This review is for the casino absolutely useless full of bugs and when you contact support same old try troubleshooting clear cache ect or login via web then they tell you there to many pages open yet within the website the reason for this is because the exit button on the game does not work hence the reason you end up with endless pages open and it also takes the money for your spins even though the error code comes up. The payout rates are the worse on the gaming I have experienced and this is exactly why the exit button doesn’t work so when the game does pay you get the error then have to reload waste of time spend your money on a casino that works

I just picked 25 gold eggs to reveal free spins or prizes I’d collected for a whole month, to reveal 0 spins and 0 prizes. I don’t think I could pick wrong over 20x but apparent I can beat all odd of losing. I’ve changed my photo to the actual egg pick thing. I lost on. I was recently checking my credit report and found that this company had performed an anti-money laundering search on me. I don’t gamble and have never opened an account with them.This is obviously very concerning, and I’ve raised a dispute with the credit reference agency. Shocking.

This site used to be my favourite. And to be fair , has been for the last 4/5 years. In the last week they’ve stopped my monthly bonus , my fives goals have gone from£20-50 to £2. My daily prizes have coincidentally gone to the bare minimum. And support don’t respond anymore like they used to. Their sport section has been down all afternoon with NO PRIOR warning and no notice of work being done on their site. Meaning I was unable to amend my sports bet. If they don’t compensate me for this , it’s the icing on the cake and I’ll be leaving . Such a shame , they used to be the best , and now they’ve become shockingly terrible overnight ! Constantly having issues with the app and when I speak to customer service they just blame me and suggest the most obvious things so then I’m playing roulette and instead of watching the spin it freezes and I don’t even get to see my spin I just have to go back and see my balance go down. Constantly down around midnight I’m guessing because they can’t handle the traffic of people getting daily free spins and they will set limits on your account and not even tell you what they are so you’re playing and then out of nowhere you’re told you’ve reached your wagering limit and miss out on big spins. It’s a mess. I’ve had multiple free bets because void because a player hasn’t played and then I don’t get any compensation. FIVES is highly dependent on how much money you lose with them so unless you’re regularly losing loads you won’t get good players or a large amount. I’m gonna ease up on virgin bet now, definitely better sites out there.

I’ve been a customer for several years, light gambler, mostly for fun (£1.21 profit over the last 3 months). Out of the blue received an email restricting my account, promotions, BOG, free games etc. I know it’s their prerogative but at least give a reason as to why this ‘carefully considered decision’ was made.

Received a completely random email advising that “After reviewing your account, you’ll no longer be able to take part in any more promotions, including our free to play games.”I was unsure at first whether I’d been hacked and Virgin Bet had done this as a precautionary measure but after querying with the company, any promotions or free games had been fully revoked from my account. I queried with customer services the rationale behind this but they were unable to provide me with an answer and informed that even if I was to take it up with a manager/supervisor, the decision would not change the outcome. They feed you some rubbish that the ‘decision was carefully considered’ and that it’s included in their T&C’s but unable to elaborate on why the decision was made. I don’t have money spare that I can afford to put towards gambling on a regular basis and enjoyed partaking in the free games/promotions but obviously Virgin Bed don’t care about their customers in that aspect.

Not impressed with their service, they remove promotions if you don’t lose enough real money or play the free games too regularly and will not give you a reason why. (Although we can guess its their accounting systems deciding they are not making enough money from you) Its not as if you can win much from the free games anyway, so their loss as there are plenty of other providers out there to enjoy.

Opened an account recently and had a few bets (mainly football) with a modicom of success, also played quite a bit on slots again with some success. Two days into my account I find I am restricted to £5 bets on football and on some games zero. Tried to place a £5 on a Premier League game yesterday and was refused. Been told its a traders decision and their decision is final. If you cant accept bets on PL games then you should have your licence revoked imo. Have ended up closing my account as they are a total waste of time and expect the usual response, traders decision etc etc.Update after Virgin bet responseI closed my account after talking to your customer service team as they were of no use and basically said ‘tough’.

