Disgusting service I won 1000 free spins on wheel of wins and they haven’t gave me them. Said it will be referred to technical team 10 working days t/a still nothing back. No response to my emails and telephone lines don’t work. Avoid this company. They are happy to take your money but when you win something can’t get it. Not an enjoyableExperience at all. I am on day 5 now still no response

Horrendous site for gaming, the only thing it does well is take deposits. All the games seem to sap your balance very quickly rarely hit a bonus and if you do the return is minimal and annoyongly games regularly crash. Also found that Betfair daily bonus is linked to how much you spend, deposit nothing you get nothing. Played the free Pinball bonus for 14 days straight and lost everytime, when you do actually win its usually a 20p bingo card or 2 x 10p free spins !!?? Other sites such as Bet365 regularly give £5 free bet or 10 free spins, thats a bonus and you dont have to deposit to get it! Betfair is one to stay clear of.

Initially thought they seemed OK but after using them for a good few months now they are just as bad if not worse than the other gambling companies. Games roulette games are terrible really need investigating not just fobbing customers off with games are random regulated etc. Hopeless bonuses with huge wagering requirements will be closing my account. Waste of time. There is no place in the Gambling industry for this company. Their website is atrocious cost me a treble bet it selects different things when you press on it its so sluggish and slow. Cost me a bet my putting a horse in the bet I didn’t select when put bet on quick before race and couldn’t check. They closed my new account with money in it to retain an account I asked them years ago to delete which had not been used for many years. They said they did this because I had two accounts. I also asked them to delete all the records of me when I closed the last account and they confirmed that they had. They obviously lied. It took a long time for me to get them to delete both accounts and return my money. It was a long painful process. Then they email me to tell they have closed my account because I am a problem gambler supporting this with what I should do and how to behave. This mess was due to their incompetence, their flawed web site and no contact phone number. I do not suppose they care about their reviews either.

Paid out in the beginning but now it’s just take take take. Avoid, there are better sites out there. The game mysteriously jumps so bonuses are not won during play. And, if you do hit a bonus the payout is derisory.

please do not bet with this company.my husband has and they asked for every detail about you for verification.he gave a bank stement.driving license but still wanted pay slips and tax returns very.very personal and if you do not provide the documents they block the deposit and withdrawals even if you have money in your account which my husband did. asked for the money to be transferred but said wanted more identification this is well open for fraud to which my son does work for the police in that cetain dept to which i will be looking into.they make you feel like a child.please do not bet with them.0 stars if i could.just look at the reviews they have been getting lately and make your own mind up.should be closed down.

Update, As soon as I closed my Account, they sent me an Email offering the 100 free spins on Starburst, but they know I cant go on there now coz the Account is now closed, what A SCUMBAG move. Seriously if i have said it begore i will say it again, this has to be one of the worst bookmakers out there, for 4 weeks now i cxannot even place bets because i cannot get to the sporting events i want to go to.Basically on the sports home page u have three little lines at the left towards the top of your screen, this opens the side bar to see what offers or bonuses u have and to get to sport categories… well these people are clueless, the 3 lines you press doesnt open up the left side infact it does nothing.. clueless is an understatement these people are fools.. cant even have their site running properly and this has been happening for a month now, i have checked on another phone and browsers with same issue, spoke to friends who said its same for them

Closed my account, reason being is that was ‘a security issue’, customer services do not get any more information to give you than that. The worst betting agency by far . They advertise the sign up bonus but they never offer it after all . I signed up with them last night , i placed a bet meeting all the criteria they asked and after the bet settled they never give me the sign up promotion bonus . Went to their chat and the customer service is so bad . Won an 8-fold both teams to score last night. They have retained my winnings and won’t pay out!! Said I have another account with them. I have never used Betfair before in my life, I set everything up yesterday and there seemed to be no problems until I withdrew my £120. Logged me out and tried to log back in and they had closed my account down. When I spoke to them they had told me they will be retaining my winnings and my account is closed and there is no where further to go, end of basically. Do not use!

Absolutely scammers. You read the reviews from the gambling site reviews and they have 4.5 stars. It doesn’t actually let people leave reviews. The gamble sites that review them are paid off obviously. They changed the odds on me and when I turned it into upper management they said those were the odds. I have a video of me placing the bet and they changed the odds on me from when I pushed the button. They have 1 managers that flat out lie. There system doesn’t work all the time. I put a bet in for a -3 and it put my bet in as a +3 for the other team..I had to forfeit 30% of my initial bet to cancel the one I didn’t want. I used them for 2 weeks and got scammed. Going to stop placing sports bets with coral now as they have stopped all gaming promotions I enjoyed playing the slots tournaments even though you never win also liked playing the grabber game which was also not that good but when there is no sport promotions what is the point, where is my reward for betting with you? I banked my winnings on a Saturday so I had some stake for the Melbourne cup Tuesday passed no money it’s now Wednesday and still no money in my account. I rang up customer service and was told one to five days and that I wasn’t forced to make a withdrawal. I won’t use bet365 again. Customer service agent agreed that she should correct the situation only for her supervisor to refuse.
