NB: This feedback is also on the Unibet.com page.It all started out well in mid-2019 with Unibet accepting my deposits and stakes. I made some withdrawals that went smoothly. NB: I staked way more than I have ever withdrawn (3.4:1).Suddenly, in early June 2022, my account was locked for play and withdrawals. Unibet said my account needed to be verified and asked for identity and financial documentation. There wasn’t a proper explanation of what had suddenly changed.I provided what I thought was needed but they did not provide any updates unless I chased and then they kept asking for more. I decided that it had all become too intrusive and asked Unibet to send me my account balance (less than £60) and close the account. Cue more stalling via polite but standard/template, unhelpful emails and saying that I needed to verify my account just to get my balance and close the account.As of mid-July 2022 this is still dragging on. Even pointing out that they were in breach of UKGC Licence Condition 17 did not shift their approach.I really thought Unibet was ok but that has been wiped out. Don’t get involved or if you sign up, be prepared for the good favour to end abruptly and for some hassles.I am making a formal complaint but I imagine that the same stone wall approach will be applied.

Won £68 on one of their slots, they never payed it out (never showed in the transaction either) so I closed the account with them.

Avoid this site. I had played roulette on this site and realised they were taking twice the payment for one deposit by two different Companies many times. When I realised this and complained them then they suspended my account. I had about £25 I to that account and I had been losing loads of money. When I queried them they asked me exact time and date when the money taken twice for one deposit. I could not remember exact time as I did not know this gonna happened and I could not check my account because they suspended, I checked my bank and sent them my bank statement. I spoke to many different employers of unibet and they again and again asked the same stupid questions about time and date when I clearly provided my bank statement. They are scammer, please report to the authorities and avoid playing here.

This company is an immoral dog with fleas!!I have won and now they will not pay my winnings or deposit !!!UNIBET NO WIN POLICY Unibet have decided that they are refusing to pay me , quote ‘’your winnings have been confiscated’’ ..I had A multiple bet some 4 hours before my 1st selection ran , I was lucky enough to get a £9385 account total … No communication took place after the completion of my selections until the day of my holidays I decided to withdraw my balance , only to be told I had not operated working within the boundaries of the UNIBET T & C s …I can only presume that means you are only allowed toLose and if you win just bare with us we are looking for any excuse not to pay you !!This will go to court if not paid and all documents supporting will be posted on my face book page. It is my recommendation that you don’t bet with unibet if you want to get paid out. personally i would rather lick the floor of a slaughter house than deal with these crooks again. I trust the above gives a clear view of my feelings, expectations and intentions and can only hope you can calibrate your moral compass enough to return the money that will be a deposit for my first house. much love always Euan Jones

Honestly don’t understand the terrible reviews, yes it’s really frustrating when you lose lose lose money but you’re gambling your money…I have won over £5000 over the last two days (slots) pots of rainbow and 9 pots of gold, depositing £200 was in my bank within half an hour, excellent site when your winning and banking, Thank you Unibet

I am putting it out there that this company are a disgrace I was with them for ages but have just cancelled my account I had a bet on Nadal to win Wimbledon , he withdrew with injury ( not in play ) but Unibet thought that it was great because they just took the stake money anyway, unlike many of their competitors who saw fit to return the stake as a good will gesture to their customers goodbye Unibet I hope many follow , there’s more to life than excessive greed ,John

I thought i was alone untill i read the other reviews here.This company are flirting with theft in my opinion. Theres only one other site that was worse than UniBet. How can a company charge your debit card and then tell you that they cant let you withdraw to it because its not policy in ‘my region’. Are you having a laugh? Odds are terrible, playability is terrible and im out of pocket. Disgusting.

