In the past I have used different betting sites but none come even close to Virgin bet on many levels. The free games are the best by far, and so many to use that are genuine. The customer service again is superior to any that I have used before, if you want to speak to someone on the phone you can do so easily, many betting sites do not offer this. When I email I always receive a fast response even on busy days.The staff that I speak to during telephone conversations again are the best, they are always friendly and helpful and speak clearly, something other sites can learn from as callers are directed to Asia and I found a communication barrier often. The site layout is superb, easy to navigate and has a good range of betting available.

I used to yourselves regularly and felt a valued customer. I was supposedly a VIP customer then all of a sudden I wasn't. No notifications no anything. Since moved my custom elsewhere where my loyalty is rewarded.

Whatever you do make sure you don't win anything. They will ban you. I have been barred from all promotions (even casino that I haven't taken part in).Stake restricted to zero overnight. Virginbet are notorious for not liking any winners, so tread carefully, or preferably avoid this site.

I’ve always liked using virgin bet’s site. It stands out from others I’ve used. They don’t take ages to pay out like some bookmakers. Good range of bets, prices and offers. Where they do fall down is cash outs. They are there , but not necessarily available. I had a baseball acca recently which offered me a cash out over £460. For a stake under £10. Pressed on this several times and froze saying cash out unavailable. Just wasn’t going to let me have it. Virgin not willing to look at it. Just the usual markets change etc etc. Bet obviously didn’t pan out my way. But that offer was there at one point and I pressed to agree on that amount. The money should be mine. Pondering now whether to deposit more money for similar bets in future.

Please read the negative reviews for this site and DO NOT play I know the slot games are supposedly random but this has been the worst I have ever experienced I deposited quite a few times and honestly won a couple of pounds by this point on all other sites I have played I would win enough to withdraw and get something back.I am so annoyed I didn't take on board the negative reviews. The company makes it look like the customers who leave negative reviews are just annoyed because they lost but I can assure anyone this is not a good site to play on if you want to win a decent amount. I do expect to lose but also to win sometimes.

Today after 6months still not pay my money which I won ticket and I wrote to customer support email with saying that they are scammers and don't want to pay my money from my account and don't want to have never ever something with the name call virgin and also I told to the email I will write a good review about my experience with them ( VIRGIN BET) and I received an email saying we locked your account from the previous email which I wrote that.But I did not wrote nothing bad only that I will write good reviews.Do not open virgin bet people nothing called virgin go far and don't ever have something with scammers shameless.

Contacted support who check with promotions, they stated, decided not to give me any free bet offers. no reason. Did not break any of their rules. They did not notify me they were withdrawing offers before I made the bet. Stated they do no have to, can cancel offers any time they wish without notification.

The site is ok for bonuses especially at the begin.The monthly review is a good thing but this month they should have called on 6th of july but not had a call so maybe this has now finished.The prices on sports betting are not as good as bet 365.The cash out is terrible as there is so much time you dont even get an offer ,and when you do it is poor compared to bet365.If your not bothered about best prices and cash out the site is ok but for me bet 365 is far better.

Deposited quite a bit and no wins yet, I don't think that's going to change either..I have noticed you can be winning small wins on 20p but the second you change your bet higher the whole game changes and it WONT give you 1 single win yet as soon as you lower it back down to 20p it immediately starts to give you the 4p, 8p wins again..very strange????I have tried a few different slot games now and let me tell you its like banging your head up a brick wall..

It's not a very good website. They email you promotions but the links don't even go to the events they talk about. The chat is also unhelpful. There should be a way to skip the automated bot, but tbh, even after getting through to a person, he was fairly rude and not useful.

I pretty much only used Virgin Bet but last month they sent me an abrupt and rude email to say that I will not be able to take part in any of their promotions anymore, with no reason given.I have no idea why they'd do this to me and since then I have rarely used them and will continue to use other bookmakers when possible.

