First I have un fortunately given my xerox copy and they didn’t approve it and after I called customer care but they told me to sent an email an I have sent it after sending the email they are telling me that the pan card that I sent was no clear an I sent it again for 100times but they are rejecting it and I asked them to provide a link to upload my pancard but they are not sending any link or they are not giving browse option to upload the pan card again this is the worst betting app never seen before guys don’t trust this app I can say betway is more better than this app

Not great so far gotta say, their overall system RTP for casino games is so heavily weighted in their favour. Even games which typically have good returns, such as Age of the Gods, are sub-standard industry-wise on this site. I came purely for the variety of games and it’s all I’m staying for as their bonus schemes are not worth the time or money. Recently joined this casino , because I was tired of all the other casinos letting me down to often. Avoid at all costs.If you win a few bets, your no value to them and will stake restricted you, remove the offers for you & at that point it’s not worth having. Lose some bets & they’ll throw offers at you. Just glad I won a few bets and managed to withdraw my money. Oh & be careful with their new customer sign up offer as it’s not worth the paper it’s written on. I placed the qualifying bet, waited 2 days for my free bet, contacted them by email to be told that offer had expired even though they were still advertising it online. Don’t use Smarkets…if you start winning they will close your account…it is only my suspicion but i think the marginal exchanges are now starting to bet on their own exchanges to get more profit..and if they have shrewd punters who out bet them…they close those accounts. I suggest you close your account with Smarkets and finish these marginal exchanges..best thing i ever did.
