Had a £10 welcome bonus. Used bonus on a football acca. Won £369.10 which was added to main balance then refreshed page and it was added to bonus balance. Fair enough I know bonuses you have to wager a certain amount (normally 3 times the original £10 bonus). Before moneys will go into main account then you are able to withdraw.I then go to a different page and both balances are at 0.I then use the online chat and get an advisor tell me that I have cancelled the bonuses and I have lost the money. WHY WOULD ANYONE CANCEL A BONUS AND LOSE THEMSELVES 369.10.?? Its a joke. But don't worry as a good will gesture they have gave me the original £10 bonus back no doubt if I win that will disappear also.Absolutely shocking company. I would advise anyone to avoid. Much better sites out there who actually look after there customers.

Fine to use if you just keep losing money to them BUT as soon as you make a decent win they will try everything in their filthy corrupt book to prevent from paying out. This will start with ridiculous amounts of documentation where they keep moving the goalposts and keep adding new requirements. Documentation consists and is not limited to:- Selfie with bank card- Posted, yes posted bank statement- Selfie with posted bank statement (good luck getting a crystal clear photo of that)- Selfie with posted bank statement outside the front of your house showing the house number (not even kidding)By they way these all have to be impossibly crystal clear or they will outright reject. After weeks / months of back and forth you may eventually pass the document check and may even be lucky enough to have the initial deposit returned BUT then they will 100% confiscate your winnings hiding behind their vaguest of terms and conditions. This could be as far fetched as your address matches someone who lived there in the past who once had a Unibet or one of their sister accounts, or that you have at some point logged on to Unibet with an IP that has once been connected with some other Unibet user in the world. It doesn't matter if this is a shared Wifi like at your place of work etc. The accusation here is of collusion! I joke not.I personally started with £400 and got up to £800 through sportsbook and casino. I currently have a case with eCOGRA to try to get the winnings unconfiscated but its been a few months and not heard back yet. It's laughable that they even try to confiscate casino winnings which is 100% luck based and could never be manipulated. If you have already used Unibet them I would advise to withdraw in small amounts - if you request a larger withdrawal they will certainly confiscate. Although this method is just a guess and best just to avoid altogether.I don't know how they are still allowed a gambling licence from the gambling commission given the hundreds / thousands of people who have had their funds illegitimately confiscated and their clear abuse of the documentation requests. They are utter crooks. The worst company I have ever dealt with. How they are allowed to still operate is an utter failure of the gambling commission who should be held accountable.

Absolutely disgusting. Unibet showed the information that a Player was sent off in the 9th minute. I placed a bet on the other team to score the next goal. At half time Unibet added a correction that a player had not been sent off. The team that they said had ten men, actually had eleven, and scored. I contacted Unibet to void the bet as they had given false representation, but was told it was my fault, as I should have checked that their (UNIBET) information was correct. MY FAULT?? Lying, Cheating, over a few quid, quite simply this is an act of theft. DISGUSTING COMPANY, with arrogant, cheating Customer Services Representatives.

Locked my account with no notice or email which I only found out after trying to log in. Then after I went on livechat they requested a rediclous amount of ID such as a selfie holding my driving license. I sent in all the requested ID and then then confiscated all my winnings and didn’t even tell me again and I only found out by live chat again.

What a showerTried to open an account successfully then tried to make a deposit from Santander. Unibet said I was depositing from Cahoots with nowhere to dispute this. At least they had a freephone number to follow up but the agent had little more clue as to why this had happened than me. So if they can send you to the wrong bank to make a deposit then surely they can pay any of your winnings in to the wrong account too?Avoid at all costs. I turnover some 7 figures each year, largely with Betfair, Spin, Spreadex. Ladbrokes and William Hill. Always looking to add a new bookmaker to this list but guess what Unibet? It won't be you

Avoid Unibet. If you win they will do all they can to keep your money. They kept asking for more and more info as they said my account hadn’t been verified even though I sent in all relevant ID. Took ages to get this sorted. Anyway if you want to keep your sanity then avoid them!

Once they decide to be difficult, it's virtually impossible to withdraw your money:I've so far sent 'crystal clear' photos of:- driving licence front and back- selfie with driving licence- bank card front and back- posted bank statement (which had to be ordered as the whole world is trying to reduce waste by using online statements)- selfie with bank statementThe fact they demand 'crystal clear' photos is just fraudulent, as though everyone that uses bookmakers are part-time photographers with professional cameras. They are now rejecting the selfie with bank statement for some new made-up reason (I didn't read the latest rejection email as it's clearly just fraudulent nonsense) is just embarrassing.I didn't keep the bank statement as I didn't for one second think you'd be able to think of another reason to be difficult.I would stronly recommend avoiding Unibet as you might be fine but once they decide they're not giving you your money back, they just keep requesting more documents until you give in.

