worst service ever ... 18 dec. I tried to deposit 500 one did not get money in the account but deducted from the bank. talked to their customer service who said i got the money back after a short time as this was a bug in their system therefore tried again and problem came again. I am now missing 1000. and mobilebet says they are on the case but after 4 months I still have not got my money. stay away from this company and their incompetent employee.

Deposited and tried to withdraw, they told me it was a requirement that I MUST wager it before withdrawing my funds (which isn't true, they have a legal obligation to give your money back from your account, as per the gambling commission website: "Players must not be made to meet wagering requirements before they can withdraw money from their deposit balance").Eventually they acknowledged this and let my withdrawal go through, but they then immediately closed my account. They're flat out liars, best to avoid.

Was happy at first with fast withdrawals and best odds. After a couple of weeks I wanted to withdraw £100 (not even in front with them). All of a sudden I was asked for a security check and was asked to provide two photo I'd and another proof of address. I sent my passport, birth certificate, a council tax bill and my photo Id of my support workers badge. I was told I needed another photo Id of either driving license, military id or national id card! As I am not a driver I don't have a driving license I've never been in the military and don't have a national Id card. I explained this when I phoned their head office but to no avail. I offered to take a selfie there and then or go on video chat to Proove it is Me, but to no avail! My only option now is I have applied for a provisional driving license at cost, and inconvenience to myself. My account has been limited to a maximum of 21p per bet on horse racing/football but im allowed to do up to £100 spins on slots and still deposit what I want?? I'm not even winning on this site? I am really upset and annoyed about this matter and will be taking this further to the relevant authorities. The slots on this site are terrible And if you are lucky enough to get free spins at 50p stake you average approx £4. My name is Maria Hannigan and this is my husbands account on trust pilot as I don't have one. Myself Maria Hannigan has wrote this review and my husband has posted it for me.

PLEASE AVOID !! PLEASE AVOID !! I gambled with Mr Green for a while nearly a year. The returns were never fantastic but I convinced myself ( as we all do ) that my luck would have to change. In 1 session I spent £1500 with absolutely no win bigger than £100.This return is appalling !! I understand completely that I’m the fool in this but I urge others to think twice before spending their hard earned cash with this site.To add insult to injury and after many months of only spending what I can afford; they, without notice place limits and restrictions on my account !! Whilst also asking me to provide proof of funds. I’m by no means rich but as a business man I’m more than able capable of budgeting my own money. After seeking advice and checking statistics i’m confident that after spending £1900 over just 2 periods of gambling I should of definitely seen a better return than £100 !! I will in due course be requesting my game play history to include in my complaint to the gambling commission. In the meantime I’ve shut my account down and I suggest you guys do the same.

I can no longer bet on a horse to place at tote odds. They have become increasingly ridiculous. A 4/1 winner pays £1-10p the place, that's the same odds for a 1/3 favourite placing. Hardly anything pays the equivalent to 1/4 or 1/5 the odds, something needs to be done about it.

No problems in that time until recently when they first froze account till i answered stupid questions on how we could solve problem gamblingthen i couldn't login at all. had to contact them. Got a weird, robotic note from them saying I was an unacceptable risk and that my account was being terminated. You would think they would email people at least without us having to contact themLost much more than i won there. Their loss not mine

As bad as Spreadex. Wish I'd never bothered with the fixed odds side. The odds are atrocious especially football and the limits derisory. And if you beat them they soon limit you Stick to spread betting and leave fixed odds to to the EXPERTS. Ps 2001 called and wants its website back. HTML isn't the go to thing anymore lol

Opened account 3 weeks ago and never had a problem albeit getting verified is a pain but most bookmakers now do proper checks . The site is basic but if you just want to bet on sports it’s fine ,Only problem I find is when placing lucky 15s or patents it only gives you a max exposure so then I have to reduce the stake on my bet not a big deal as I usually loose any way ????I have found no issues whatsoever with payouts ? the withdrawals are brilliant I have withdrawn sometimes and it’s back in my bank within few hours which I love .no problems using site for me ?

If you plan to make money with max bet limit amount of ~0.25$, then go ahead, waste your time. My experience was with their soccer offer, maybe not with most popular leagues, but still it is ridiculous. Joke of a sportsbook.