Here I am again onto my 3rd year I think, and still I say this is the top online casino, still a few game tech issues, But had some amazing wins, withdrawal is easy, customer service are great. It's so nice to play on a site where you actually win something! would love some games pandagoda style, consistency good wins good pay out awesome now just waiting for a jackpot win ha ha , but in all honesty even if you win quite a big win, the wins don't stop coming like 'other casinos' this is my no1 by far.

I've written alot of reviews and I qlwats like to keep it honest and to the point, virgin bet is a okish sie not the best or definitely not the worst, pros, great games easy access and easy to use and get to the games you want to get too. Customer service., withdrawal is easy, cons payment takes 48 hours to get into account which in this day and age is too long, and biggest con and I've read it in alot of reviews your halfway through a game and error code comes up and it stops your game that's a big no no. In the casino world it happened to me around 6 times over a 3 hour game play so I left in the end, over alla 3 star is fair. It could be a easy 4 star if the error code was sorted out and payments was made within 24 hours.

Thought I would look to see if Chaldean was refunded, as per all other sites I use, and NO was the answer. Enough for me, closed account. My experience was OK, but this site is nowhere near 365, Sky, and a couple of others.

Hello,I experienced a bad interaction with this beeting house...I use bet365 being unibet..Ladbrokes..and never wait more than one day for refund.. this is the worst online beeting house where I played..I'm waiting my withdraw since Friday and still I didn t received and also bad customer support via app..I ask them for 23 digit numbers for my bank to check where is the payment and they didn't want to provide me..pure disgusting experience on virgin bet.
Hello,I experienced a bad interaction with this beeting house…I use bet365 being unibet..Ladbrokes..and never wait more than one day for refund.. this is the worst online beeting house where I played..I’m waiting my withdraw since Friday and still I didn t received and also bad customer support via app..I ask them for 23 digit numbers for my bank to check where is the payment and they didn’t want to provide me..pure disgusting experience on virgin bet.

I had some technical issues with the site and soon after I reached out for help from their support team, they sent me an email saying I am no longer able to participate in any promotions or offers. It was like being punished for asking for asisstance

Terrible company, restricted my account due to a "business decision" but never informed me of that decision until I found I was unable to place bets and their livechat told me they reserve the right to not inform customers of such decisions. Company is a joke. There is no redeeming this situation.

I opened an account with these jokers at the start of the Cheltenham Festival.I placed two win singles for £10,both lost and I thought no more about it.Today I received an email stating that my account had been reviewed and that any concessions,( best odds etc.), would no longer apply to the account and stakes may be limited!REALLY!!! I only put on £20 in that month but that's what I wanted to put on,sorry Virgin if you wanted me to lose more,have you not heard of responsible gambling?Needless to say I have closed the account and would advise any other dissatisfied customers to do the same.

I made a first bet of £100 and won £180 in return..After trying to place another bet unsuccessful I spoke to customer service and they said I was banned..Looks like they only like losers!!!

Just went into my account on Vbet, it said I had a free £1 bet on a bet builder (what's that??). I picked a premier league but couldn't work out how to put the free £1 bet on it, So i thought 'bet builder' might mean more than one bet so picked 3 matches, again how do I use my free £1 bet? Went to chat, starts off with 'chatbot', cut a long story short didn't get the answer I want, it says how to gain the free bet but not how to use it!! Had to fill a load of security questions before being put through to a live talking human being then he asked me the security questions again!!! I've had enough by now and gave up. Shame its been a good site in the past :-(

Had an account for less than 2 weeks and have already been banned from all promotions. E-mailed Customer Support to query why this has happened and they couldn’t give any answer other than it has come following a trading review of your account. This makes no sense as I’m not even showing a profit in bets I’ve had with them. Utter shambles of a company

On downside all Bonuses gone downhill compared to what I used to get after spending a lot on site and other gambling sites have better bonuses.On the plus side the responsible gambling limit now is from start of month till end of month to make it easier for customers
