Been a customer of Virgin Bet for sometime now and play Virgin Fives every week. A great free feature where each day after 1pm you are given a player and if they score in the coming weekend you earn money per goal. Can win anything between 10p to £50 per goal. Sounds great, and indeed on my first week I got Harry Kane at £2 a goal and won £2. However, this season I have done it EVERY WEEK and not once have I spun anything but 10p per goal. Virgin Bet says it’s random – doesn’t seem random to me and I get that every week. Can someone explain how I can influence the spin in any way please?

One of the most fixed and rigged sites out there. You can clearly see this is happening with the lag on the reels and the constant freezing during game play. So many better sites to go to. Do not register on here.

I played 12 mask of fire drums managed to hit a bonus round on a £9 a spin and began to feel excited only to see zero drums (none at all) drop within the 3 spin rounds given by the feature. Very similar situation to other 1 star reviews. Virgin bet have a tendency to ask for document verification on attempted withdrawal of winnings and then will say that documentation failed their ‘security checks’ with no specific reasons for how or why they failed these apparent security checks. Checks will not be conducted on deposit regardless of how many you make, only in attempted withdrawal. Your deposits are not secure with this company. Even if you win they may make your balance void as their own discretion. Check other 1 star reviews and avoid like the plague

Account was closed with £1600 balance and this was subsequently declared void with no clear explaniton of why submitted ID failed ‘security checks’ multiple deposits made without verification. ID only asked for when withdrawl was requested. Failure of security checks not explained. £1600 balance essentially stolen. Be aware that they can apparently do this before opening an account. Help facility is deliberately obfuscatary and designed to send complaints on a merry go around of no resolution. Join up at your own peril. They may decide to you fail security checks at any moment and will declare your balance as void. Update (nice to see virgin acknowledge in the reply that documentation can be requested at any point and one can infer from this that they are can also declare that said documentation can fail their security checks for any reason they see fit if they don’t want to pay out. As a bookmaker they are OK and have some good promotions on racing. I like the fact nibey arrives back in bank account quickly after withdrawing and you don’t have to wait hours or days. The daily free promotions however are not great. The Fives is a nice touch but reality is you mostly get defenders who never score and usually only to £1 or £2. The Daily game Search For the Phoenix is pretty much a waste of time. I’ve never (after doing it every day for past 7 months) in a week got more than the 5 free spins and 10 free spins. The bigger joke though is the monthly “golden eggs” game. I’ve had 7 complete months of being able to pick 30 or 31 golden eggs and never got more than 7 free spins which created about 80p in winnings. Overall not bad, but a lot of things for then to look at.

The last 6 months have left me really disappointed with the casino. The game providers seemed to change and since then, there has been a massive drop off in customer returns. Of course everything is regulated, but it’s killed the customer experience – a real shame as this was excellent before the change. Based on using other sites, the free bets, daily games & bonuses you get are very poor. They say they use a random generator which is no doubt true but the amount of cash and free bets you have available to win is very, very low. My account has been closed on the basis of suspicion for being a duplicated account, despite me providing ID proof that there 2 different people in the household betting. The customer team does not allow any interaction and are extremely vague about ID not passing security checks. On top of this they kept the balance of my account, which is disgraceful. Hit a bonus, second feature in the game I won extra fish and 4 extra spins. Placed a bet on Marc Guiu to score 2 or more goals yesterday for chelsea… the second goal was originally given as an own goal but 5 mins later changed to he got the last touch so was given the goal.
