When the app works it’s seamless…when it works. It’s glitchy asf and occasionally won’t let you log in. Also don’t expect fast payouts like other sites. It takes at least 24 hours even though every other site will pay out within the hour. Also be advised that they will cap your bets when they see you winning. Can’t beat the house. #honestreviewAs you can see by the bot reply below the customer service is pretty sloppy. My review is nowhere near account specific but, roll the dice at your own risk

If I could give zero stars I would. Noticed that not getting. Much gameplay not even about the winning when I spoke to customer support they closed account with out any warning after I'd deposited over 500 quid. Claiming payments back under visa disputes.. I have had an account with Virgin Bet for some time. I noticed a withdrawal from my bank account from Virgin I did not recognise. At the same time I received an email from Virgin that a withdrawal I had made several days before had "failed",even though the small sum (£20) had been in my bank account for several days.There was no explanation as to why this transaction had "failed" as the sum was legitimately mine from funds I had deposited into my account.Virgin had made the unethical, illegal decision to steal £20 from my bank account without my permission. Make no mistake, this was a theft.I have contacted my bank and told them this sum was debited from my account without my permission. They have stopped my debit card to prevent any further thefts, and will try to recover the money. They say that the debit was indeed an "unauthorised transaction".When I informed Virgin, they said they will not offer a refund and said my account (open for 2 years) was closed!!!!Absolutely ridiculous. To sum up: VirginBet feel they have the right to dip into their customers Bank accounts when they feel like, and offer no explanation as to why!!! Something similar happened 30 years ago with another company in the infancy days of debit card betting. That bookmaker lost their betting licence and have long since gone. I hope the same happens to VirginBet.

Beware if you bet on sports, if your account is in profit they will very quickly restrict your account stopping you participating in promotions and only able to bet pennies. I had only been with Virginbet 3 weeks and was only £180 in profit and got the email that my account had been reviewed and no longer able to bet with them. They only want losing customers. So immoral, they are fine for people to lose money to then but absolutely will not allow to lose money to customers.

The worst betting app I have ever used. They had no issue with me depositing £100's in the account, yet the second I won and tried to withdraw the money, they stopped the withdrawal and literally locked me out of the acount, pending me sending them a plethora of ID. The ID was sent to them within minutes and 5 times they have come back saying the photos were blurred etc, but they are not blurred at all, so they still they have not released the funds. Its daylight robbery and as a fomrer Finance Systems Manager for a competitor business, they are totally abusing gamblng commission rules and guidelines to suit themselves.

Big amount they let you deposit it all back no questions asked I won nearly 20k and I have a max of £1,000 a month deposit soon as I had the winnings I deposited again and again and again I got to 8k not a word from them dispute a limmit they never said a word I know it’s up to me to be in control! I received an email today saying my account had been reviewed and would no longer be allowed to take part in any promotions and my stakes would be restricted (to pennies). I had been with Virgin Bet for 3 months and was around £350 in profit. I went on to the livechat and the advisor told me it was restricted due to it being a profitable account. I told the advisor that my other betting accounts I am way down, I just had a lucky run. The advisor said the decision was final by the review team and they only want losing accounts.

They will quickly restrict your account if you are in profit. They only want your business if you lose money with them. When I asked the customer service team why they were so rude and ended chat. I’ll be closing my Virgin TV account and boycotting all Virgin products. And Virginbet do not reply get in touch with your customer services team, they were not interested in discussing it.

Really easy to use menus, free bonuses every day. I just won £100 free bet last week on the FIVES football promo, completely free chance to win money every week. Odds are always there or thereabouts same or better than other bookies. Loadsa roulette options and a good spread of sports betting easy to access and use. Only slight downfall, usually takes 24hours for withdrawal to hit your bank, not bad but others do it in a few hours.

Closed my account after 5yrs of loyal service.just said go to section 7 of the terms and you will find out the reason??? Well there is not any reason just wish some of these so called casinos would show a pair of balls and stick up for there customers to the government and there so petty but caring rules they apply...The government don't care about any human spending to much money gambling ,drinking ,shopping so just let us spend our so called hard earned on what we kin like and leave us alone you controlling wkers

Terrible customer service and you can never speak to an agent instantly it’s all computer generated. Still waiting for my withdrawal 24 hours later whilst friends of mine that use the site also get sporadic times… some instant some days. Stick the protocol and keep it fair with withdrawals in orderly fashion. Casinos that hold onto money obviously want to profit in someway as in this day and age banking can be instant. Will not be returning.

Had a bet on Gravenberch to score anytime at 4/1, came in 1st first. My brother a villa fan was saying villa battering Zrinjski in the conference cup, so I thought worth a bet in the last 2 mins, only to find virginbet haven’t paid out on Gravenberch, (it can take up to an hour) but he scored on 44 min. What betting company takes so long ???? So I couldn’t put my bets on with my winnings. And I don’t the maths Gravenberch scored 44th mins so plus injury time and then 15 half time and then 45 mins, the villa bet was in the 4 min of injury time so it was probably 69/70 mins and then settled 3/4 mins after final whistle, I reach out 3 times all saying the same thing, take up to an hour…….what a load of rubbish

I’m not just restricted to no betting/withdrawals - I can’t even log in to my account.Perhaps it would be better to verify your customers before they place bets?The web site is also frequently down during main sporting days (Saturday for football)

App is a joke the amount of money I’ve put in the app on fives I got £1 a goal and hardly anything on the free game now,I just don’t get it you just take and don’t give how much money you expect me too put in I’m not loaded just annoying

The site is terrible constant lag and kicks you out of games. Features are non existent not long signed up ill go else where.

It's OK, not my main site odds are not bad but other bet sites,(bet 365, sky bet, WH, paddy power) better, get free bets without having to always place bets to get them, 2 up bet wins is very good which virgin bet don't do. Its like Fives free to play game, good idea then you get 10p yes 10p(can be more depending on spin,but 10p is embarrassing being there)if you get a goal its awful. So I wouldn't put people off but better out there.
