The worst online casino and gambling site I have ever seen like seriously you £3000 worth of playing in slots and got the bounds twice and got £6 and then £72 . The speed of the slot too high proper fix .I close my account today .At least make a fun for people and and be reasonable. I can see that people continues to post about unibet and how they are scamming the winners, if someone recovered his winnings, please tell us that we can do that with a good lawyer, leave a sign, they took away 5000 euros for me so I can fight for it.

Unibet have kept my £330 of winnings. They say its because I have broken there terms and conditions but that’s rubbish. They hope you lose but if you win they keep your money anyway!

This company has stolen my money!Despite having gone through the verification process in late 2022 and mid 2023, Unibet decided to play games and ask for verification again in October 2023. They asked again for a copy of my passport, I provided it. They then asked again for proof of address, I immediately submitted the requested documents. Unibet then asked for a photo of my holding the proof of address next to my face. As always, I complied with the request. The following day, Unibet emailed me to advise that they had closed my account and would be keeping my money. This is theft! It is that simple. Take a look at other reviews, and you will see that they are stealing money from countless users.I am now in the process of taking legal advice. I will not be treated like a criminal by these thieves.

Unibet refused to settle a winning bet 16 hours after the event finished.When I waited on Livechat Macey permanently suspended my account because I questioned this settlement and now I can’t even log in to access my funds.This company clearly picks and chooses when to settle bets and if you question them they block access to your account and you can’t access any of your funds.

Account was stake restricted for no reason.Tried to place a bet yesterday and was notified I can only place bets up to £3 now after winning a few bets. I emailed them for a reason and they gave a bunch of nothing apologies and then said ‘it was a trading decision’ which is legal speak for you win so we don’t want your money. Not only do betting companies rig the odds in their favor but if you find a way to win they clamp down on you massively using stake restriction tactics.

Please read this before you even think about depositing with these crooks.I deposited £800 over 24 hours, I have a gambling problem but made £100 profit in this session. Of course, they restricted my account within a number of hours. As a result I decided to withdraw my balance, now here’s where they get you.They claim you’re fully verified and ‘good to go’ unless you want to actually withdraw money.Endless documents requested, asking for a selfie with ID (Which I supplied) Only to say it’s not clear enough, not taken in the right pose – TF is the right pose?Then my proof of address document was rejected because part of the corner was ‘cropped’ which it wasn’t, it was just the camera angle.They find every reason to reject documents and withhold money. Stealing my money without any reason! 335£ confiscated today with no reason! I had 335£ in my account, they blocked my account for two weeks checking my documents, I sent 3 valid proof of addresses and kept rejecting them for ridiculous reasons like: the document quality is not clear (when it was a PDF as clear as you can imagine). After this I tried to talk with them on chat and they said this:Brian: I am sorry to be the one to bring the bad news to you today, but your account has been permanently closed as a business decision. This will not be overturned.Anderson: that is ok, I want my moneyAnderson: 335£ still in my accountBrian: I am checking on this for you Anderson: okBrian: I have just spoke with the relevant team and they have advised me that the funds have been confiscated. My experience so far I wouldn’t recommend using this site , by all means ask for id and proof of address, but I have sent them 3 separate letters and they have so far rejected 2 of them. They said proof of address has to be a letter sent through post but has to be so specific it’s impossible.Luckily I only deposited £8 then they blocked my account.But so far my advice would be avoid they don’t seem like a genuine site.

Please don’t waste your time and money with this company. Placed 2 5 pound bets on football after deposting 10 pound. Both bets came in and the company refused to pay. Saying it had gone into bonus funds. Glad it was only 40 pounds. If I had won 2000 pounds it would have been the same said the rude customer service employee. The company is a scam

Their customer service is subpar. Due to the bad customer service and general experience, I have closed my account. They influence your odds, so I strongly encourage everyone to avoid them. giving you or the house a benefit whenever they feel like it. I learned about this from one of the VIP members.I recommend you try out a different platform like Plutonium Investment where you get back a good return value on your money.

I placed a bet a couple of weeks before a race with Unibet. A week before the race my horse was removed from the race. I waited until the day of the race, 24/08/23, it came and went and my bet slip went down as a loss ?!! The horse wasn’t even in the race ! Joined this company two weeks ago they allotted me a 5000 pounds monthly betting limit, I can bet safely in 100 units. I Bet on the horses for a week and a couple of days .I lost 1400 pounds to UNIBET , then on the Wed of goodwood I won a good few bets, all single bets ,totalled £1200 winnings.I decided that’s enough for the time being,Take a rest and withdraw the money on thurs 3.8.23 only to find the scummy operators had blocked the withdrawal, I questioned this right away to live chat , there answer was just sit in obeyence and await an e mail.No e mail came but the next day 4.8.23 in account there was a message to provide verification documents, which I done immediately .Eventually got an e mail on 8.8.23Stating they had released my withdrawal .I went to log in to the account to find out account barred ,phoned them to find out reason girl said account closed for buisiness reasons.I have all screenshots and chat logs ,and I am in the process of presenting a total blow by blow view of every action taken by me and by them with regards to this shocking behavior.all will be presented to the gambling commissions as part of their request for punters input to the commissions review.I would recommend steering clear of this bookmaker do not join they are totally untrustworthy, staff lie.looks like they only want losing bettors ,and will try and avoid paying out .UNIBET IN MY OPINION ARE TOXIC STAY AWAY.

These people allow GAMSTOP members to fund accounts and lose their money without proper KYC whilst being fully aware that they cannot lose a penny and only gain as they will keep the money if the punter loses and not payout if they win.Like many betting companies now,they know very well that due to GAMSTOP many problem gamblers like my partner ask their spouse/ partner or family member to open an account for them (which is done by pro gamblers too) but Unibet allowed me to open an account (foolishly and unaware of my partners issues) and then when I went on holiday,he funded the account till they blocked him and have ignored him and I since! Why in gods name do they allow accounts to be funded by problem gamblers when the funding details don’t match the account owners? BECAUSE 80% of profits in betting come from problem gamblers!This means anyone could fund it whether they are a money launderer or drug dealer etc.. All crazy when you you think they allow you to do this and then when blocked he proceeded to find other accounts owned by Unibet like 32red and they kept taking the money KNOWING they simply couldn’t lose and where engaging with someone who is insane when it comes to gambling and has no control. It now appears totally normal with many sites offering advice on how to circumnavigate GAMSTOP which is resulting in fortunes being lost,lives ruined and critically GAMSTOP should have an option to list family members / partners / ‘enablers’ to help chronic gamblers by including their details if they wish too.Anyhow,Unibet took approx £1,300 off a known problem gambler who funded the account himself (which they knew) and who lost 35k in 3 days but nearly all have refunded the deposits acknowledging the madness and lack of compliance but Unibet just quote terms and conditions and clearly see this as way to continue their profits as without the mad gamblers,they would not be a sustainable business.A total joke.
