I’ve played many casino sites and apartFrom paddy power this is the worse when it comes to payout, bonus activation or just any game doing anything worth while. The odds are better at your local traveller fairground. I’m not a sore looser, I play on percentages but this one led me to chasing losses which we all know is a big no no. Please dont waste your money peeps.

Unibet is by far the worst betting company I’ve ever dealt with. I placed bets on the first half in three matches and a full match in another bet. Despite this, they completely ignored the terms and displayed all bets as if they were for the full match. This is nothing short of misleading and outright fraud!But it gets worse. Whenever it suits them, they disable the cash-out function without any explanation. It’s clear they do this to manipulate the odds and ensure they always win. This isn’t just unethical—it’s criminal behavior.Unibet doesn’t care about its customers or fair play. They only care about grabbing as much money as possible. I strongly urge EVERYONE to stay away from this scam of a company. They don’t deserve your money or your trust.

most rigged gambling website i have ever played, I have played ever. I have played at stake, casibom, virgin etc. and all of them werent rigged this much. I created a lawsuit against them as I am a codder myself and saw how rigged it was, real players werent winning only the npcs in game which werent real. I will win the lawsuit easily as I have proof of all of these.

I opened a unibet account about two or three months ago and placed a few bets on the Goodwood festival. I had a big winner of about 3000 pounds. I withdrew and everything seemed great. So I started to bet again during the racing at the York in the end of August. Again I had a nice winner this time about 2500 pounds. This time when I went to withdraw I was asked for a picture of my ID bank card and proof of address. Except the proof of address had to be one received in the post, a little difficult since I don’t get anything in the post these days! All my bank statements and bills are online So I uploaded the ID+bank card and live chatted explaining I need to update my address because I just moved down south to Cornwall and I don’t have any post to the old address. They said they would email me with a response about that. I didn’t get any response so a few days later I tried to log in and the account wouldn’t work. Again went on live chat. There they told me that my account had been banned, and my winnings of 2000 (withdrawal) and about 650 in the balance were confiscated. I honestly could not beleive what I was seeing! I did not even know a betting website could confiscate winnings like that.

Avoid, was willing to try when advertised on the tv but, the slots experience I wanted was not there, new client so went for the bonus crap they give (as you have no choice to take) which really don’t want as you have to wage thousands of pounds to get anything back so what’s the point, but anyway love the slot experience and got to say this one just didn’t give anything no matter what I choose I got nothing back at all, I know it’s not about getting back and it’s the fun but come on to put so much in as a new customer and you don’t get anything at all how’s that going to get new customers, you have to give a little for the customer to stay dipsticks haha

I have endured the worst time with this company, I finally won some money and withdrew it from my account, It has been on hold with them for 4 days now with no answers as to why just a routine check! A check on what? no checks come into play when I’m depositing does it! I have started legal proceedings against them with resolver, Ibas and gambling commission, I am also seeking further update from gambling commission to take this case to civil court, I will not allow these bunch of pricks to treat anyone like this and no company should get away with stealing from people – Stay away!!

I signed up to Unibet this month and made a number of deposits. I received an email to say they have had to close my account due to a self exclusion in place. I contacted support and they said due to my self exclusion at their sister site 32Red. I genuinely didn’t know that 32Red was a sister site of Unibet. I used the exact same details including the same email address to open both accounts so at least they should have picked this up during registration. They have refused to refund my deposits so I have had to take the matter further and make a complaint with eCogra. I will update one the case has been dealt with …

I had in play bets I was trying to cash out on basketball. My bets were winning at the time and they blocked me as I had not responded to the deposit limits thing that pops up, I thought I could just knock that bit to the side as it doesn’t explain much very well. This part just runs on even when you’re not using the site. I complained at the time and did not get a response, I received a call on a different matter about deposit limits, responsible gambling and after having to mention it again the advisor said she would have a look into it. We agreed to a deposit limit but what wasn’t agreed was a block on my account for a month. Now I can’t see my bets to follow up the complaint. This is an absolute scam and very unethical. There has to be more regulations in place where the company should discuss before they act as they are robbing people left, right and centre. They are not protecting the customers they are protecting themselves to make the maximum in profits. I have tried further on chat as I can’t see my previous bets. The advisor ignored my issues and stated that it was the complaints department. I had stated I would have to go through the advisor to get to complaints, only after this would the advisor take my full complaint. Advisor also tried to deflect saying that cash out is not always offered by trader, this was available at the time but it was unibet who blocked my in play account. Why was this made difficult? And advisor stated it can take up to 8 weeks, how many complaints do they have? It says a lot, the company are scammers. Unethical. They should be shut down.

My account was restricted in October (I don’t know why) but since then four separate amounts of £10 have been taken from my account. Obviously I complained and asked for my money to be returned, I sent them bank statements as proof. Their answer was to tell me I should call the police! What a joke!! Made a snooker bet today Si Xu vs Ding, frame 13 first colour potted to be from the Baulk ( yellow, green and brown) Yellow was the first in as I watched the match. I won the bet but it came back as lost, I checked with other bet sites and I was right all the way. Contacted Unibet and after they reviewed they told me that I lost my bet. I have challenged that and this was raised, still awaiting for the outcome for 3 hours.

Have lost approx £20,000 with them in the last 18 mths.I am a member of GAMSTOP but foolishly I asked friends who did not gamble to open accounts which were totally and exclusively funded myself and from the same bank account and I can say without a miniscule of doubt that they knew it was me funding the accounts as it would be impossible not to (as the same bank details were used each time via apply and revolut pay) and I also know a senior bookmaker insider who has advised that I am a ‘marked man’ and perceived as a loser so they will play the game knowing I will lose everything. They and most bookmakers make 95-99% of their money from problem gamblers or death row gamblers like me.I have written to them and numerous betting firms as have my friends involved asking why as per direction from the GC but they have flat ignored everything.I will leave a legacy of all these failings if it is the last thing I ever do!

Bet on the horses with Unibet over the course of several months and winnings were withheld when I tried to make a withdrawal, currently in the process of taking them to court! Stay well clear of Unibet!