Terrible bookie. The cashout normally disappears when you have an accumulator on and all but one of the teams are winning. The site is very slow compared to the big bookies like bet365 and paddy Power. The people who work on the live chat are helpful though. I had asked how to open my account and the live chat assistant just said , that's your account closed. I am still waiting for my final withdrawal. With my bank , withdrawal are normally instant. For some reason this hasn't happened. They won't answer me on twitter, no one answers their supposedly 24hr customer service number. Stick to the main bookmakers and not these cowboys

Incompetent and rude staff. Match voided that was part of my accumulator bet. smarkets had returned my stake within 30mins of game not kicking off. i was told my the live chat agent she would message someone about it and email me when someone responded to her but it would take up to 48hrs. Save your time and avoid this website.

I'm reading lots of stuff about EnergyBet and whilst I wouldn't dispute anyone else's account or experience, I can only speak for myself.I decided to take advantage of a risky promotion involving a 100% bonus which had to be wagered on multiples with a 12x rollover. As fate would have it I was quite successful and my bank built up from £25 to in excess of £400 by the time I had fulfilled the wagering criteria.Having read some of the reviews on here I must admit I was quite nervous that I wouldn't see my money, however I requested a withdrawal and within about 24 hours it was in my account, no problems whatsoever.I would have no hesitation in using EnergyBet again. Like I say I can't speak for others, but from where I'm sitting I am satisfied and happy that this is a legit and professional operation.

had my account three years, no problems with deposits or withdrawals. customer service was good when neededLost a bit more than I won betting small stakesThen last week I couldn't log into my account. after couple of days I got this reply"I regret to inform you that we have decided to close your account. As part of our sign-up and log in process Risk Management checks are carried out against our customers device numbers. The device you used to interact with our website triggered an alert, and upon review it has been deemed the nature of that alert exceeds what is deemed to be an acceptable risk. As such, the management team have decided not to continue the business relationship. Any funds held on deposit will be remitted to your account. Please note, any future accounts registered within TGP Europe will be subject to the voiding of all winnings."Ive got account with another sportsbook under TGP like but there was no rules against it. This account ive hadlong before my pesawould give pesa a higher rating if not for this crap. these jokers should not have a license. can understand restrictions on players who win big frequently but no execuse for banning people who only make small stakes and lose less than they win

Tote is doing what Tote has always done so you can't grumble about 'best odds guaranteed' or taking an early price. Tote will never be beaten on SP which is fair enough. What gripes me a bit is the place returns - you could have a winner at 10/1 which would pay minimum £11 to the £1 stake but the place part might only pay £1.30 to a £1 stake. Tends to be always a lot less than SP place odds.

I'm not sure, why there are so many bashers of Sportingbet. How many sportbooks has that cash out feature, if you do change your mind, cancel, won't lose any money. The odds, prices are super fair, buying points, if your a serious player, Sportingbet has to be one of your outs. It seems all these bashers are the bonus whores, people that don't fulfill their rollovers. I would recommend to not have these issues, ask questions, online chat, always accessible during day, and make sure before you send money verify your account.

Don't deposit any money you will not get it back! I signed up and received an email saying 'Congratulations you're fully verified. You can now deposit and withdraw funds as well as play and bet across all our exciting games and sports'. So I placed a bet with the welcome offer and won £20.50. I had an email the day after saying I wasn't fully verified and they needed to be sent personal documents. I then tried to withdraw the money and they will not let me or even give my deposit back until I send these 'personal documents'. Customer Service fobbed me off and so I closed my account and accepted the loss. DO NOT USE!

This is an awful company it shouldn't allowed to operate. They are racists and discriminate customers. I created an account, deposit funds, send my documents, verified my account and placed a bet. After 2 or 3 months that I wasn't betting at all I logged in my account and I received an email from them that they wanted to know how much money I could afford to spend, time I spend on gambling, where I find the money to gamble. I answered. They demanded my bank statements and restricted my access to my account. I send everything to them and they came back to me:Dear Dimitrios, I regret to inform you that Fun88 have decided to close your account. As part of our sign-up and log in process Risk Management checks are carried out against our customers device numbers. The device you used to interact with our website triggered an alert, and upon review it has been deemed the nature of that alert exceeds what is deemed to be an acceptable risk.As such, the management team have decided not to continue the business relationship. I demanded to learn more. What was the problem, what I did wrong and they kept telling me their decision is final and they couldn't give me more information. I kept asking until they told me:Our systems have flagged your withdrawal due to lack of turnover, £600 was deposited and only £8 of this has been staked, can you please provide an explanation for this?Avoid them. You will loose your time and if you win I doubt they will pay you and will find a reason to void your winnings. They blocked my account without even betting. Do you imagine what they would do if I had win?

