Stole my money.
deposited 100, went up 70 ($170 total).
Unibet gave me a $100.
My new balance showed: $70 main, $200 bonus.
When I went to inquire about why my $100 deposit turned into $200 bonus, the live agent who had an attitude (part of management) decided to take away my bonus of $200 leaving me with $70 even though I deposited 100 and was up 70.

Apparently once you accept a bonus, all your earnings go towards your bonus and all your losings are deducted from your real balance.

Don't take a bonus and don't sign up for unibet. The literally robbed me of my earnings and deposit and they're not letting me withdraw my remaining $70.

The management/live agent member said that I did read the ToC so he decided just to take my money away. His name is Luke. This happened after I left a survey feedback after the live chat.

I opened an Unibet account, and it was accepted. Deposited £10 , try to put a bet , the account was diactivated. I phoned to find out and i was told the account has been terminated without valid reason, its so weird how can reputable company act like this i never exprienced such dubious uncalled character. Since I opened an account with this rancid so called bookmaker I deposited £430 and made one withdrawal of £60 my account was restricted to max £2 bets and had their Mickey Mouse promotions stopped without notice I have since found out that I had won one of their so called promotions of £25.000,What you had to do was to guess the 1st goal scorer and the minute of the 1st goal.The match was on Sunday 6th dec 2020 spurs v arsenal son Heung scored 1st on the 13 min in which I guessed correctly as their was no other winner I was entitled to the full £25.000 but was then told I was restricted from this promotional.so any ideas what I can do about this?so please do not ever entertain these cowboys

I opened an account with Unibet around two weeks ago. Made a few wagers… nothing out of ordinary. I won approximately $40. Now when I requested a withdrawal..they required several documents to confirm my identity. No problem. I submit these documents and nothing happens. Last night I ask for a supervisor and customer service refuses to transfer me. Says he is highest authority. We go back and forth. I log off. I check hours later to find my account suspended! Yes suspended with my $295 within their sports book! I'm furious thinking about it.
I just want to warn everyone that they can suspend your account bcuz they are tired of dealing with you. I just want my money back.

If I could give ZERO stars I would.
These crooks have closed my account with no reason given apart from "because we can". I tried to withdraw my winnings of £280 to a different bank card, both cards in my name and address. I got an email saying this was against their policy so the money had gone back to my Unibet account. Fair enough. Then got an email saying ACCOUNT CLOSED AND NO FUNDS (INCLUDING MY £40 DEPOSIT) WILL BE RETURNED!!
I am absolutely horrified that this is allowed to happen and will fight them all the way to court.

The WORST gaming site I’ve ever used! It’s not a fair gaming site at all. It seems to be a glorified scam. I’ve deposited over £400 and have not won more than £10 it just takes takes And takes. I submitted my ID earlier, it was accepted quickly., Two weeks ago I asked 4500 EUR withdrawals, immediately I was asked to provide utility bill, I sent it. One week later I saw it was rejected, I went to the live chat, they did not give me reason why was it rejected, they said send another proof of address (???). Won quite a bit of money from unibet only lately bin with them over a year. Account all verified early on so no trouble with withdrawals.
Then I have won some big bets which I have kept increasing and winning. Now they want to verify my account again. I d checked out address over 18 checked.. Also asked to see wage slips or bank statements for source of income.. Sent pay slips now they want last 90 days bank statements… Unbelievable… All I can say is don't expect to consistently win on this site as they will not let you.. There are some villains, if you win they block your account, they ask you to send documents to proving the account but they lie to you that they are not good and if you revolt they close your account completely and you don't see any money. They have to be sued, they make fun of people

Unibet changed the terms of a bet a week after my bet was placed. Original terms were "bet is resolved when official sources declare a winner". Terms got switched to "projected winner without reasonable doubt."

Conveniently this turned my winning bet ("announced by official sources") into a losing bet when the contest was neck and neck until the last moment with my choice barely behind, with Unibet resolving bets before the contest was over. I had taken a screenshot of the original terms and conditions and verified they had been edited.

Changing the terms of a bet that's already been placed is illegal, and it flipped the result of the bet.

Unibet, I believe, are acting unlawfully.

They opened an account for me, allowed me to deposit using my boyfriends card then after several weeks playing (and winning) they suddenly requested a ) pic of my ID b) a pic of me holding my ID, c) pic of my boyfriends card d) picture of me holding my boyfriends card e) bank statement attached to that card f) picture of me holding a copy of that bank statement g) picture of a "through the post" utility bill (not an online version) h) picture of me holding the posted utility bill.

All submitted to them. five days laterm no reply, and then they come back and say they haven't received it. Yet they accept a deposit without checking the card was in my name. I'm following up on this to check to see which part of the process I have done wrong.

I recently placed 2 bets weeks in advance of the 2020 Masters Golf tournament, on Sergio Garcia and Angel Cabrera. They both pulled out a few days before the tournament, but Unibet will not refund me my money. They say they are losing bets. This is a disgrace. Stay away from this site.

I'm fine with losing a fair bet, because that's how M̶a̶f̶i̶a̶ gambling works. Sometimes you win sometimes you lose. However, what I'm not fine with, is when the bookie calls a winner when the game is still going, and where the official winner is yet to be determined. This is what happened with the 2020 elections that are still undecided. The elections are still going, yet Unibet decided to call it for Biden. Just like in a football match, the media doesn't decide the winner. Not all gambling sites were as devious as Unibet though. Some are still waiting for the official winner to be announced.
Biden may indeed win, but if Trump wins, when it comes to betting, it doesn't matter.
If I end up winning the bet I made at Unibet, I still end up losing my money. Nice deal.
Unibet used this ambiguous situation to cash out big time.
I didn't bet that much, but I'm sure some other customers are really grinding their teeth right now.

I placed a bet with Unibet for USA election 2020 for Donald Trump. it was stated clearly that the condition was " winner decided by who reaches the required numbers of electrical votes on the election day. If there is no clear winner on election day the offer will be settled as soon as a candidate is projected to win beyond reasonable doubt."

They declared I lost the bet and they further explained their term and condition as follow which stated no where on their website until you ask :
