I opened an account with Virgin bet, I deposited 160 pounds and while in the middle of a blackjack hand, my account was suspended. At the time my balance was around 250.They are saying I have another account which is excluded, which I don’t or at least can’t remember this. And now they’re saying they are confiscating all funds in my account including the deposit! Literally robbed me of my money. Horrendous.

The RTP management was already terrible, clearly designed to make players lose, and I managed to line up 15 icons with a £1.75 stake, but the game suddenly crashed and reopened. Used them for a few years for sports bets and had no real issues there. The casino can be little lacking, seems to crash a lot and kick you out of games so near always played casino games on another bookies. Not sure why they locked down my account (did have a small win the week before). Only way to contact is via chat on the site but it is just a bot and sends you around in circles. Managed to get an e mail address by looking online. Here I am told my account is suspended as they are reviewing my account. No contact to tell me this was happening at all. E mail is then sent to me saying I can not get back in. But when doing so it is still locked out and you need to use the aforementioned chat bot. Again I cant get it to let me in. Fed up I just said to delete my account. No idea why the sudden ‘review’ happened, did have a win last week and wonder if that was too much.

So I opened an account, had no issues depositing or withdrawing for two or three days, the moment I win over £1000 on some ufc bets, the account gets disabled, I contact support via the phone and was told that I had an account on self exclude with a sister account ( livescorebet ) which I’ve never even played on! He said I opened the account two years but there was no activity what so ever on that account so how could I be self excluded from a site I’ve never even played on! Then goes on to tell me that the self exclude was up after 9 hours so ring back after that time period and they’ll sort out opening it back, he told me if I want my balance transferred to my card whilst I can’t access it to go on live chat, which I did and was hit with a completely different story and tried to say I had a duplicate account and gave them wrong details to by pass being self excluded on their sister account! i think i,m up overall in £ so 4stars , the games load fast and plenty of them. Can be hard to get any wins above small values but now and then they can come in and be really entertaining. Just have to treat it as entertainment and not for a guaranteed making money strategy and set your stall up carefully for how much money you wish to part with for this ‘entertainment’ and all is fine.Had some nice wins so far and not had to speak to any customer service agents they have just payed me out with no hassles or inquiry. Not sure on thesholds for Sow etc but so far so good, play now and again but not too much.

Shame on virgin bets. When you make deposits, everything works very fast, but when it is time for withdrawal, you have to wait until eternity. Also, the slots keep throwing you out of the game, which is done on purpose due to their server configurations. I have gone on to find Solick.Unity for great withdrawal options. This company and its sister company, livescorebet, are two sites I’ve recently tried and trusted by name, but they’ve been a huge disappointment. Here’s why:1) Their customer representatives are extremely harsh and short-tempered. They don’t listen to you and always act as if they’re right. Yet by far the worst online betting site for technical errors. I have been a loyal and frequent user of Virginbet for a long time now. All I can say is it’s a bit of a Rollercoaster ride with this company. I hit a big win back in December of last year and since then it is like a switch has been flipped on my account to just drain any balance I have. I always hit my £2000 a month spend limit and seem to win nothing. Last month for the free to play end of month game I won back £15!!!! Imagine playing the game all month to be rewarded this in the monthly special game. Free to play game and the FIVES just seem to be none rewarding.I do receive monthly calls I remember my first call for an account review I was awarded £50 cash as my account was under rewarded. Since that first call they have never done that again they offer measly £25 sports bets here and there and they can see from my history I don’t like to bet I use the casino. It seems like the longer your with them the less valuable you become as a customer it’s weird.I’m going to give it one last month to see if anything improves but if my experience remains the same I will be using another site. Well well well. Same old same old. Withdrawals (when you win small amounts) get processed straight away. But now because I have £900 withdrawal it’s being held longer than necessary. Isn’t there just one betting site that doesn’t mind you winning? It makes you wonder how some manage to get a gambling licence. Once my withdrawal is processed I will NOT be using this site again.

Deposited £4000 and played table roulette, 10p table.Started off slowly with max bets per spin £3.80p.Started gaining a profit around £90.I increased to £4.80 per spin and the profit was depleted within 18 spins, numbers landed opposite my numbers selected.I then decreased back to £3.80 max spin bet.40 spins, profit of £85. This really is a website that will give you nothing. I’ve played various games such as 333fat frogs and even an ‘exclusive’ games like kings of crystals 2. The game is allowed to accrue the maximum potentials in the power combo and…it never EVER triggers. I have tried the same games on various other sites and NONE of them act the way virginbet does. You can be sure to put £15 in and trigger a feature/bonus at least. However…here you an put in £100 and recejve nothing. Got a call today from a wonderful guy named Dan from Virginbet customer care team. Iv fortunately had a very good month with regards to winning. Now you would say EVERY bookie would let you just play it back, but not Virginbet. Dan said as you have had a profitable month don’t you think it would be good to put a limit on your monthly spend! Basically saying it’ll stop you not only gambling more but to not loose your winnings. They also have tools set in place for me to have a cool off period, for example if I’m feeling annoyed I can put a week or month cool off period, as feeling down or emotional can make you gamble more. The questions asked were not in any way misleading nor trying to get you to bet more but to make you see that it CAN be a problem. Iv NEVER had a bookmaker call me to do this so all I can say is what virginbet did for me was the best thing ever to happen. I know I can rely on a company where gambling is FUN, the way it’s supposed to be. Dan was magnificent from start to finish and most definitely a credit to Virginbet.
