Unibet is SCAM ! STAY AWAY ! Remember, this Unibet is not the same Unibet from few years ago. New owners, criminal people, liars…They closed my acvount after i won bet with winning of 11500 euro..I placed bet with 10 euro on 6 football matches all over 3 5 goals in the each match..All matches won..After bet is won i logg in to my account and first i saw winning coupon, but bet was not settled. Few minutes latter, i couldnt find coupon at all. They deleted it. When i contacted their support and explained my case, they closed my account ! They dont answer on my emails or requests anymore..UNIBET IS SCAM AND THEY ARE LIARS…

My partner won £1,800. They dragged it on for ages saying he’s not sending good enough proof to verify his account to withdraw, when he was sending all the proof required. It went on for around 4 weeks. Today they blocked his account so he called up to see what had happened, they told him they have closed his account and confiscated his money, and sent him an email of some “breach”. He sent all the official documents needed and done everything they had asked on the phone. We knew something was up when they kept declining the verification. COMPLETE SCAMMERS! PLEASE DONT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!

I’d give this company zero rating if I could. I had my account closed some 3 weeks ago because I won a few correct score bets I got from (Brunohade) on Instagram consistently for 15 days. I wanted to discuss opening a new account with them. They’ve advised I have permanent ban and not able to open a new account. They added that the decision cannot be reversed. What sort of support is that? That’s outrageous Now I have £48,000 pounds I can’t withdraw.

They have stolen my money and refused to return it. If you take a look, you will find that Unibet are simply closing people’s accounts and stealing the money. I tried emailing them about it, I received a very rude reply falsely accusing me of criminality. It seems that they justify their theft by calling their customers criminals. Truly appalling!The matter has now been passed to eCogra. If they have stolen your money then I suggest that you do the same thing.

I received an email saying that if I placed a £10 bet on the darts final, I would be credited with a free £5 bet to use on any sport.So, I placed a £10 bet and then told my free £5 could not be used on horse racingThe email I received was misleading.This should’ve been clearly stated and it wasnt.If Id known that, I would not have placed a bet.It may be buried somewhere in the terms and conditions, but it certainly wasnt mentioned in the email I received.It clearly stated that the free £5 bet could be used on ANY sport. Took multiple deposits without issue. Once I made a withdrawal they froze my account and asked for documentation to verify. After saying 2 days they are now 5-7 working days. As if it takes this long to verify some ID and proof of address.The most disgraceful site I think I have used. Be wary using this site as when it comes to a withdrawal they make it extremely difficult. Companies such as this should not be be regulated and be kicked out of the industry.

I saw an add that if you deposit £10 you would get £40 bonus and so I deposit my £10 and get my bonus. After playing for a while I won a total of £125 which is a lot of money for me and wanted to cash out but it was transferred straight to bonus currency. Please be careful with this site as they use a trick to deceive you into depositing and betting more. When you’re playing slots and you go to make a quick deposit, it lets you deposit but says you don’t have funds in your account, so you deposit again and it says the same thing. When you come completely out of the slot you are playing both deposits will be in your balance. They are purposely deceiving you so that you’ll deposit more as they know once its in your account youll gamble it. I’ve contacted the gambling commission and closed my account. If this isnt fraudulent its at least morally reprehensible. But i suppose the owners of a gambling company aren’t going to be drowning in morals as them and their families are probably the lowest forms of life. Hope this helps someone from making the same mistakes

As soon as you make a withdrawal, they freeze your account to block the withdrawal and thus steal any funds in your account.My account was already verified at the time of opening, I made a small withdrawal to the SAME card I had used for any deposits, but my money never arrived. After days, I got an email saying they needed to verify my account (but it already was verified) and no information about my withdrawal.When I contacted them about my missing withdrawal they told me they would only reply if a third party contacted them, so I’ve been forced to raise a dispute externally.A month later, they’re sending me harassing emails saying they’ve cancelled the withdrawal and frozen my account. Honestly don’t understand why this site is poor. I’ve withdrawn over £3000 in the little time I’ve been on: the second I hit withdraw it’s in my bank account. I sent documents required and was approved very quick. No issues as of yet. Congo cash is a good one on this site.
