This is honest genuine experience. I lost on Unibet over 12 thousand all on slots. Never in my life I experience anything as bad as Unibet ,apart from first day when I didn’t win but got my money back ,next 7 months of playing I never been at any point single pound up,never get any straight line on any slots I played, never got more then 97 pound of free or bonus spins. Bonus or free spins whatever u call it never ever pay more then 10 or 15 pound even if u play 2 3 5 pound a spin. Please avoid Unibet as it is truly life damaging what make this even more shocking is they are actually able legally operate. I been gambling online for decades, won a lot on occasions lost a lot but only with Unibet you got hammered every time u play. My review is genuine experience with criminals called Unibet.

Disgustingly awful, won some money on the account to which they wanted verification.Fair enough, i then supplied them bank statements ontop of bank statements for them to moan that they were not sent in PDF file, i then went away and converted all my documents required into pdf which included, proof of address, paypal details, bank statements, drivers license.This has been going on for more then 2-3 weeks and i have tried to be understanding and patient.I then called on the Thursday 15th and Friday 16th September to which i was told , that the verification team has all the documents required and are happy with everything sent now, so I waited for another 4-5 days for a response to say that the account was fully verified for them to only say they need more documents.Just feels like they do everything in the power not to pay you out when you beat them and hold onto your money and i still haven’t had it.Ontop of all this, i know the customer service representatives are doing there jobs but they have no care in the world and literally cannot help you one bit other then say “i am sorry, I understand” , also can’t even call this so called verification team so you go absolutely nowere with emails or calls, just seems like will never get this money , joke of a company.Would be 0 stars every single time

Really bad company. They frozen my account from 31th of august verifying my proof address by posting the rest of the documents are verified long time ago. They have 550 pounds and they don’t give me any support to withdraw this money.

Very, very frustating. I have used this site in the past with no issues. This time I have made a deposit and sent in all the id and bank statements requested but I can’t use any of my funds on unibet but worse still I can withdraw my deposit as the app says I need my account verified. Everytime I contact them I get some poor excuse for the delay in verifying my account.Terrible way to treat customers.

Signed up to this casino without any background information which was a huge mistake. Deposited easy enough, after winning jackpot of £14000 I went to withdraw and they needed to see docs which I sent over, waited a day for them to be verified and passed, £14000 came in.Had another bash, deposited a total of £3400 in different goes, won £12000. Withdrew that and I then had to go through the account verification again. This time they wanted proof of funds which my boyfriend had transferred me some money prior to my unibet deposit so they’re claiming it as 3rd party use. Hands down the worst bookie out there. Will enable verification on any account that wins a bet and put you in a never ending cycle of document providing, document rejecting and slow responses to get you to give up on your money. They have even down a soft credit check with intentionally wrong details compared to what the account was setup with…this is peak illegal activity. Now taking them to court to get my winnings out. Unibet used to be one of the best bookies out there but recently have gone downhill fast. Whereas other bookies are moving forward Unibet are stuck in the stone age and will try every trick in the book to avoid paying winners. Hopefully they will go the same way as Novibet and self implode soon.