Documentation can be requested at any point from when the account is opened especially if you are winning some money as we are sore losers and moneygrabers. If you win money on our website, even deservedly so, we will make your life miserable, such as asking for the same documents over and over again in the hope that you will lose patience and give up on your money. We’ll invoke fake technical issues and pretend that we didnt receive your documents or they’re the wrong format. We will also reduce your stakes if you win or just freeze your account and we are so sneaky we’ll tell you that’s for your own benefit. Absolutely disgusting how they treated me today.Decided they were no longer offering me promotions etc That is fine but the attitude when I emailed them from a Carl was disgusting and now won’t respond or give me a final response letter and there owner LiveScore based in Gibraltar are uncontactable so taking the matter to Resolver would take the full 8 weeks.I just want to access my account to delete my bank account because I just don’t trust them anymore.I am glad this happened though as through investigation because no way would I bet with a company that wasn’t anything to do with Richard Branson and from a company based in Gibraltar Response 17/1/2025I have emailed about 5 times and got absolutely got nowhere ,you can stuff your account I wouldn’t use your site again for all the tea in China!

This has got to be the shortest length of time i have opened and closed an account with a casino ever less than 2 weeks and about 10 hours actual game play and 600 pound down.I play for fun and understand the Casino always wins but it would have been nice to have a few wins so that my deposits might have lasted longer. Poor selection of promotions.Worse still, I changed my deposit method a couple of days ago (same bank account, but new card number), accepted my deposit no problem but when trying to withdraw money I get a message about net deposit amounts blah, blah…. Tried withdrawing to both card accounts, but won’t let me withdraw the full amount to either or even if I try splitting the amount between the two. Bullsh*t. Recently left a review regarding Virgin bet, quite a a sad one been customer for over two years and decided to give them another chance if I ignored the rude behavior of there employees! Play blackjack and have for a long time the past 2 months have been unplayable losing hand after hand and if I am delt something half decent low and behold site crashes then comes back with a banker blackjack was advised by them to email them or reach out on live chat, no surprise no replies and repeatedly cut off mid sentence from live chat ? Worst company for sports betting especially a bet builder. Now when on any other site you do a bet builder if a player isn’t on the starting lineup there could still be a good chance that he might come on. So generally with any other site they will just let the bet play out and if the player doesn’t come on then the odds computer does it’s job settles the bet minus the void player and pays out. Virgin clearly don’t have that technology and void the complete bet . Pointless and worst site for sports bets

Win on first joining and payed out very quickly but had to report constant glitching on all the games and it kept cutting me off the games . I have been playing Virgin Bet for a few years now, and quite enjoy it. As an older man, it one of the few pleasure, I have going for me. But recently Virgin Bet has stopped my free games. (I am not a wealthy man either). So these were a bit of free fun for me. Apparently I did receive an email informing me of this action, but who reads all their emails.So if you are currently playing the free games, just watch out they may end at anytime.

All good until you hit a couple of big wins and then it’s a nightmare trying to withdraw. I don’t understand why you can only withdraw so much back into the account it came from and after that you have to withdraw to a different account you’ve used to make a deposit. Luckily for me I had used 2 different accounts and so I was eventually able to withdraw. Please explain why you do this

Slots are a complete rip off , there is no way it is random number generated , you never ever get a decent win or even a bonus on any of the slots , won more with less on over seas unregulated casinos . Spent hundreds on loads of their games and inevitably ends the same with no wins and no bonus’s . I don’t normally give good reviews but I’ve seen a few reviews here that say they constantly get 10p per goal on the Fives feature. This is my experience, first few times (2 or 3) I tried it i got 10p or 20p per goal, stopped using the site for a while. Came back recently and have played it like 5 times. Once I got £50 per goal (got £50 that week) once I got £20 per goal (got £20 that week) once I got 10p per goal (didn’t win anything lol) and this week I have £2 per goal, haven’t won anything so far but there’s a couple games left. The Fives feature prompted me to make this review, virginbet is the best gambling experience I’ve had it’s the best site I’ve used and I’ve used loads. I was probably lucky to get the £50 and £20 but I know for sure it’s not a scam. The reason my review is 4 star and not 5 is because of the immoral nature of these companies.

Well we’ll well it’s so nice to find a good honest site easy to maneuver around the site and a very fast payout great graphics so I hope now I’ve found a decent site that doesn’t rip of customers but this is only my second day with this company but so far so good so compliments to virgin keep up the good work and guys I would highly recommend on what I’ve experienced so far.
