Really disappointed, since the updates and this was my favourite site back to will hill for now, it’s just been awful..There’s this odd white bar on the bottom of the screen ‘mobile’ when playing certain slots like “fishing frenzy even bigger catch” and it’s now very choppy on this game all the time, it’s not on others like big bass secrets of the golden lake that runs fine so it’s not internet, so this is suspect for me. As i play fishing frenzy a lot.I’ve always been a fishing frenzy slot player there is a better chance “or there was” of hitting the feature “doesn’t have to pay at all” that not the point, but still a better chance than other slots like big bass which has a much higher volatility, the thing about these two in particular they don’t pay heavily on the board, it’s the feature hence big bass has the bet more for a bigger chance at features tab, and fishing frenzy has better chance at feature dropping.. now they play the same almost.. it’s like the return to player profit isn’t singular to each slot, rather there all connected.. it’s just odd.

Was a bit clunky and slow until recent upgrades and there was improvement. However let down by infuriating bot chat support and only slightly better human support. If you had a livescore account in the last few years you will get a nice account disabled sign pop up and then an operator tell you your accounts closed, regardless of the fact of how you closed your livescore. Just poor but a hundred other uk bookies out there and the Virgin name now isn’t on my love list, as you can imagine. Cancelled my broadband with them and the phone has another month to go then that will get the bullet. I placed a bet, as soon as I placed the bet they “disabled” my account. I had no access to check my selections, cash out or anything. How convenient. I spoke on Chat 2x and unhelpful.. Even said “My manager can’t help” So they disabled my account with no reason. Happy to take my money and as soon as bet is placed my account is disabled? Absolute sham of a company. Only make small bets (£1) and used the ‘Fives’ promotion to win free bets. From a free bet I won £32 cash and then had my account withdrawn from all promotions with no correspondence telling me this was happening.I placed a bet from a promotion as advertised on the app and was not given the free bet, when I messaged them to ask why they simply said that my account was withdrawn from promotions and refused to give me back my cash from bet placed.Will be taking it further.Don’t use them, much better options out there.Terrible company

Total sham of a company. Put ‘offers’ on their site like saying you can place ‘any’ bet on a particular market on game, only to not offer the reward promised after doing so, then suddenly changing their tone and saying it had to be put on a special which wasn’t stimulated before. Contacting customer service gets you nowhere. I opened an account on 27th June. They waited until I deposited money and then they blocked my account. And the worst part is that I haven’t even been informed about this. They didn’t even bother to send an email. Just a message ( an error has occurred) when I was putting my credentials. After 100 failed attempts to log in, I contacted them to find out I need to send them selfie of me with the passport and the date plus photo id and it will take 48 hours for the team to check me…. why didn’t they check before accepting my money? Thought i’d give Virgin Bet a try, deposited £10 found a horse i fancied bet £5 EW, Red warning sign appearedsome notice about i’d gone over some limit. So i changed the bet to £2.50p EW which was accepted (whoopie do!) Then i tried to withdraw my remaining £5 but was informed that you have to have £10 in your account to make a withdraw!
