Funnily enough and despite being blocked from playing due to me leaving a disapointed review on here I played the free game and won £10..Woohoo!! Or so I thought..I played £5 in one game which after putting over £3 in on smallest bets my game abruptly stopped as I was given yet another error code?!?!?! I chose another game and it’s a game that I play regularly but this game had no scatters at all, the reels were spinning and the scatters were showing up in the background but not when the reels landed???? A whole £5 and no scatters at all..just screams wrong..also just before the money ran out I had yet another error code..and you tell me I should try some troubleshooting tips? I never have this problem on any other site I play on so please don’t insult me any further and just shut my account indefinitely.

Got offer for fee bet on man utd game. Said place bet before match and get £5 in play. They didn’t honour it and weaseled out of crediting me the £5 as it apparently excluded certain pre bets. Checked the offer and it’s in tiny text in a long list of terms and conditions. Lost a long standing customer who has betted a lot with them over their sharp practice and lack of good faith. Be careful,their marketing of offers is deceptive, deceitful and their customer service unhelpful. Avoid a bitter experience, there’s much better sports betting companies instead with much better odds and better service.

I have to say I’m very impressed with Virgin Bet. The interface is extremely user friendly and simplified. Ive put a good amount of bets on and only 1 out of 15 roughly don’t get placed within a couple of seconds due to odds change but compared to other bookies this is much better for a bet actually being placed. I think the mantra of dishing out free bets to loyal customers when asking on chat for the amount of play or money deposited is being phased out across all bookmakers as it may encourage more betting and with safer gambling a big thing now I reckon is the reason why. However, in a month of being with Virgin Bet I’ve had an unexpected email to say I’ve got a free £10 bet that requires no turnover by X amount of times. Little things like that do make a difference as you do feel rewarded for loyalty but not having free bets thrown at you all the time as a way to deposit more is a good thing. They definitely have the balance right in my opinion. Overall more satisfied than expected playing with Virgin Bet and I don’t feel the need to play with anyone else.

Taken hundreds in a couple of days, wins have been a real disappointment to say the least, started off not too bad then slowly stopped altogether, the wins you might say are random but the way its played over these past few days have been questionable!As for gameplay being constantly interrupted by error messages and then reloading is also more frustrating, funny how it’s always after you put a lot of money in??

Sports betting is terrible offering lower odds than nearly every bookies out there. Has anyone ever actually won anything decent on their casino too? Barely any wins and when they do land it’s usually lower than your stake. Every sitting I’ve had on their games has lasted less than 4 minutes. Scatter/bonus symbols so hard to come by. When you get two on the board and need one more it always lands below or just above the pay lines and that’s a constant thing that happens. Can’t say much about their promotions either, I do like to play their fives game however it seems a bit pointless racking up all those substitutes and defenders to win 10p or 50p a goal. In my opinion the full site needs a shake up and has done for a long time which is why they can’t compete with the big boys in the trade. The only thing they compete with is taking your money quicker. Sort it out vbet.

It’s a good app but I feel it could do more for the players who actually spend money on the app . Yes ubget a free daily game but tye odds of actually winning the top prize is not that good. Yes you get to play the free fives game but as like the daily free game u only ever get defenders and let’s be honest defenders do score many goals . . Usually fine BUT, Crazy Time Wheel should have landed on 10x 50p and 10x Crazy time 50p which is the bigger one…100% of Chat and the Current Host even agreed. Support didn’t help. Just passed onto sending emails etc. The Clip slipped on the Pin but by a silly margin, it was going so slow when it rolled back on both of them. Ended up on a 1x rather than 10x Crazy time. Everyone went mad and were still talking in the Game 1hour later. After that happened I would definitely not recommend Live shows, particularly Crazy Time to ANYBODY. I know sometimes they “slip” but this was forced, like the piece at the top was damaged. The Host called for Help. This happened at 23:08:20 On Thursday the 23/11/23 I have a video after it happened but not during. So mad.

Signed up and made a series of small bets, utilising the promotions advertised on the site. Received an email after just a month saying “After reviewing your account, you’ll no longer be able to take part in any more promotions.”. Feels really misleading to draw you in with lots of offers, and then say “no more” when there is no mention of the short term nature of this on sign-up – very much a case of being hooked and then dropped.

Tiered system in place for members which is denied when questioned directly. Ts&Cs also lie and claim that promotions such as 5s game are “random” which is untrue.Some members on 5s are only ever able to win 10p, 50p or £1 per goal while others get £20 £50 or even £100 per goal every week. Game rules state this is random. This is not true. For almost 2 years this has been repeated and denied when explanation sought on live chat.I have no problem with promotional games being different for different members based on level or spending or other variables but to deny it and actively lie about the fact this is the case is rubbish.

Awful service.£80 was taken from my bank a week ago.The £80 was not showing in account balance/gaming history/banking history, therefore this was not a deposit or a case of fraud as there is no trace of it in my Virgin account.I complained on live chat immediately and was given a stock answer and email address to send proof of this too.Which I did, I sent the ‘ARN number’ they requested, 4 days later I receive a reply saying there is no proof of deposits from the bank account in question (there has been multiple). So they request bank statements, to which I obliged straight away, 3 more days later I get a response that talks about a previous deposit 3 days before the disputed transaction for £50 (not £80) and told me how I spent said £50.No mention of the £80 I’m disputing, despite this being a very different amount and in the email trail it has all the dates/times etc. Tried live chat and again, stock answers and feel like I’m getting nowhere, very frustrating and no end in sight.

This site used to be really good but my experience over the past 24 hours changed my opinion about virgin bet..so much money in less than 2 days, a lot of money played on so many different games and nothing…NOTHING!!! how can you possibly think that this is OK?
