methods of identity / card etc. They stated they could not read them or not valid etc etc etc. 1 and half months later i finally get my money, stay well clear as way too stressful.

Requested to withdraw £2300, however made me jump through hoops with a forms of identification, bank details and other things they needed! I wasn't happy about this and was advised that if I didn't provide them ID within 30 days then my winnings would be confiscated…..

….I contacted the gambling commission for advice and they were extremely helpful and I hope that this will help some of you based on the reviews that I have read:-

Now firstly I understand they have T&C for us to follow, however as they are part of the gambling commission they must adhere to the rules set out by them

On Tuesday 7th May 2019, New license condition 17 came into force, having digested this regulation the following information should be hopefully helpful for you guys….

1) Licensees must obtain and verify information in order to establish the ID of a customer BEFORE that customer is permitted to gamble

2) A request made by a customer to withdraw funds MUST NOT result in a requirement for additional information to be provided if it could have been requested at an earlier time.

3) Before permitting a customer to deposit funds what ID documents must be provided however this should be at the stage of deposit and not withdrawal

I found that Tony Bet constantly cited T&C 2.4.6 which states they can confiscate a customers funds if they fail to provide ID, however……

4) Operators should also remember they cannot confiscate customers funds on the basis they have not provided ID. Consumers are LEGALLY entitled to money which they have deposited in their account, to winnings they have made with the money they have deposited and gambled.

And then finally…

5) Where an operator delays a request to withdraw funds due to insufficient ID being verified the operator may be in breach of the new licence conditions and then subject to regulatory action as a result….

I made Tony Bet aware of all of this in a formal complaint which I am currently at day 4 of 14 so still awaiting a response, however its of no surprise to me that my account has been suspended and I am unable to bet with them any further!

Previously had an account withTony bet, self excluded, as i had an issue and didnt want to use the site. I was able to open another account with the same credentials and deposit £800. When i queried this and requested a refund i was told it was not possible as they did not pick up the account. Although, on most major gambling sites, if credentials match, it will stop the account from opening. I got one reply via email, i emailed 3 further times with no response. I told them i would take the matter further for investigation, although surprisingly, they just ignored me again. So i am raising the case here for everyone too see and will be raising the issue with the UKGC also.

Withdrawals take forever! Been waiting days and mine aren’t even processed.

No phone number so can only talk to the passive aggressive staff through live chat. They disabled me using this service.

Bet 200 on tonights man city game. I checked my betslip to see the bet had instantly been cashed out and lost £30. I went on chat immediately and spoke to
what may have been a robot and explained what had happened. The blame was on me and accused of doing it myself. I immediately bet another 200 on the same selection. Placed a few bets on horses, dont offer best odds guaranteed which is shame but went to withdraw money. They asked for ID which is normal, said it would take upto 72 hours and was completed within 24 hours. Money went into account the next day.

I tried to withdraw £100 and did not receive the money. Contacted them via the contact form and email several times, no response after a month. Attempted to call, after many attempts and hours of waiting got through. Was told that they needed photos of my bank card (fair enough). They hadn't requested this from me or responded to my emails because I had opted out of marketing emails. I reported them to the Gambling Commission who agreed that this was not the purpose of marketing permissions and told me they had been in touch with Tonybet to inform them of this. I contacted Tonybet again, quoting the Gambling Commission, to complain. Tonybet then denied that the marketing permissions scenario had ever happened and claimed they had emailed me, sending me a photoshopped image of an email. I asked them for an actual copy (e.g. to forward the email to me) and they said they would need me to complete an information request and post it to them, with copies of proof of ID and address. I didn't do this, I don't trust them with those documents. Frankly, I tend to think that negative reviews on Trustpilot are often unfair. In this case I had a good experience with Tonybet and their market leading odds, but I feel they have ultimately engaged in fraud and should not be trusted.

Terrible company avoid at all costs. They'll take your money instantly but will put up every wall they can to prevent paying out. Asking for excessive ID documents and when you meet there ridiculous requests they then ask for even more information that no other gambling site gas ever asked me before. Why do they need to see a photo of me holding my photo ID next to my face anyone would think I'm trying to gain entry into North Korea….except I would of got in by now. Customer service is useless to you ask them simple questions and they refer you to there payments department who only respond via email so be prepared to wait days for a response that you already knew. I signed up to this site started deposits then after winning I wanted to withdraw my funds. I then got an email asking me to upload my documets to verify my account. Fine I emailed passport, bank statement and my debit card details. They then said that's fine.

A few days past and I then got an email telling me that withdrawals are temporarily not working as the company they use has gone bankrupt and then asked me to email them for alternative withdrawal methods. So I sent them an email asking for the money to be paid into my bank account. They said the .only will be in my account within 72 hours, that was 4 days ago and my money is still not in..

I went onto their online chat facility and spoke with Charlie. Extremely unhelpful, rude uncaring about the situation. He told me there is now a delay in withdrawals due to high demand. I asked him for the ombudsman details and he just basically kept saying "refer to my previous message". I told him im copying all chat transcript and emails and the ombudsman will be being contacted. He couldn't care less. Im surprised in this day and age how on earth a company can be operating in the UK with Faulty Tower service!!

Be VERY careful. Sign up offer with bonuses require 10x rollover. Basically you have to bet or lose 10x what you deposit before you get anything extra. Also the ODDS are terrible. AVOID

DO NOT !! Deposit for any deposit matches (25%/50%/100%), you need to wager your REAL money deposit 10-15x before unlocking the bonus, to wager that 35-45x.

Guys! I suggest you DONT place anything here. I signed up and sent my ID, they "succesfully accepted them" and then, i deposited 50 EUR from my Skrill wallet.
