I’m not sure why all the negative reviews, by law you have to provide ID , for safer gambling you have to provide proof of income.It’s gambling ofcourse you’re most likely to loose especially if you’re playing slots or any sort of casino games, you’re basically giving a machine money and it has to determine whether to pay you back more or nothing,think about that.In regards to pay out unibet is actually the best once you’re verified. Had a bet for 10 – cashout was 450 out of 1110.Pressed Cashout – than CONFIRM cashout , nothing happen , contacted support got suspsended … AVOID THIS SITE PLAEASEthey said it was a site error. will never spent a money there. Awful, bunch of crooks, avoid at all costs. Had a line up on 3 horses that paid over 500 pounds using free bet calculator with best odds (as advertised on their site covering every UK race) . Received 311 pounds. Excuses used by their chat agent were “your first horse was in an extra place race so didn’t qualify for best odds” – I wasn’t betting it each way so this should be irrelevant. Other races had non runners – I backed the favourite and the non runners were irrelevant to that. Worst bookie I’ve encountered and they won’t get another penny from me. AVOID. Ripped me off to the tune of 200 quid. Crooks.

I don’t understand why you do betting on sports such as volley-ball, table tennis, badminton…you can never place a bet anyway. So backed a horse at 10’s won at 12’s expecting to be settled at 12’s but no because it was an ahem “enhanced” ew race (wasn’t an ew bet) BOG no longer applicable. Except it wasn’t really enhanced ew terms as they negated the additional place by going 1/5 the odds instead of 1/4. Avoid!They make you spend time on the phone with them setting an affordable limit, then the moment you deposit (well within that limit) they block your account and constantly repeat ‘We’re committed to safer gambling and use publicly available information including TransUnion to assess affordability. Wish I had read these reviews before being tempted in with there £50 casino offers +100 spins on starburst with £10 deposit. I agree with the bad reviews about the slots being rigged because I used all the £60 on one of the Irish slots and didn’t get a single bonus or free spin in £60 worth of 20p spins. I then received my spins on starburst a day later and only won a couple pound. Got rid of my account but I would advise against using this site as there are much better companies out there with slots that actually seem legit and not rigged.

Criminals – do not go near this company. They accused me of fraud/cheating as the bets i placed won! They asked for all of my documents to verify my ID including driving license, bank statement, selfie holding ID and copies of the front + back of my bank card. When i provided these they then closed my account and kept my money!!!!! Absolute thieves. Customer service is nonexistent – i asked them what additional information they needed so i could prove i am not a cheat or fraudster and their response was nothing, your account is closed end of matter. I feel this is slanderous and a disgusting way to treat genuine customers just because I actually won the bets i placed. Please avoid unibet at all costs.

Avoid at all cost.Have put my withdrwal on hold for over 3 weeks now, pending verification eventhough all the requested documents were uploaded but not returning my money. they have no real reward system , their bonus system locks you in at the boosted price 6/4 to 13/8 for example while stopping you getting best odds , they give fourth place bonus when the market is mainly short odds which also stops best odds guaranteed . their customer service is a joke . the only thing guaranteed is they go off and make tea , change the babies nappy while you wait .not sure of the date

People, don’t play a game called “mega ball” absolute ripoff. Went to play, spent 100£ on over 1000 cards( not in one game). And not a single time I have hit a mega ball, not a single time hit more then 2 lines. In over a 1000 cards I have hit 2 lines in 5 cards, no more. The odds are an absolute joke. These jokers sent me an email saying they’d closed my account down permanently due to cheating and fraudulent use. Well, firstly I have never deposited with them nor played any of their games so in the eyes of the law that is called slander, Calling someone a cheat and fraudulent without evidence is slander. When I signed up they asked for documents which I sent, they then verified my account but refused to let me deposit, they said a department will get back to me this was 6 weeks ago “they must be very busy drinking tea” and decided to close my account like I give two s**ts. This company is just making money on the hope of winning thousands. You can get your deposit back as a win, or get a few pounds more but that’s it, if you keep playing, you lose it all. Writing this on behalf of my wife. Logged into account and found that there were deposit bonus offers in her account. She completed them and lost on every one. Next day she tried to login and account was blocked. Contacted customer services who advised the account had been closed with no reason given other than it was a ‘management decision’ I have no doubt that this would have been because she completed the deposit bonus offers despite the fact she lost on all of them. Absolutely, without a doubt, the worst poker room and customer service I have EVER experienced in 20 years of online poker. They’re practices around blocking your account for no reason when you try to withdraw, other than to try and bump their profits, is straight up illegal and no one is doing anything about it. Stay away , i used to register for good deal they offered. I won and then they asked for verify , did all and bank statement declined 10 times already , support doesn’t know what IBAN means , doesn’t know what Bic or swift code means , so pretty much i can’t verify myself because of that.
