Terrible company. Sent all ID docs in wouldn’t accept my passport even though it was a clear photo and a valid passport. Then they sent me a questionaire to fill in about my income and al sorts of other unnecessary crap. Customer service is dreadful. Thank God I never deposited as reading other people’s reviews making a withdrawal is just as bad. If anyone is thinking of signing up don’t bother. Just use one of the other well known bookies.

To be honest, this gamble corporation is not that bad as everyone mentioned as I have used many of them in the past… and there were much worse bet companies without customer support at all. Yes, these enormous delays are terrible but at least I have received my winnings… happy end I guess. I Would like to thank Patricks and Sven for being helpful and efficient at support!

I started using Marathonbet at the beginning of 2021 and had no problems as long as I was losing. I once won a relatively big amount playing roulette, and when I decided to withdraw part of my winnings, the nightmare began. They asked me to send a copy of my ID again, despite the fact that my account had been verified and I had already made two withdrawals (bank transfers). They then sent me an email saying my account had been verified. One day later, they asked me for a selfie with my ID, saying that my account had been chosen for a random verification process. It took a couple of complaints and around two weeks for them to verify my account. They then sent me an email saying the withdrawal request had been processed, but it’s been two weeks and the money hasn’t appeared in my bank account yet. I’ve sent them several emails and contacted them via the live chat, and they said the payments team will conduct an investigation and contact me whenever they reach a conclusion. I think they’re trying to come up with excuses to keep my money, and I really don’t know what else I can do. It’s been a really annoying experience. Stay away from Marathonbet.

The only reason I am giving smarkets 1 stare is because I can’t go below that, please avoid using smarkets at any cost as they have closed my account and have not refund my funds and it’s been over 4 weeks and they are holding my 7k. And the reason for that is I could not provide source of funds according to them , where they have been asking me to provide bank statement of third person who has got nothing to do with smarkets . Basically smarkets blatantly asking me to breach GDPR where they have been asking me to provide bank statements of my friends whom I have transactions with. Neither I have any rights to ask for third persons bank statement nor it states any where in smakets terms and condition. Anyone else have same experience please let me know as I have been going thru some stressful time ? And if I now need to get some legal help ? Do not use Betsafe, they do not pay out your full winnings and it will take you months to withdraw your money. (I still can’t withdraw my money) for support you can’t talk to them and they have a chat sytem where they respond to you query “we will send you an email”.

It is about a month now since my first win with Royal Panda. Since that win, I had a few more. After many, many excuses and lies from the casino (and I contacted the licencing authorities as well), I have still not received a single cent of any of my winnings. I completed all the verification and all was approved. I have the emails about this. I also have the emails which say that my winnings were approved. Shocking!!!! They are supposed to be licenced etc – the licencing authorities also don’t seem to care. So everyone, please do not even trust the licenced casinos – you have no protection really. Be very cautious about ever putting in too much, or ever think you will receive any large winnings. Royal Panda does not even pay out small winnings!!! They deserve to be blacklisted and removed for cheating, lying and stealing (if they still don’t pay me out) player’s winnings.

As with others had my account flagged after my use of the site flagged my account for affordablity assessment, twice. I didn’t see the first email so did not contact them with the requested information. The email said my account would be blocked from depositing until information was provided.Given that i hadnt used the site for a long time and it was on my first deposit in a long time i cant see how it could be flagged under affordability.A couple months later i deposited again, still unaware of the previous email. No issue depositing thought! Next day im flagged again, which i did see. Long story short i am locked out of my account with active bets open that are eligible for cashout. They get 2 stars for letting me back in to monitor my bet but really the whole thing stinks. I would advise anyone not to send the documents they ask for and just close the account, they want everything up to your inside leg measurment to prove you can afford it. But if you dont provide it apparently “a relivant department” will deicde they no longer need the documents and allow another deposit, then begin the cycle again.

Update update update, found my passport still waiting on my account to be unlocked!!!!!! Opened my account verified using a. On the surface this appeared to be a decent sports betting platform with a reasonable selection of markets. Fast forward a few weeks however and i’ve discovered that this is an incompetent company piggy backing on the success of mainstream gambling operators and marketing themselves as one. It is more the case that marathon bet are a pound shop version of the more reputable firms. If you want up front honesty and reliable customer service then avoid this company. They will gladly lock your account without any prior warning and ask you to supply documents that they should have requested (as per their licence conditions) when you open your account with them. Customer service staff are scripted and robotic and have no ability to conversate appropriately.

Please avoid to open account or deposit in fun88 at any cost. They claim that they are leaders in betting industry but they will not give a single penny.I have opened account 6 days back and deposited 25k. My user id is piyush2038. On 30th may i have submitted a request for 50k withdrawl. Till 2nd june morning, customer chat giving assurance that it will process soon ( means i have not received funds till 3rd day of withdrawl).