A few years ago I won quite a large bet with this company around £7/8k. They accepted the bet before the event the event ran and afterwards they told me due to a pricing error they won't be paying me, i asked at the time have all bets been void from the event then for other people who would have lost there money will they be told about the pricing error and be given a full refund and they wouldn't tell me so they could have just voided the winning side. This had also happened to a friend of mine using Sporting Index. I spoke to a manger at the company after and he offered me a few hundred pound to not follow up on this i declined and never saw a penny, If you want to bet money and then know afterwards if you do well there's a chance you're not going to get paid i would highly recommend Sporting Index as they offer that.

OK, I give honest reviews.I gave myself a short holiday from the platform through frustration of the software. Then they send me an email to say are you happy gambling. So the real truth is I'm happy, however not with your Odds software which is beta, circa 1990.1. You will never be able to place a bet on a horse race if the advertised off price has gone. The market just disappears, let's say the Grand National is two minutes late off, you have no chance of getting a bet on. 2. The cash out on odds is a laugh. Example. £25 win on a even money pre race. 2 minutes before the off, 4/6, offer... £17. That's a joke right?3. Sometimes your never ever sure your bet is taken, it gives no indication a trader maybe checking it... So you may inadvertently hit enter twice.. DON'T!You will find you have 2 or 3 bets stacked for the same bet. See 2 to try and get out. 4. The update on "in play scores and cash out" is very very slow, you try n cash out when the scores are in your favor? Not a chance. So SI don't assume people who may leave or holiday from your platform have issues, look closer to home at the service you offer. I gave two stars for the indices part of the platform, They are just about OK but nothing to right home about. User SKU61

Their customer service is non existent. You send an email and are lucky to get a response at all, certainly not on a time frame to resolve any issues. They have no Ap and their golf markets are very misleading, always defaulting to “outright” markets that are the most lucrative for them (e.g. you think you are betting on the outright of a golf market but it defaults to a “six shooter”. I would strongly advise anyone not to open an account with them as there are far better alternatives which thrive on customer service and experience

Crap customer service. Placed a couple of bets with them. Won some money and went to bet on my team for this weekend. I was told I could only bet 87p. Went on live chat they said it was a tech error and they would get it fixed. I then received an email saying I was banned under their sites terms and conditions. Megan then sent me a link to their entire terms and conditions (there’s a lot). Without actually pointing me to what I’ve done wrong. Might as well not bothered to respond to me. Oh well. I’ll take my custom back to proper bookies. Since they can’t be asked to explain stuff properly. Not the end of the world cause I’m not much of a gambler but don’t appreciate rubbish customer service. i enjoy the occasional bet especially during lock down. Probably because I won £50 on a free bet when my bet lost. If you don’t want me to use it don’t send it.

I opened a game account for Betclic earlier this week. I did everything as requested i.e. I registered, I verified my account via email, I sent my document successfully. I won and tried to cash out 580 euros. The repatriation should have been completed by Betclic within 48 hours. However, this did not happen and at 60 hours I asked for the last time why my repatriation is still waiting in the state. An hour from now on I received an Betclic email that read like this and after that nothing else came from there. There was therefore an e-mail in breach of section 6.1"Dear Toni,We are contacting you to advise of the definitive closure of your Betclic account. After review, it was determined that the information you provided upon was registration was false or contained errors.Indeed, according to our Terms & Conditions, to which you agreed:6.1. If I had read these reviews first I wouldn’t have attempted to join.Edited to add: despite the comments below, I DID provide the information requested by Trustpilot to verify my account. Mr Green is a flashy and attractive casino site that draws you in. I won significantly less than I would expect off the slots and realised this was a bottomless pit I wouldn't waste any more money on.I was disgusted that Mr Green charges you just to withdraw your OWN money. No other site I use does such a thing. I would recommend sticking to PokerStars at least they don't try this underhand tactic.

Also i have it connected to my 12 years old pokerstars account with free transfers between them. Just think about it, does Pokerstars with millions of rake collected daily need to scam customers ? Do You know how You recognize real broker ? They don´t offer free bonuses.

By some margin the worst bookkeeper I have dealt with. I registered, placed a bet and lost. Then didn't access my account for a week. After a week I placed some bets and won. That appears to have been where I went wrong. One is allowed to bet but not to win. The same day that I had my wins I had an email asking for proofs such as bank statements. Within a few hours of this my account was blocked and I could no longer access it in any way. When I asked why, I was told it was because I failed to answer within 24 hours. In fact I had answered after about 22 hours but whether it was 5 minutes or 5 days, there was no need to block my access to the account. I have been restricted in stakes before with other bookies. Had to jump through hoops to make a withdrawal with some. But never blocked like this. I have spent 2 weeks trying to resolve the situation. Sent many emails, predominantly to their escalations team. Still no joy. I heartily advise you to avoid this company.