I do not know what to think of this company. I responded to a promotion and deposited £15 and not in a hurry to place a wager, I thought it may come in handy for the future having sent them my bank statement as ID. I logged in nearly a week after to find they had blocked me without informing me. I tried to call them and got a French voice recording, very strange for a UK registered company with a .co.uk address as well. I then hung up to access their chat and they take 10 minutes to reply for each message. Finally the guy told me their security team had blocked my account but they did not have the common decency to tell me of their decision. Do they block customers with the intent to keep punter’s money? I have been treated the same by William Hill, these websites and companies are acting fraudulently and I am most glad to witness their shocking behaviour as my money is good elsewhere. I will update when I get my money back, I would suggest not using them as an absolute safeguard. Until I have my money returned, this is THEFT or embezzlement or FRAUD. Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. Play like they are totally rigged seen some crazy number sequences like a number you haven’t got coming out on the roulette 6 out of 7 spins they just laugh when you complain saying its bad luck. If it was the other way round they would void the game and say malfunction. Make your own mind and use your common sense leave their games well alone

1 star is still far to many, absolute thieves, if in the rare chance you do win anything, be sure when you play again it will take everything and some straight back off you and then will be an age until you remotely have a chance of winning again any time soon, last £100 I have put on, just spins through, even if you call their customer care, you are told a script of how they are “fair and honest” which is really not the case, if it gave you a game and let you have a little and took a little and you decided to gamble it and lose, then fair enough, but when your not even given a game and you just watch your money spin through….that is not fair and the script they give you just shows they are not honest, even if its their fault i.e a technical problem, I had spent £60..spun through, game kept crashing. I was told there was an error on the site, so I should of got my money back, but was offered £3 bonus to use on the faulty site ?. I work in the industry and can say in 10 years in the business, I have never seen a company where customers just lose and aren’t given a game as much as you do with this site. Disgraceful…should be shut down, I hope the gambling commission check the reviews, not a single good one and shows they should be investigated.

WH is slowly, but surely on the decline. Over the past few weeks, I have experienced the following: 1. Interruptions during live streaming of dog/horse racing – effectively missing the race(s) I’ve wagered on2. Winning bets voided because they were placed after scheduled off time 3. Opting into daily promotions only to find that the “free bets” weren’t always applied automatically – meaning I had to waste more time chasing this up through live chat4. Extremely poor customer service when contacting WH through live chat. The initial Will robot is a joke and the service agents leave a lot to be desired. Very little compassion/sympathy on display and it’s almost as if they could’ve give a hoot. All in all, an extremely sad state of affairs. WH are a million miles behind some of the leading lights in the industry. Needless to say, although a loyal and frequent customer, I don’t feel valued and will be leaving for pastures new. If WH don’t care, why should I??? Their loss!!!

So… I have been playing at betfair now for about 8 months and this is what I have to say, at first you get a few okay wins to reel you in so you think your going to hit a decent win but that soon goes down the shitter! They are absolute robbing C*nts who should not be operating and anybody who says “oh this person is only sayin this because their a sore loser need to think again because that’s not the case at all. I’m not one to write reviews but I’ve done it to warn people who are thinking of even opening an account with them to think again! Horrendous site for gaming, the only thing it does well is take deposits. All the games seem to sap your balance very quickly rarely hit a bonus and if you do the return is minimal and annoyongly games regularly crash. Also found that Betfair daily bonus is linked to how much you spend, deposit nothing you get nothing. Played the free Pinball bonus for 14 days straight and lost everytime, when you do actually win its usually a 20p bingo card or 2 x 10p free spins !!?? Other sites such as Bet365 regularly give £5 free bet or 10 free spins, thats a bonus and you dont have to deposit to get it! Betfair is one to stay clear of.

Won an 8-fold both teams to score last night. They have retained my winnings and won’t pay out!! Said I have another account with them. I have never used Betfair before in my life, I set everything up yesterday and there seemed to be no problems until I withdrew my £120. Logged me out and tried to log back in and they had closed my account down. When I spoke to them they had told me they will be retaining my winnings and my account is closed and there is no where further to go, end of basically. Do not use!
