I think virgin bet is by far the best betting company out there. It’s so easy. Streams are great and also the games u have such as fives and the ladder are amazing. Odd times there are technical faults which are annoying of course but that’s life. Overall great website

Easy to navigate through the bets you want (and there are plenty to choose from).The offers are currently, in my opinion, some of the best out there, bet 10 to get 5 free bet (has gone up from 5 to 10 this year though, sadly).Good free log in offers too, free spins on Casino. Site repeatedly crashing, not what you want when you have bets inplay, happens often, big company like this and have rubbish software. Avoid. Bet elsewhere and whatever you do don’t play on the casino you will just lose.

I play many slot sites, this is without doubt the worse one. It literally takes 100’s of spins before hitting a bonus. Then the bonus payout is very poor average is 20x stake. I have had free spins awarded that I can not find to use. The site layout is not user friendly at all.

Was awarded 5 free spins but didnt catch the name of the game it was on. Other betting apps have a profile section for free bets/games available to find the bonus awarded easy. Tried Live Chat and the bot asked me really irrelevant questions then the agent did the same and told me they couldn’t help. The monthly game is bad enough but this is poor for any betting app.

I like the site very much,the free games are and the best odds guarantee is the best I have come across.the one thing I don’t like is bet amount being set at £10 and going straight to an accumulator I have accidentally done a £10 accumulator when I wanted to go do a Yankee I only bet in small amounts and this took a lot of my budget and it wouldn’t let me cash out

Casino (slots) constantly crashes mid game. Too long to update results on horse bets. Balance doesn’t change after placing bets immediately. On 2 occasions bet placement has failed, then re-done and it’s processed twice. Just a shoddy website (and app)

Recently you changed the rules on best odds guaranteed from 9am to 10am. I would like to receive a email of any major rule changes. Its all very well changing these things on your promotional adverts but what regular punter checks this before placing a daily bet? So if there are going to be any changes to promotions or offers in the future could i be notified of it in advance please? Other than this the site is fairly good.

Offers not really typical of any of my usual bets.Best Offers seem to be aimed at inviting new customers rather than pleasing your current audience!When I am tempted by a promotion, it always needs scrutineering to the point I lose interest in the bet.

I’ve always previously given a five star rating as I have been with virgin bet from the very start. I have always believed customer loyalty gives better benefits, Withdrawals are super fast and trouble free I only play casino and slots, I’ve also had some of the biggest wins on this site than any other but this last 3 months have been very frustrating, the game play feels very different it takes a hell of a lot of spins to achieve a bonus and then the bonus was a small amount. But for me the most annoying part was a new game called eggzz, Its a great game one I enjoy playing and it pays well, it’s a progressive game so even if you don’t get a bonus you have possibly progressed to winning one, for me the frustration came when i logged in to play only to find it had reset the eggz back to the beginning without any bonus win, 60p a spin over a period of a few weeks all three progressive eggz were ready to hatch with the bonus and its re set, this is my frustration. The entire game experience and slots feel very different on the site and i wish it would refer back to being the great site i loved so much. I will persevere as I always do because this is by far my fav site but for now I will play less and hope the glitches and game error codes also stop. Will come back as always and review should things get better.

Absolutely horrible experience. Won a bet and have been trying to withdraw my winnings, once withdraw is made they disabled my account. When contacting customer service and having to supply 5 different forms of ID to prove I am who I am. Once all details had been sent account was enabled again for around 10 minutes, tried to withdraw my winning and they disabled my account again!!. Absolutely no help at all, still waiting for my money. Stay well away from this company I can’t stress this enough. They will take your money and when it comes to paying out they will just disable your account. ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A PLACE AND HOPE NOBODY ELSE HAS TO TO THROUGH WHAT IM GOING THROUGH.

Virgin bet is the best app out there super fast and no glitches… I think on a personal level when a goal is scored or there is a wicket in cricket for example you take a long time to re calculate the odds compared to others and also you asked me a couple of years ago about how to improve fives and even though it’s free and pretty good it’s went backwards but other than that overall it’s the best app out there

Virgin bet seem to get a lot of bad reviews but my own experiences with them have been fine. The app is easy to navigate and Deposits/ withdrawals are really Quick. The only gripe I have are they aren’t very forthcoming with free bets. I can bet quite heavily on Horses/ Greyhounds ( mostly singles) and don’t recieve any free bets whether I win or lose.

I do like using Virgin bet as a new customer the web is very good but sometimes its confusing with the special offers as it happened to me. It was a spend £5.00 get 5 free spins so I clicked on the box to play but then I had played what I thought was the slot but it was a slightly different game. What would be great is when you click the play box it would be good to take you straight to the offer.

I can only review football gameplay as it’s the only one I use. The weekly ‘Fives’ competition keeps an interest in the football going. However, deposits and withdrawals are slow to complete and the platform isn’t user friendly unlike SkyBet) which is much easier. Sky also offer more bets and easier to follow in game stats.
