Placed 4 team acca for end of season in September, checked yesterday and it has completely disappeared , went on chat for help and was told to send bet I.d. which I dont have , if bet comes in, which it might well do , I will put a complaint in.

AVOID!!! Do not use this ‘gambling’ website. They allow new customers to sign up and confirm their identity electronically, then they take their money and refuse to give the free bets promised for signing up or the winnings and suspend the account for no reason!! They are also part of livescorebet who do the same thing! Stay well clear. Im very unsurprised about the other 1 star reviews, these thieving criminals should be shut down.

I enjoy using the Virgin betting site. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, but that’s the name of the game. Really like the daily free game and the Virgin Fives. Occasionally get to play the Ladder which you can get free bets from. Used to bet with William Hill but switched to Virgin a couple of years ago and am very happy.David Crawford

Take your money all day long and have some good promotions but as soon as you take advantage of the promotions a win they take them away, when I questioned why ? my account got closed with credit in it and to top it said I requested it. Scammers.Deposited 1500, lost it. So bad, not a place for medium/high level gamers.Joined, started playing and after one session got bombarded with “we have noticed your normal gaming patterns have increased”?? How do they know?Anyway, next got demand to speak to Responsible Gaming Dept. Arranged call, spoke to nice guy for 25/30 mins – after learning of my finances set a high limit, all good.Since then (6 days) I have had 6 warning emails of my deposits (. miles under my limit) and endless onscreen messages. Funny one was 10 mins after withdrawing a £2k profit I got another warning basically saying my losses were high??It’s all bizarre but as stated, if you are playing decent sums go elsewhere. I have been using Virgin bet for a while now and whilst I don’t mind their main site for normal football betting etc. I have found their casino to be very volatile. Their odds are not what they say they are. I played eye of Horus on £2 a spin. I had a straight 62 spins without 1 win. I have asked them to investigate and they told me my RTP was 16% over 379 spins. The average for RTP is 96% from This slot. In 379 spins I won just 29 times, bear in mind that some of them were 50p wins or £1 wins which was not even a win as my stake was £2. I am awaiting a phone call regarding this because an RTP of 16% is criminal!

Incompetent and immoral customer service. PayPal deposit was rejected by the system (so never appeared in account) and never returned. Refused to assist, investigate, escalate or lodge a formal complaint. Left me out of pocket. Thankfully only £50. Avoid like the plague.

I’ve played the games on their casino page on probably 8/9 different sites in the past with fairly decent success. However on Virgin Bet the payouts are pretty much nonexistent, I’m not quite sure what’s going on. Even the Jackpot King games never triggered the random events, bonuses are low paying, it’s odd, really suspect.I’ve stuck with the betting side which is still extremely poor, hardly any markers and slow site. Sometimes can take minutes for your deposit to show. Overall it’s not good, don’t play the casino, many many many other better sites.

Wish I’d read Trustpilot first. Another customer whose account is effectively restricted by the “maxium stake exceeded” message (on a 10p, 8/1 accumulator with less than a tenner staked this week).The non-support bot just disconnects you all the time when it tries to put you though to a mythical agent. The number it gave had 37 minutes hold time then advice that “they’re the wrong” team. The next team said that there’s a problem in “their trading” team who they can’t contact and who customers can’t contact. i.e. I’ll not be able to place any bets on the account and they have no idea why it was effectively suspended and no way of fixing it or escalating it.Absolutely useless.Let’s see if after being told by the non-support team that they can’t support me, does their trustpilot-response-bot tell me to contact support…….

I read alot of bad reviews on here about Virgin Bet. My own personal experience, i have had no problems with them, they pay out straight away, money in my account most of the time is instant. I like the fives and daily free game, last week i had £135 off them, no issues withdrawing either. Only issue i have is they do not offer best odds on greyhounds, which is the only reason i use another bookmaker for that.

I have not read any other threads here so believe that I am speaking as an individual.I have been credited with a £2 free bet to be used on a betbuilder which is obviously football. I tried to place the bet on 22nd Oct. No go, so I chatted online, passed security Q`s such as last ammount of deposit etc, to be told issue fixed. That failed again so I tried once more at 2pm on Sunday and that failed. This time I was asked for last withdrawal ammount. By this time I have lost the will to live for a £2 bet. Life is too short for this crap.

Please listen to the advice given by other genuine customers and avoid Virgin like the plague. I am in dispute with them for a small amount but am not prepared to let it go on principle. They place dozens of obstacles in your way when you try to deal with the matter.I am going through Resolver. Virgin claim not to be able to locate my account, although I have submitted my details over and over again, apart from the date of my last deposit, which I don’t have. I have never known anything like this with any other online bookmaker, so please, post your own experiences and/or look for other providers. Very poor player protection. 5 months ago a spoke to the player protection team. It was agreed a £300 limit on sports & a £10 limit on the casino was suitable for me. Lost over £400 on casino yesterday.Emailed complaints to ask why my £10 limit didn’t work and was told there was nothing in place & they even had the nerve to say that the £10 casino limit wasn’t even discussed with the player protection team which is just an absolute lie. It’s an okay app, they have a daily free game which is fun (when you play it you get a golden egg each day for the monthly game) and doesn’t require a deposit but their monthly free game is not worth playing unless you’re lucky. I’m not too bothered, I put no money into it but I did the free game every day of the month thinking “awesome, I’m getting another golden egg, I wonder what you can win”. Well I found out today when I opened 30 golden eggs I collected this month and got 1 free spin ? other than that it’s an okay app I suppose, not much different to any other.

Criminals! Their player protection team told me I could play and deposit at their site so I did then the next day the banned my account saying a manager had to approve it. Absolute theft. Please dont open an account or use this company. Ive had an account for past 8 months and after losing over £8000 today they decided that I am not eligible for BOG or any of their promotions. This is 100 percent the worse for casino games. Bonus is basically no existence, be prepare for games to be -60+ before actually get a little win. I’ve been -123 and had no sign of a bonus at all!
