Just closed casino. Couple of good wins but followed immediately but ridiculous run of losses. I was a member on this site, was ok. Plenty of games. Won few nice amounts, but after that, did not win a single one in couple of months, so just closed my account. I think they just regulating their RNG Software in one or another way. Games crashing, you never know if the one crashed was the one lucky or not, I think yes, thats why couple months followed with absolute loss. But anyway, they applied loss deposits – just they want to make sure you will give them each month £ 500, and you cannot win. So avoid.

I placed a few bets with £100 and they all won and my return should have been £5000 as a total, which I withdrew, just to be sent an email saying they had to verify my account before payout. After sending drivers licence, bank card, proof address, and then a specific statement with certain dates they asked for but were not generated yet as it wasn’t end of month, so had to visit my local branch, I sent all documents and after waiting for 15 days I receive an email to tell me they are only giving me £1000 (which is total of my deposits) and confiscated £4000 because apparently I breached there T&C’s but when I asked what I had done wrong I was sent a reply basically saying don’t contact us our decision is final!!!!!! Never in my life have I been robbed so blatantly. This company are so illegal and run by Jekyll’s DO NOT GAMBLE OR DEPOSIT WITH THESE WA*#$#s they will allow u to deposit but keep your winnings. Rubbish. Laggy site combination bet builders are not placeable and the odds change literally when trying to apply a bet builder. Forced to select selections that are not wanted I.e sot has to be over 1.5 but I want over 0.5. This is not fair to players. Selections not available. Lack of selections. Slots are poor too. After 1+ year of betting, Unibet have closed my account and confiscated all funds. Live chat advised me I was in breach of T&C 16 (this is my own account and I just bet on football markets). Despite asking specifically how I have breached their T&Cs, they refuse to answer and just say they are within their right to close my account at any time.PLEASE AVOID THIS SITE. There are plenty of really good sites offering just as strong odds as Unibet that do not rely on underhand tactics.From reading the reviews this is very commonplace now

Have bet with Unibet for well over a year, never really had any issues, at one point they just stop letting me bet on horses for their cash back if 2nd/3rd promotion. Which was a bit odd why offer if if you don’t like it being used? Problem with bonuses, I had to contact them several times. Problem with payment (there are no problems with taking money during payment).First, there is a problem with the card, I change the card and make a payment, then they say that the earned money was not paid from that card, so you cannot withdraw the money. If you earn something by any chance, you can’t take money because they won’t let you, there’s always a reason. Avoid them!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE THEY DO NOT PAY WINNINGS. I DEPOSITED £400 from a joint account that my husband and I use, I won £5500 and tried to withdraw on the 17th march. I uploaded all documents that they asked for, they didn’t not verify any of these during their mentioned timeframes, I even linked open banking to “speed” the process up, which did not happen. I complained on the live chat every single day and got the same generic reply each time, the team are looking into and there are no managers you can talk to. After raising complaints via resolver they got back to me yesterday to advise me that I supposedly have breached their terms by using my husbands card and they are voiding my winnings. Had reasonable luck at first, but then they blocked me and after many attempts to supply them with the information they needed they didn’t accept my documentation. I have contacted customer support many times and nothing has happened. They are a scam and will steal your money! Be very careful if you choose to use them!
