should combine Horse Racing and sports in accumulators….not being able is very odd…think you might well lose a lot of customers on this basis…but your bonuses are great …and extra places on racing now and again is competitive!

Unibet are an absolute disgrace, not only is there poker rigged for rake, but you are constantly kicked from the game & if by some miracle you can get back in ! Then it's too late your chips have gone ie. Real cash that you paid for those chips, absolutely bloody disgraceful site avoid like the plague!!!

I enjoy the app, I like the markets, but to be denied my biggest win this season which is tragically small by most people’s standards because I selected a new bonus before I cashed my bet out is really bad… genuinely feel like I’ve been robbed here. I barely win and to be denied a 6x return on a 10 pounds free bet on a technicality isn’t cool.

Signed up through Fruity slots (Stay away they won't help) deposited £400. Account said I was verified. Played for 2 hours no issue. Still said I was verified. Tried withdrawing and then said they needed everything ID, POA. Sent in everything including a letter from Lloyds and a bank statement. All was approved.

Came back a week later and again said I wasnt verified. Unibet said they needed more POAS? I explained most are in my mrs name and everything I sent is in line with UKGC LCCP and on their site. They told me tough and i need to send in further POAs. I sent in x2 more from insurance and Her Majesty as thats all I have. This was their last response:

You have been advised what we will need from you, we also will not tolerate your abusive language and swearing.

On that basis we will no longer enter into further dialogue with you, unless it is to confirm receipt of the document requested. Please feel free to pursue any route you feel is needed.

Evil scam website. Don't take the bonus. They use it to secretly make rules up attached to it and anything you win like I did in one of the cheaper lotteries they snatch it in 7 days! Reminds me of the conniving British Empires bloody merciless thieves that forever owe me money or large compensation settlement for theft who if they don't pay will be absorbed of their luck, sleep and recovery in life. They are deluded, they are pvssies and they know it and they stand below me in the food chain every day London, Malta or wherever the he// they are at.

Very difficult to make significant winnings at this casino. Usually, I make small winnings on the 1st or second game, after that, forget it. There is something wrong with their games, in my opinion. You get small winnings but bonus rounds or are difficult to show up, or you need 100s of spins to get them and when finally you get them they give you peanuts. Even if you try the next bonus round you probably will get peanuts again. I play on several casinos and at this one games work different, so it's good for the first couple of rounds if you're happy with 10-15% winnings, after that, move on, too risky, and initial winnings are not great.

Was banned from promotions pretty quickly, soon after that my bets were restricted to pathetic little amounts. I won more than I lost. Basically you're only valued as a customer if you lose, scum

Very happy Unibet customer, they routinely offer competitive odds on the markets I look for – mainly MMA and not just the UFC like other bookmakers.

The best price option on horse racing is excellent as is the ease with which you can deposit money, but withdrawing winnings is less well advertised and aspects of the site are difficult to navigate. It appears you are encouraged to a variety of betting options but if you are interested in specific sports bets over a period of time eg soccer, horse racing, rugby, you have to go through a lengthy process by comparison with a number of other providers to get there

Very good selection of bets available and competitive odds. I feel that if you offered betting without market in racing would only improve the service that’s already there. Fast withdrawals are much appreciated with many bonus and offers available.
