Unibet don’t pay out, customer service agents are rude. Take weeks on end to check documents and get back to you, only to request more documents, they are a total scam. Please AVOID!!! Still waiting on £1000+ from £500 deposit, they drag their heels and never check your documents you try to provide. Please, please, don’t use this scam site.

pretty poor was punting with them with no problems UNTIL it came to settled bets did a few snooker bets part of the bets which was doubles and trebles would B settled in seconds i mean seconds the trebles if it was beat but had 2 wait HOURS i mean 2/3 hours for the doubles to B settled not just once every time how can you settle the treble bet in seconds but the doubles takes HOURS , wasting your time speaking on live chat they just BLAME THE COMPUTER and THERE TRADERS what a joke of a company poor poor service very bad .

The most awful experience of my life were I explained that could only bet 35 before reaching monthly limit so why did it allow me to take 100 as a deposit. Usually takes an hour to withdraw. Oh no they wait four hours and only when I called did they say the card needs verifying even though quite clearly states same name etc And the we’re more than happy to ccept deposits and make withdrawals from the card in the months before. So I verify card and explain need to get back to home town tonight and spent over 300 on clothes shopping expecting this money would have been back with in the hour. Get to to 7pm call again and told should be next couple of hours still no money. 11pm now calling and explaining urgency to get home and take life saving treatment that when not taken causes excruciating pain. Still no money but instead block my account because I mentioned I needed petrol. Felt poorly and low self esteem at this point. Awake till 3am at which point my lymph glands are swollen and I’m admitted to hospital. All thorough night messaging from bedside and calling this morning and today and told my payment is in a que. Why would you treat someone like that in the beginning of this story let alone what happened. As the night progressed. Who agrees Zak might of been worried not having money for petrol so closed account but h wasn’t that worried to help me get home. Closing my account and will slate to anyone who mentions this awful site.

Absolute scam of a company… scummiest of the scum. They needed ‘verification’ for my cards when I requested a withdrawal. They require pictures of my cards back and front (even for those which a deposit never even worked or went through) they still ‘attach’ that card to your account. Had a live chat about this matter and all they can say is ‘I’m sorry about this’ and ask me to verify my cards.. I am not going to receive my withdrawal so I just asked to delete my account.

I’m not a new member , been playng on unibet for more than 5 years , I can see my 5 stars review from 2019 , they were great but I have no idea what happened . Two days ago I deposited 10 and withdraw 40 , got themoey quick but also an email they restricted my account , something about transunion affordability . Must be a joke really …my score on transunion experian or equifax are good , I only deposit small amouts and rarely , a few times a year . Now 1 star is too much for how they treat genuine customers . I have other sites to go

Gave this a go on and off for a couple of months. I think this is the last straw. The RTPS are dreadful when they used to be normal. They’ve dropped RTPS are probably every game. No wonder I am missing what would be winning lines on the same game, but no not on Unibet. 9/10 times you’ll lose and they’ve rinsed me out.

Don’t give your money to this people!I made deposits and was fine , as soon I make a win and started making withdrawals they block my account to verify. I sent all documents they requested and then few days ago they asked me AGAIN for the payslips and bank statement which I sent already. Still waiting to verify my account…. Are we in the 1950s with no internet? Why it takes so long to verify a couple of documents? If you email them or call them they don’t give you an answer… Horrible site, I don’t recommend it at all. Closed my account for 42 days and when trying to reopening it I couldn’t they told me they have closed my account tho happy to take my money I had over £400 in winnings in my account and they dont want to know. Interesting that they have never replied to negative reviews. My account was closed but I wasn’t notified, I spoke to chat and they accused me of bonus abuse which is definitely incorrect, tried to ask for more information but chat wouldn’t advise, so asked for a complaint and the chat that I was speaking was so rude and condescending. When my complaint was resolved, the complaint handler didn’t address all of the points of my complaint and just brush me off. I have taken steps to report them. Avoid at all cost.

Yesterday, during the Argentina-Morocco match at the Olympic Games, I took 3.5 goals over bets, the match ended 2-2, the bookmaker confirmed my winnings, I already saw the money in my application account, 2 hours later they canceled the bet they had previously considered a winner. Someone from the staff is responsible for this, now they can change each plant after 2-3 hours? For me it’s not very professional, if you lose you know immediately after the match but not after 2 hours!!!

Have been punting with Unibet for a while after my initial 20 pounds bet won. Managed to grow that amount to roughly 1150 after a good Saturday so withdrew 450 to enjoy some of the winnings. Check a couple of days later to find 20 pounds initial deposit refund and a closed account accusing me of cheating/fraud without explanation!! It took so long for me to build this balance just so they can steal it away?? So if a customer loses = great! Customer wins? = no you didn’t. Absolute bunch of crooks, need to be thoroughly investigated. Hope they get a massive fine for abusing winning customers like this.

I honestly don’t understand how this online casino is still operating. I signed up and deposited £35, I played live blackjack and got up to £1500, when I went to withdraw my money it said £966 of the £1500 was locked due to a promotion, and if I wanted to transfer the money from online cash to withdraw able cash, I would have to sacrifice the other £600 in my account to access the £966. Subsequently they declined the request for the withdrawal of £966, and only withdrew the original £35 I deposited. And now speaking with the customer service team they can’t seem to find the gaming history from when I had to sacrifice the money I won.

My case is like a nightmare, they have closed my account for no reason ,i am costumer for moore then 5 years, nothing change on my play or income in the last 5 yeras i have deposited noore then 50000£ and they blocked my account in one day , i was having deposit limit set up and nothing change on my side i will go and do further steps whith them trying to recover my money from them i have to sue the company as they are stealing and dooing fraud. my advice fol all the players close down with them and try to get a good lawyer like i will do

Unibet are thieves taking away from honest clients. They didn’t pay my bet at Newbury tonight as best odds so i called up Cm Services to find out why . Their reply was embarrassing. They don’t pay win bets as best odds if they add an extra place incentive for eachway bets in the race. Its a con. They take away from the majority placing a win bet to pay for the punters betting each way in these extra place races. This is a crazy way to lose loyal clients. Avoid this bookmaker. I signed up for an account and won about £80. I withdrew the winnings, but the following day the withdrawal was cancelled and my account closed with the following statement “The withdrawal was cancelled as unfortunately your account was found to breach our terms and conditions”. I don’t believe I breached any terms and conditions. All I did was placed a few bets and won.Lots of other people report the same thing on TrustPilot, so beware.

Awful, unethical company. Had an account for years. Recently I’ve been betting on horse racing, had a bad losing period where they happily kept taking my bets and letting me deposit however after a few winning days I have tried to withdrawn and they have closed my account and kept my money. They are quoting that I’m breaking some random term in the T&Cs but I can’t see any term that I’ve broken. They are refusing to give me my £380 – some of which was recently deposited funds not even winnings. Dreadful company. Avoid at all cost.

Over 5 years I lost £15k. Unibet never asked for source of funds. This week they asked, I uploaded them, and they replied that my income wasn’t sufficient for my deposits, and suspended my account!Funny they wait until 15k is lost before they make this decision. Why didn’t they check income before and set a monthly limit. Totally unresponsible behaviour.

They, after a small win imposed a loss limit on me. You don’t know where you are with them. It is almost like they pace what you can spend with them . They asked for a financial strip down to ensure i could afford my losses which I gave them inc salary…they do not like savings, dividends etc. Obviously their algorithms or AI cannot do the maths when it is not a fixed monthly sum!!!