UniBet are great up until you actually win a significant amount and want to withdraw your money. Won £520 from a £40 bet, my account was fully verified and allowed deposits and betting. HOWEVER, when it came time to pay out, they decided the account was unverified and needed documents sending. I sent identity documents, they refused to accept legal proofs of address (such as driving license, certified bank statements from Starling, digital energy bills from Octopus) unless it had been physically sent through the post. Spent three weeks waiting for a postal copy as all these accounts are online only. Then when it arrived, I submitted and it took them days to check and review, they wanted a selfie of me holding it too which was supplied. Eventually they paid out, and immediately blocked my account with no warning and no reason. Straight up FRAUD.Avoid, avoid, avoid.Reported complaint to Gambling Comission.

This company is a scam. I put in 1600 and I made 4000. Once they saw I was actually making money they wanted to verify my account and identity. I did that. Then they sent me an email that my account was closed and can’t give me my funds back. I spent my hard earned money and my time and now I have nothing. This is a pattern with them.

Opened account with £10, then got free bet which lost. Then got £40 losing bonus, bet that and lost. Then deposited more to get close to 3xmultiplier £140. Lost again and then they closed my account. Can't even check the balance. So never got the bonus I was owed. Sharks

Signed up and deposited £10 and was gifted £40 in sign up bonuses (£50 in total game play amount) went from 50 to 80 within the first half hour/hour. Changed game and went from 80 to 200 within 1 and a half hours. Over all not a scam site for sure.. this site is ATLEAST as good as William hill/ 32red / paddypower / MRQ / or skyVagas. In my opinion it ranks as high as the sites mentioned before if not Higher. Don't always believe bad reviews for sites like these always take them with a pinch of salt👌.. gambling responsibly peeeeps, good lucks

Horrendous. A complete joke of a customer verification process with awful customer support giving repeated computer says no responses without giving any proper guidance on why the documents are being rejected. Unless your willing to get professional photos done of yourself holding a utility bill don’t waste your time. Anything you take yourself with a phone camera (even iPhone) is apparently not clear enough.

This almost ended me last year as they owe me so much money and never let me have them. It was a disaster for me in the first and second quarters last year due to them. Im more convinced that this is a scam and they only want to take as much from everyone. This gambling site has really done more harm than damaged to people with all ways to deny them payments. It’s obvious only at the ‘Apex Point’ are things smoothly executed.

UniBet are without question the biggest scumbag gambling company available to anyone from the UK. I cannot stress enough how much to avoid ever depositing money onto their site. They are thieves and it his highly likely the company is a Ponzi scheme. I suspect there are no isolated funds covering customer balances. They are unethical and despicable and personally I am going to do all I can to cause trouble for them. The Gambling Commission are very very interested in the evidence that has been provided to them - emails, screen shots of bets, deposits, withdrawals etc. The biggest red flag, as many others are reporting are the illegal delays over verification and ID checks etc. Their 'procedures' are illegal and breaking countless gaming laws. I have had nearly £6000 stolen by UniBet for 17 days now. I have provided anything and everything requested of me. This has included extensive ID, statements, documents etc. There is always something else despite there being absolutely nothing nefarious about my details nor account. I simply had a winning streak which of course Unibet simply can't accept. We now have law enforcement becoming involved, lawyers and as I say the Gambling Commission. Never deposit money onto this site unless you are completely prepared to lose it, regardless of whether your best are successful. They are complete scum. The 'support' (hahahaha) are beyond useless and I doubt have any clue they are working for a company that is breaking laws. All they do is send generic responses saying how sorry they are for the frustration caused! As other's have said they reset the timeline anytime you send 'new' documentation. The have caused me mental health issues, caused me to lose sleep and now in the last week short term cash flow issues given they have withheld nearly £6000, some of which I was reliant upon. They are totally shameless, they have no morals or ethics. Scum, the lot of them!

Again second review on this site. They released £1800 with still £4088 left to go. They had sent this to 3 different bank accounts which wasn’t even asked which bank before they decided to release this now they want proof of a letter stating the account was closed and are not accepting the email the bank sent stating it was closed. And papers statements. It’s funny because the first Review I had they wanted PDFs now all of a sudden they want letters which everything is done online now days. They want documents when they know it’s impossible to get. Not accepting a PDF statement which casino does not accept a PDF. They’re avoiding paying out customers winnings. Customer service staff are really rude stating not to email them anymore until they’ve got the correct documents. But they have. Also telling me any email I sent won’t be responded too. I wish I could upload screenshots on here. Absolute shambles of a company. Doing everything they can to keep customers money & messing with customers mental health. Go elsewhere. They make you wait 5-7 days for documents to be reviewed then ask for more then you’ve got to wait another 5-7 days hoping you’ll give up!

They don’t reply to reveiws because they know everyone is bad. Taken £6000 winnings off me told to send documents as it was my sisters card I used just needed to send her documents they said that’sFine because it’s your first warning you’ll still get your winnings. As the withdrawal is going to my own account. Spoke to around 15 different people with 15 different excuses given now they don’t even reply I will be taking this further

Scammers. Do not trust. Do not use. Go to a company that has a good reputation instead. They will close your account with no evidence of any wrongdoing (because there was none), cancel your bets and keep your money. Hiding behind vague terms and conditions it seems it is legal for them to do this! I repeat. DO NOT USE UNIBET.
