Terrible site. The sports lay out is horrendous looks like something from the 90s. Their casino side is on par with being one of the worst on the market. Low paying wins. No chance of hitting bonuses. Their daily free game I stopped playing a long time ago you could see how rigged it was. Definately not the same as it was when we all first joined and won loads of spins off it, funny that isn’t it. Their fives games is equally bad as many others have said its mainly defenders and midfielders that it gives you and you usually get 2 pound or below per goal. I did actually manage to get 50 pound per goal one time but that was when covid hit us all and the games were scheduled to be cancelled that week. Everything on this site is staged so you’re better off going else where apart from here and livescorebet.com (their other site) avoid.

Virgin bet have two free games to entice customers The Daily free game – where I have not won in 2 years!! And the have FIVES- totally novel, however the most you can win is 50p with 10p per goal the norm. Not being funny but what can you buy with 10p?? I’d need 9 goals just to win a mars bar!!!! Totally out of line with reality and stops me from wagering with them.

Use account for horse race betting a couple of times a month and restrict bets to £50.00 maximum a month. Usually ignore any free bets on casino etc., but last week thought I would take advantage of free spin offer and have a go. Played for about 5 mins won a few spins but then stopped when free spins no longer available. I’m back again as always i’ve been with VB since the beginning and Until a couple of months ago loved it. A lot of the tech issues seemed sorted I had previously complained about a change in style of the spins very juddery etc but this last week everything seems fine again, disappointed with the free phoenix game harvest resulted in zero its lost its excitement maybe add a different game, good that we have a recently played game now to enable us to carry on with a game we like, would be nice to have an add to favs section, some cool new games too I previously dropped this down to 2 stars and I review every few months just because people can be quite harsh with reviews, I think a regular review always helps to show that the site overall is good or bad and in all honestly whatever was wrong seems to be okay now, hoping to win a daily or a jackpot one day deposit and withdrawal is super fast no issues, I dont use the betting side. Not experienced a win on the live slots yet but may give them a go at some point to let you all know. I do review a lot of online casinos because I love to play, I always play with what I can afford and you can always set safety measures in place. Do not use their slots or online casino. Over a thousand pounds down and not one half decent return, I plucked up the courage to email them, and just got given the old responsible gambling advice and told that it’s all ‘random’ as if I’m some kind of idiot. S C A M ERS signed up for the offer of £10 for two free £10 bets then after auto verified, and placed a bet you find that you can not log in with the password you used even though i know it is correct.Try to reset this, and an error message comes up. Contact the scamers then they say they want all sorts of ID uploading. No thanks SCAMERS keep your free bets there is better out there you must need the coin after cosmic girl failed 😉

Took advantage of the welcome offer, after that I hardly used the account as the site was not user friendly at all so rarely used the account unless there was a good promotion. Received an email recently saying I was blocked from all promotions which was nice seeing as I hardly used the account, recently tried to use the account to place a bet and even tho they accept my deposits they have blocked me from placing any bets, it took the second live chat agent to tell me this as all the others just quoted terms and conditions to me. Avoid this betting provider at all costs, it’s a Micky Mouse show!!!

Used to be a great bookmakers a couple of years ago. Since then, bonuses have been absolutely crippled, the app has changed for the worse (can’t see prices of your selections anymore, what is that all about?) the Virgin bet chatbot is possibly the most annoying thing I’ve ever encountered, needs about 10 attempts to actually connect to a human and lastly the withdrawal times are absolutely scandalous. Ladbrokes, skybet and unibet are all instant withdrawals, I have the money in seconds. By the time that Virginbet has transferred YOUR money it’s worth about half it’s original value.Shoddy shoddy company and a shadow of what it was.

There are so many better sites offering a greater frequency of free spins on new slots that customers might otherwise bypass for they’re personal favourites. Nobody is going to get rich off 3 free spins but you might win a few quid which still isn’t enough to withdraw so customers can only bet they’re balance again. Invariably any money given out is returned promptly. Other sites also offer free bets on important football or horse racing days but Virgin bet always seems to give the impression of a smaller, less generous operator that fails on most levels to incentivise.

The Casino slots quite frequently crash and need to reload, generally a good platform though.I would prefer if the minimum bet was 1p rather than 5p. Also when I do an accumulator of more than 8 teams I can’t select all multiples. This is a downside.

I am a blind user, so website design is really important to me, especially functionality with ScreenReader software such as JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver on Apple devices. The site works fairly well in this respect, and the big plus is the excellent friendly customer support, which you can telephone if necessary! You can’t beat talking to a human being when you need help!!But the e-mails I receive are useless because they have lots of pictures/graphics in them, instead of regular text, and so screenreaders cannot read text within pictures as they think it is simply part of an untagged image. So 99% of what I get sent cannot be read and therefoire goes to the trash folder!

I love my virgin bet app but, unfortunately I’ve had quite a few issues with error codes on games and when I did everything the support team advised me they told me there wasn’t anything else they could say. These games played through different apps so I know it wasn’t my device. When bringing this to their attention again, they simply stopped answering me. I was getting kicked from games, having games reload from the beginning alot and error codes.It appears to have corrected itself at the moment but for how long I don’t know. I do hope it’s a permanent fix because I do really like the app and games it offers.
