Scum they blocked my account without any reason after I sent all my documents soon as start winning they locked my account asking for source of fund I did sent this to them but after 2month without any answer they decided to close my account without any reason scum

In the beginning 3 years ago the casino was very happy when I was gambling and loosing thousands,but once I started to return my money -£7000 from £14000 they closed my account forever and never reopened although I asked few times for that .Avoid this casino if you don’t want unpleasant surprises… mostly I liked the application,very easy to navigate and play favourite slots,but definitely it’s not loyal casino

They do not pay best odds guaranteed even when your bet meets all the criteria in the T&C’s and then make up a new reason as to not pay you that is not mentioned in the T&C’s

Happily will take deposits but as soon as you want to withdraw money they need verification of your account. The actual website requests full photos of front and back of bank card with every conceivable way of handing over your bank account. An angry email later and they conceded that the short code and some numbers taken out would suffice. They then wanted a card that was not used anymore. Do not use.

Verified account many years ago. Asked for proof of address randomly when account has a lot of money in. They then reject all types photos & pdfs of bills with address on. Money now stuck as account is locked. Basically use this company if you want to be robbed

Overview :From An App Perspective its Good.I enjoyed the format and thought the poker was one of the best.Customer service on the other hand is awful.My Story:I played for maybe a week or so on the Unibet poker app before being suddenly logged out.I thought this was odd so contacted Customer support through live chat.Turns out I needed to send in some ID and proof of adress, bit strange that they logged me out and didn’t tell me I needed to verify my account, instead I had to reach out to them. (First Red Flag) but whatever, I sent in a pic of my passport and a DIGITAL copy of a utility bill that ticked all of their requirements ( through the post, sent within the last 3 months ect …).Cool, thought I’d be ready to play poker again within the next day or so. How I was wrong.They came back to me after a few day saying the picture of my passport wasn’t clear enough, no mention about the proof of adress (POA) so I thought that there was no issues with it. Sent in a picture of my drivers licence instead, no POA.They came back after another few days. ID all good. Asking for proof of adress again.So I send in my a DIGITAL copy of my POA as when I send a picture they always say that the quality isn’t good, even with a spectacular photo.Once again, didn’t pass the verification process. I’m starting to get pissed off at this point. I contacted customer support again explaining the issue. The dude said I should send in another POA form but on my camera, NOT DIGITALY. Cool, this should be sorted.Nope, they come back again saying that I need A DIGITAL COPY, even after sending in multiple copies. Right. Send it in, it only takes 30 seconds. Radio Silence… Didn’t hear from them for a while. Contacted customer support yet again today. The woman then said that my account has been permanently suspended due to Fraudulent activity?The only this that’s a fraud here is this company. Other than this experience I would rate Unibet quite highly. The Mediocre customer service and Utterly useless verification team is what’s letting you down. If you can get this situation sorted I’m happy to join back and continue on your site, but for the meantime I’ll be using other sites. Good luck to anyone that tries to verify there account here.

Not sure what to say after reading some of the comments. I have used online companies as long as they existed and no matter how big or small my winning were, I was paid within a week. Unibet pays within 24 hours. Their promotions sucks a bit but that is my opinion. Overall they are ok.

In all fact, Unibet has a great variety of slot machine games. Would give it 0 stars if I could. The whole site is rigged. From the dead slots to the clearly dodgey roulette wheel. I won’t speculate what methods they are using but i have about 3-4 hours of video evidence on how the ball lands on the number that’s least covered. For the welcome promotion, Unlike every other online casino, unibet doesn’t allow u to keep winnings on deposited money. The requirement to unlock bonus is to spend all real money in account and instead of going negative it will use bonus.This makes it worse than most other online casinos as the others only require that you bet £10, this means if you win using your deposit you can keep the remaining balance as long as £10 has been bet, the bonus is unlocked.Additionally, the terms and conditions are much more vague, “before bonus is unlocked the “offer amount” must be spent.” This is so vague, the customer assistant also had no idea and just kept copying and pasting random terms and conditions at me no matter how irrelevant to my question. I also asked whether the spins are then also locked if I win, the answer was yes, at a wager of 30x whether this is true or not I don’t know, the assistant probably doesn’t know , Either way talking to customer service only added to the confusion.Another gripe is just the overall execution of the service, it was hard to find out what games I could and couldn’t play for the bonus, there is a bonus unlock list with games played but it doesn’t add them up or show the whole list, I don’t really know what it is for really considering I have to spend the entirety of the deposit plus winnings from that deposit to unlock the bonus. My first reason for using Unibet was for their live streaming of football, which is extensive and has good global coverage of all games. The markets available for football betting are also wide ranging and coverage generally very good, second only perhaps to bet365. Their customer service is decent, live chat option available and always resolved any of my queries. They allowed me to withdraw £900 made from a small initial deposit. Overall a very good and trustworthy service from my experience.

I have used this site for around a year.. deposited loads and also withdrew loads I got given a 1 pound bonus where I met all wagering requirements I had 50 that was eligible to be withdrew I tried to withdraw it and all off a sudden my account was hit with loads of messages saying I have to provide a pdf statement of my accou t which I did.. they then told me the bank account I deposited did not match the account I wish to withdraw to I told them that is ridiculous I have always used the same card and never had a problem with withdrawing any money.. now because its 50 pound I’ve won for free I’ve been sending and receiving emails to unibet for over 4 days trying g to resolve this situation but everytime I get the same email back telling me my deposit card does not match my withdraw card and they have had over 10 statements from my bank and still telling me it doesn’t match and I’ve had to tell them to keep the 50 pounds and close down my account…. so don’t win anything for free because trust me they won’t pay it to u and will make u jump through hoops on fire whilst juggling water with your nose blindfolded on a bears face to be able to actually get it…. unibet the worst site going

Been with this site for a few months, won £1500 a couple of months ago, no problem withdrawing it, but since then not a single decent win. £50, here £20 there. All they do is take your money and return nothing, if you get a decent win with them that’s the last you get. Spent hundreds over the last few weeks with no return. I have been signed a few months now and know all that time only withdrew once. Won a £6800 bet 3 weeks ago. Unibet froze my account and thats it. Upon several calls made to them they keep saying that they are reviewing the account. Nothing else absolutely.
