Just had the most bizarre experience with a betting company since I started betting a few years ago. Congrats Unibet. Signed up and instantly was asked for verification. Now I'm not against that, sometimes I'd rather they did it before I started betting than when I ask to cashout my funds after a win like lots do. I uploaded my drivers license and proof of address bank statement .pdf file. I was then asked to check my verification status and the .pdf file wasn't good enough (why?) so they wanted one sent through the post. Fine. Took the time to phone my bank and order one then took a photo of it when it arrived. All approved apparently. I then went onto live chat to ask for my welcome bonus to be re credited as it had expired because of the verification requests and the time it took. The live chat operator credited it and all was well as far as i was aware. About ten mins after the live chat I had an email saying that they wanted ANOTHER proof of address sent to my house and then a selfie with my proof of address! As if I hadn't jumped through enough hoops already. They are just taking the preverbial p1ss now. I still hadn't had a bet or made a deposit lol. I've closed my account. What a bizarre experience as a new customer. Are they not interested in new customers? Now I feel p1ssed because I've given all my ID and proof of address to a company based in fkn malta or somewhere and I suspect they are involved in fraud with peoples IDs. Fully expect to find my ID on the darkweb now available to whoever the highest bidder is. Utter shambles.

Unibet is a total rip off..I played and won..and the next day my account was locked..I was told it was because I needed to send in the needed documentation and I did so..they say it was accepted and had to be reviewed by their "risk team" and here we are months later...n such email has come and I guess I'm out of $225 ...terrible experience

Horrendous site, they offer no real bonuses when it comes to making deposits, you get no offers no matter how much you deposit or how often you play. The slots pay out next to never, your very rarely to be ahead of your deposited amount. U could spin 300 times at £1 .. and win 35 times at 50p each time.. and one time maybe a fiver if your lucky .. very rarely hit anything worthwhile to keep you spinning. U can’t contact them via email. So you basically get nothing. U very rarely get the bonus features and when u do they pay out terrible amounts continuously. U can’t contact them via email. Also get no promotions apart from ones where u have to deposit or spend hundreds of pounds to receive £10 .. all you get is promotions for sports betting. Nothing when it comes to casino spins etc. Have been playing for a few months now and enjoy it less every single time I play thinking it will pay at some point. No it really doesn’t. Do not bet with unibet. I tried to withdraw money from them and sent them all the verification documents that they asked for. They asked for a picture of my driver's license next to my face which I did. They then responded with closing my account down and freezing my funds. They would not let me withdraw my own money and provided no explanation why other than the fact that as per their t&cs they have the right to freeze funds. Avoid avoid avoid !!!!!! Hope they can keep anyone's money is beyond me

A very bad bookie, avoid. After placing just 1 bet and winning a very small amount of money, under £5, they blocked my account with no explanation. I take it they only want to take your money, not to give money. Well, it's not how this business works.

I have accounts with several website in AU and only with them I found issue when talking on the phone. First is that, they keep telling me I have bad reception, whilst other providers never got issue like that. And I'm done with them after for like the 10th times they are not happy explaining another market odd to me. It's ridiculous, live betting odd is always changing and from wanting one market, it's normal to change our mind after knowing the most update ODD, and simply we will ask for another market hoping for better odds. They were also very happy to close my account, despite continually telling me I was a valued customer. I can't really fault Unibet for anything other than their bonus system but it definitely needs work. In what is now a very competitive market in the future I will use companies that have clear bonus systems. They are out there. On a final point. I’ve been using unibet for over a year now I liked it a lot and still using it but it’s went downhill I’ve had a few bad experiences regarding bets and wrong details in matches With corners etc and not getting my money back this has happened on numerous occasions and when I’ve went on the live chat they’re saying it’s my fault when that isn’t true. I’ve spent a lot of money with use and a loyal customer but that didn’t seem to matter.

They took my money without explanation and deleted my account. Opened an account on their website. I live between Germany and Hungary and typed in my hungarian address. The system accepted it. Later it turned out that I need an official german address to use their german website, which btw. I thought is just a language option. So they took without warning 2/3 of my winnings and deleted my account. Costumer service was rude. They couldn't show me the term why I need a german address plus they didn't ask me if I also maybe have a german one, so in the end they just told me to stop to argue because it makes no sense against them.

Bunch of ugly scammers. There's nothing in Malta or Gibraltar for them or their families they are just wasting time when no one likes them outside their little gambling hub and this kills them everyday. just an adequate online bookmaker,website functions fairly well but theres nothing to distinguish it from the others in the mid range as it doesnt often give free bets,or run a bet club like skybet or coral,the odds on site arent typically better than other companies,I only bet with Unibet if the odds are favourable

well as a company you are ok overall .. but I mostly bet on horses and also casino games and slots .. Coming back on the horse betting , I found yours odds and place terms are not good enough in general and there is very little promotion available when betting on horses ( I may be wrong but it is my perception of Unibet ) speaking about promotions ,,,, they seems expensive to win and geared to big punters,,,, ( I may be wrong )
