I’ve played the games on their casino page on probably 8/9 different sites in the past with fairly decent success. However on Virgin Bet the payouts are pretty much nonexistent, I’m not quite sure what’s going on. Even the Jackpot King games never triggered the random events, bonuses are low paying, it’s odd, really suspect.I’ve stuck with the betting side which is still extremely poor, hardly any markers and slow site. Sometimes can take minutes for your deposit to show. Overall it’s not good, don’t play the casino, many many many other better sites.

Only bookmakers that don’t allow you to combine picks for an accumulator and the bet builder is so bad it has many options conviently missing forcing you to pick things you don’t want, I’ll take my cash else where you clowns, its hard enough to win anything as it is without ‘you can’t combine this or that’Ffs you can’t even pick shots on target with the bet builder, your aware footballers have to shoot to score??

Not a bad company they have good offers like bet 2 £10 accas get a £10 free bet pay out is quick you read some of the reviews you find them hard to believe but I don’t bet on a big scale the only big downside for me is the prices they offer there way off other bookmakers for instance today £100 difference in a £10 5 fold in favour of William hill but this is the only downside to the sports side if your wagering on horses things like that you get the price everyone else gets

Wish I’d read Trustpilot first. Another customer whose account is effectively restricted by the “maxium stake exceeded” message (on a 10p, 8/1 accumulator with less than a tenner staked this week).The non-support bot just disconnects you all the time when it tries to put you though to a mythical agent. The number it gave had 37 minutes hold time then advice that “they’re the wrong” team. The next team said that there’s a problem in “their trading” team who they can’t contact and who customers can’t contact. i.e. I’ll not be able to place any bets on the account and they have no idea why it was effectively suspended and no way of fixing it or escalating it.Absolutely useless.Let’s see if after being told by the non-support team that they can’t support me, does their trustpilot-response-bot tell me to contact support…….

Been with Virgin Bet for a while, I like the fives thing they do and the betting is fine but the thing that annoys me is the very slow live score updates which takes ages. I use pc and also mobile and both are the same.

Virgin Bet are an excellent betting company. Never had any real problems. They have always paid out swiftly. Never had any issues with any promotions. They are a bit stingy with the free to play daily game,Search For the Phoenix never won on that, apart from 1 spin sometimes in game at end of month. Shocked to have a couple of small bets win then have account rendered useless after less than a month!!! Not a great advert for the Virgin brand which I’ve been a customer of for years. I read alot of bad reviews on here about Virgin Bet. My own personal experience, i have had no problems with them, they pay out straight away, money in my account most of the time is instant. I like the fives and daily free game, last week i had £135 off them, no issues withdrawing either. Only issue i have is they do not offer best odds on greyhounds, which is the only reason i use another bookmaker for that.

I have not read any other threads here so believe that I am speaking as an individual.I have been credited with a £2 free bet to be used on a betbuilder which is obviously football. I tried to place the bet on 22nd Oct. No go, so I chatted online, passed security Q`s such as last ammount of deposit etc, to be told issue fixed. That failed again so I tried once more at 2pm on Sunday and that failed. This time I was asked for last withdrawal ammount. By this time I have lost the will to live for a £2 bet. Life is too short for this crap.

Please listen to the advice given by other genuine customers and avoid Virgin like the plague. I am in dispute with them for a small amount but am not prepared to let it go on principle. They place dozens of obstacles in your way when you try to deal with the matter.I am going through Resolver. Virgin claim not to be able to locate my account, although I have submitted my details over and over again, apart from the date of my last deposit, which I don’t have. I have never known anything like this with any other online bookmaker, so please, post your own experiences and/or look for other providers. This lot need to be exposed for what they are…..In response to Virgin’s reply, I should like to point out that I did provide ALL the information that they requested on several occasions in order to pinpoint my account. Not deposit limits which I understand it controls people spending but spend limits loll. I won a bet of 1500 on football all of a sudden the most I could be was 20pence on a bet. I won money on their fives game today, in order to withdraw I had to update my card details as they were old ones on there, which is fair enough.What is not fair enough is having to deposit in order to add new card details. Very poor player protection. 5 months ago a spoke to the player protection team. It was agreed a £300 limit on sports & a £10 limit on the casino was suitable for me. Lost over £400 on casino yesterday.Emailed complaints to ask why my £10 limit didn’t work and was told there was nothing in place & they even had the nerve to say that the £10 casino limit wasn’t even discussed with the player protection team which is just an absolute lie. It’s an okay app, they have a daily free game which is fun (when you play it you get a golden egg each day for the monthly game) and doesn’t require a deposit but their monthly free game is not worth playing unless you’re lucky. I’m not too bothered, I put no money into it but I did the free game every day of the month thinking “awesome, I’m getting another golden egg, I wonder what you can win”. Well I found out today when I opened 30 golden eggs I collected this month and got 1 free spin ? other than that it’s an okay app I suppose, not much different to any other.

Criminals! Their player protection team told me I could play and deposit at their site so I did then the next day the banned my account saying a manager had to approve it. Absolute theft. Please dont open an account or use this company. Ive had an account for past 8 months and after losing over £8000 today they decided that I am not eligible for BOG or any of their promotions. This is 100 percent the worse for casino games. Bonus is basically no existence, be prepare for games to be -60+ before actually get a little win. I’ve been -123 and had no sign of a bonus at all! Virgin bet staff can say that the games are fair but the odds are definitely not.
